C'est un excellent emplacement pour pouvoir explorer tout San, en raison de sa proximité permettant un accès facile à l'autoroute.

L'Interstate 5 se trouve à quelques minutes de route et vous aurez facilement accès à la route panoramique de Silver Strand en direction de Coronado!

Very Comfortable Stay!

The place has all the comforts one can think of and the host checked in a couple of times to ensure the stay was going well! Place is close to freeways and Vons/Walmart are close by.

High tech, clean, and has all the comforts away from home! Enjoyed staying here as its close to nightlife, and things to do near San Diego. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable time!

Art was great to work with and we felt at home! Easy access to freeways and close to the beach and walkable areas. The master bedroom was comfy and and there is plenty of space!

Can’t Say Enough

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, modern, and had everything that we needed! Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about how beautiful it is. The owner was extremely friendly, easy to contact, and so incredibly helpful! The check in process was so easy and the rules/guidelines for the house weren’t over the top like some. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

Misleading ad

We were very excited to stay at this Vrbo. From the pictures online it looked really nice and well kept. When we got into town we asked for an early check in but ended up checking in later because we had lunch at this great brewery in town. Art said we could use an app to open the door but it wouldn’t work. He also said that the main gait for the driveway was broken so we had to park in the alley. Once we got to the house

Convenient IB location

The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen appliances were top line and everything was nicely thought out. We had difficulty reading the hand-written wifi instructions but the owner was great and helped us quickly. Great communication. The yard/large patio/driveway, is very private and boasts an orange tree. The only drawback was the many appliances, from TVs to kitchen appliances, lining the patio and propped up here and there. You wouldn't want to sit out there and eat or sit. But other than that, great place and very nice owner!

Very pleased with the design of the property. Owner was kind and friendly. Only issue was no A/C.

Property was very well kept and we appreciated its modern look. Happy with the location and the many restaurants around it. Not too happy with the A/C situation. It was very hot for my family and I.

Great security! Kitchen stocked with all kinds of appliances. Would stay again if there were no young children staying upstairs. Can hear people walking upstairs. Kids jumping.

Location is superb!

Location is superb! It is near the beach and a short drive to all that San Diego has to offer. The location is also near all amenities such as grocery store (i.e., Walmart), restaurants (i.e., all types from fast food to dine-in), car wash, etc. The property is also very private with high walls and gates that make it super pet friendly. The property is also very spacious, comfy, and with a great laundry room! The owner (Art) was also awesome to work with. He was very attentive, courteous and accessible. He was always making sure our stay was pleasurable. Our family (which includes our furry family members) enjoyed our stay very much!

Property Manager very attentive

Me amd family experience at this location was comfy and great. Art was very attentive. He knows how to treat his guest with the best service. He extended our checkout to make sure we had enough time. It a great location. Literally the beach is within walkin distance. Thank you Art for helping me figure out the stove lol. And letting us stay at your home. Thank you.

Lovely apartment, great location, great host

Beautiful apartment, great location, everything you need. Art is a wonderful host. Our only complaint was some noise from the apartment above, but overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again.

Conveniently located and Very Private

We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday. This unit is VERY well stocked with everything you need and then some. The unit was very private with off street parking secured behind a gate. The unit was very convenient to the locale beach, the base and easy access to the freeway for adventures outside of Imperial beach ( San Diego Zoo, Sunset cliffs, etc). We will definitely use again in the future. Art was awesome to work with and very attentive. Highly recommended to Military families visiting the area, very comfortable and clean.
