Great unit for big families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For a family with five kids, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We had plenty of space for everybody to sleep and relax. The balcony accommodated the entire family comfortably. Truly great experience. Would love to stay there again the next time we're in PCB.

The view was amazing. Two on suites were great. Pool was clean and not too crowded. Beach was beautiful. Condo could have been a little cleaner but we managed. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 kids. They had garage parking and open lot parking. Never any issues with finding spots. Definitely would recommend and would come back.

The property itself is extremely nice and clean! We loved it, Checking in is a nightmare because everyone is backed up at the elevators trying to get their stuff in. You cannot check in before 4 which is the same for everyone else in the large condo facility. The pool and splash pad is fun but they make your children under 5 get out every hour for 10 minutes.

great stay. The smaller balcony was unusable (the birds had taken over) but we appreciated the big main balcony/deck. great place. Love that a market and tiki bar are on sight. we would defenitly stay here again! Plenty of room for our family of 9. Including four teenagers.

While I disagree with the word "luxury" within the listing, the unit definitely served its purpose. There was plenty of space for sleeping for 11 people. There were some surprise charges that I wasn't expecting.. 50/vehicle for parking and 6/pool armband, which added over 200 to the cost. There was mold in the corners of the shower in the matter bath, a toilet that constantly ran in the hall bath, cabinets showing quite a bit of wear. There were no cookie sheets at all in the kitchen, and the only large bowl had a hole in the bottom. The balcony off the living room is nice, with plenty of seating. The mattress on the sofa sleeper is only really acceptable for its. They're was a small blood stain

Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful time. The condo was spotless and have everything we needed. Will definately visit again.

Family beach trip

We had a great stay. Spacious end unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and another king suite attached. Very nice! Highly recommend, looking to book again.

This was a great location at PCB! I’d choose this location again! Some small flaws, garbage disposal leaked and some cookware needs updated. Overall, wonderful stay!

The location is excellent. We loved being right on the beach. This location is a little further down from the main beach area so it was a bit quieter. The condo was functional but it's in need of lots of maintenance. Kitchen needs an update - peeling cabinets and huge crack in the counter at the sink. Toilets would run occasionally. Fans were rocking and felt like that would fall down.

Never Staying Here Again

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This week was not a good experience at the Boardwalk Resort. All the rugs (bathroom, living room, etc) in the unit are dirty, some of the comforters have stains on them, the kitchen sink sprayer is broken, the kitchen sink drain cover is broken, the kitchen trash can is broken, the floors were dirty, there was only one dish towel, no sheet pans, pantry area was very dirty, there was a short shower curtain in middle bathroom that didn't even go below the tub line so the water would be all over the floor, plastic molding in master bedroom shower door was broken so water sprayed out onto the floor, and the elevators weren't working at some point. We contacted the company about a toilet issue we were having and they never addressed it. This was the 2nd day we were there. We had to use zip ties to attach the chain so we could use the toilet. This was listed as recently being updated and renovated in early 2026. There was nothing that looked that way other than maybe paint on the walls.We were literally disgusted the whole time we were there. The place we normally stayed was booked so we had to settle. NEVER AGAIN!

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay in this condo was great. It was perfect for our stay of 8 people. As great as our stay was I would suggest to the company to update the major appliances. The dishwasher you had to pay close attention to to make sure it would actually start when you shut the door. The washer did ok but the dryer sometimes we would have do 2 cycles to get clothes dry. We also felt the oven could be replaced the knobs on the range the numbers were worn off and it seemed the cooking temps were slightly off. Also the pots and pans need to be replaced some of the pans seemed warped which didn’t allow for and even cooking surface. All that said we still very much enjoyed our stay the location was perfect the place had a nice large balcony and the pool area was great. And all the staff we encountered were nice.

All the rooms were very clean. No issues at all. The staff was very friendly. The pool was clean and a very great view.
