Our host and hostess were phenomenal! They were attentive but did not invade on our privacy. They live next door which was reassuring in case we needed anything. The house was fully stocked with all we needed to have a comfortable two week stay. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a delightful stay at Robin’s VRBO house!We found it extremely clean with everything we needed at our disposal. The bedrooms were comfortable and adjoining bathrooms gave us the privacy that we needed without disturbing others. We walked into downtown Hillsboro for local shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Hillsboro!

Great place - great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Hillsboro. The house is as described, spacious and clean. It’s great to have two full bathrooms! The welcome cinnamon rolls and breakfast goods were much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Could not have been better! Clean, stocked with what we needed and more, great location and very helpful owners. Our grandson lives in Hillsboro and when we visit again we hope to be able to stay in this lovely bungalow!

Great home base, wonderful neighborhood

This was a wonderful place to gather. The space is so light with windows, the size of the two bedroom suites great. The neighborhood is the best: walking to coffee, pub, restaurants, street market.

Home away from Home

Loved our stay! Robin and Brent are wonderful hosts! All the amenities you would need, amazing cinnamon rolls and the location of the house is perfect. Shopping and restaurants were walking distance. We will definitely look to staying there again next year for our family trip. Thank you!!!

Wonderful place to stay!

My sister, husband and I enjoyed our weeklong stay at this beautiful, bright and fresh house. Everything we needed for our stay, whether kitchen items or laundry soap, was right there, ready for us to use. Both bedrooms are big and beds and linens are comfortable. Showers had plenty of hot water for all of us. The side yard is well-kept and the purple irises were in bloom. The neighborhood is quiet, fun to watch people walking their dogs. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Ideal!

This is a perfect place to spend some relaxing time near Portland. It's in a very nice neighborhood within a walk to downtown with it's restaurants and shops. Syun Izakaya for sushi and D'Anu for wine tasting are highly recommended. The house with its two bedrooms, two baths, large living area and kitchen is wonderful. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Don't hesitate to book here.

It was perfectly set. Close to the town itself, within walking distance as well as it was well connected to the public transit system. The most important aspect was the communication between the people renting the property. Very very welcoming and gave us a lot of tips of things to do and go. It was beautifully decorated, meaning the place was very inviting and we would definitely recommend this place to others and we would stay here again!

AMAZING

Immaculate, cozy, inviting, comfy are just a few words to describe our stay. Coffee, tea, creamer, yogurt, fruit and fresh rolls to wake up to. Owners so accommodating and checking in on us to make sure all was well or any questions with a quick response. There was a random heavy snow of several feet and the owners cleared the driveway and our car clear of all snow. This vrbo deserves a 10 star. Thank you!!!

Our stay in Hillsboro

Property was attractive. The house itself was bright and clean and located within walking distance of town center and park. We had all the conveniences of home and if ever back in the area we would happily stay here again.

A lovely house in a quiet neighborhood, well stocked with everything we needed & more, off street parking, laundry facilities, which are needed when traveling, VERY friendly hosts, we will return at some point.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The guest house is in the historic Hillsboro downtown neighborhood. We have a specialty bakery, coffee house, pizzeria, tap room and great ethnic restaurants (too many to mention). A local favorite not to be missed is the lunch counter and fountain at the Hillsboro Pharmacy, popular since the 1890s. Interesting local shops include antique stores, art studios, art supply store, independent toy store, chocolatier, wine merchants, gifts and collectables, clothing/shoes, bike shop, etc. May - October everyone gathers downtown for the Farmers' Market and the Tuesday Marketplace.

Walking, bicycling, light rail, bus, or car. Light rail station is 4 blocks from the house. Just minutes away from Intel's Jones Farm campus, the Pacific University Health Science campus, Tuality Hospital; a quick MAX trip to Nike and beyond.

Centrally located, we are 30 minutes (by car) to Oregon Wine Country, 60 minutes to popular Cannon Beach and other coastal communities, and 1 hour to the Columbia River Gorge attractions.

Hosts live next door and will provide, upon arrival, home-baked goods, fresh fruit, and all the basics for delicious self-serve breakfast (lots of local and homemade goodness!). Common area of the house is spacious, open and bright. Off street parking for one vehicle; additional street side.
Guests have full use of the house and yard. All new appliances in kitchen & laundry. Spacious closets and quiet seating in each bedroom, suitable for reading and relaxing. Nice selection of books on hand - local guides, fiction, cookbooks, magazines. Guests will feel so comfortable, they won't want to leave.
