Cette cabine de luxe est situé dans un quartier très calme. Très proche de tout et à distance de marche du Snow Summit !! La cabine est meublée avec un mobilier et une décoration de qualité supérieure en bois rond. La cabine est équipée d’une télévision à écran plat et d’un accès Internet sans fil. Il comprend également une salle de jeux entièrement équipée avec table de billard en rondins. Préparez-vous à être émerveillé parce que la cour est impeccable et prête à votre plus grand plaisir. La cour a un grand bain à remous, barbecue à gaz, foyer, et putting green.

Best Hot Tub I’ve ever been in! The home was amazing, clean, and so much fun. Jose was a very communicative and attentive host. We would absolutely come back and rent from him again. Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

Great location!

The space was amazing for a great weekend with friends! A great backyard with a huge jacuzzi and fire pit for everyone to enjoy. The house was very clean and a great location near town and the water. Would definitely recommend to others!

Great Experience For This First Timer

First time VRBO experience. Great location. Property just as described. Family and I had a great time. Jacuzzi is perfect for some relaxation after a long day. Extra Thank You to Jose. Had some trouble getting the Crawford vs Spence fight. Jose was very responsive and went the extra mile to help me. Much appreciated.

My Family Experience

Our overall experience was wonderful with the exceptions of a few things at the cabin. 1. Minimal paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning products 2. Loose faucet in the game room and game room bathroom. 3. TV was not hooked up outdoors. 4. Make sure to bring your own foil, baggies and plastic wrap. 5. No batteries in the candles throughout the cabin. 6. Some of the light bulbs didn't work in some of the lights.

Very disappointed...The host was very quick to respond before booking, but communication dropped off afterward. We were told we could check in at 2 PM, yet didn’t receive the access information until after 3. The house was full of spider webs despite being told the cleaners had just left. The Wi-Fi and main TV repeatedly tripped the breaker, forcing us to use extension cords to get them working. The spa cover was waterlogged and nearly impossible to remove, and we found a mouse in a trap under the sink, something the cleaners should have handled if they just left. I understand this is in the mountains and mice happen, but for the high cleaning fee we paid... it should have been noticed. There were no paper towels, very few bath towels for the number of guests allowed, and the backyard was dirty and overgrown. The fire pit only worked on one side which did not produce enough heat to keep anyone warm in the cold evening, and several lights both inside and outside didn’t function. We were afraid to touch any light switches due to tripping the breaker. The spa did not get above 98 degrees. Overall, not worth the price or the high cleaning fee.

It’s very disappointing when some guests try to take advantage of a situation. From the start, I had concerns about this reservation. Shortly after the guests checked in, the city experienced multiple power outages that unfortunately damaged one of my breakers, which caused issues with the WiFi and living room TV. This problem was identified at check in. Within an hour of their arrival, the guests called me along with one of their in-laws and immediately demanded a free week, stating they didn’t want to stay without WiFi or a TV in the living room. I remained calm, respectful, and tried to be as accommodating as possible. Even though the outage was completely out of my control, I quickly found a solution. I had my technician install an extension cord to power the WiFi router and living room TV, restoring service for their stay. I also apologized for the inconvenience caused by the city’s outage. Regarding the mouse issue they mentioned: the property is a mountain cabin located in a high-altitude forest area where wildlife is naturally present. We have a professional pest control company that services the cabin monthly, and they strategically place traps as a preventive measure. While it’s impossible to completely eliminate all pests in a forest environment, we take every possible step to keep the property clean and well maintained. As far as the other items we keep the house fully stock everyday needs and our Spa was and keeps working in perfect condition.

Amazing in every way.

This place is perfect for entertaining family. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and has ample amount of parking in the driveway. The interior of the house is so nice. Lots of space for cooking inside. The house is stocked with everything a traveler would need. The backyard is a entertainers dream. The grilling area is the ultimate cooking station. The spa tub is the biggest I’ve ever seen at a rental. There is lots of privacy with some awesome views. And for dog owners rest assured, this backyard is completely secure with no way for the doggy’s to escape. Also this place has Central Air. Which is huge with the summers getting a little hotter. So little places in Big Bear have AC. So rest assured you will be nice and comfy here. If you are looking for the perfect place for entertaining family, look no further. My father of 73 years told me this was the best Fourth of July he’s ever had. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and giving that gift to our father.

Great House, host, not so much...

The house is great, but getting the host to give basic check-in info and documents to sign were not timely, in fact, we never did sign anything and having stayed in Big Bear many times, we know the signed city ordinance papers are a must. we finally got the code to get into the house, 15 minutes before check-in, as we were in the driveway wondering if this was a scam. Normally, check-in info is sent days before, giving peace of mind. Vrbo sent a message days before saying to get ready for my trip and that if we hadn't received check-in info, contact the host. The host asked for my email through the vrbo messaging but it came up as dashes and instead of letting me know immediately, he didn't. I just kept waiting and waiting until the day before and then I called Jose, who assured me everything was fine he'd send everything over. He didn't.We requested an early check-in at 2 instead of three. After calling and texting him while in the driveway, he let me know at 2:45 that we could check in, and he texted me the code to get in. My husband was actually looking up other properties as we waited, unsure. although we liked the house, it was stressful to be so uncertain of a rental the days leading up and I think Jose has lost sight that this maybe his business, but it's people's vacations he's being so nonchalant about. Also, there are only two bath towels, so bring your own. A blower would do wonders for the property grounds and half the jets don't work in spa.

All documents are sent the day of the check we don’t send it days before due to safety reasons from other tenants staying prior your check in. All paperwork is sent via email through Docyousign. We check you in and a code was provided to you on time for your check in. So need to lie on our website. As far as towels there more than two on each bathroom. All extra towels are inside each Vanity and there are also extra towels in the living room basket for the Spa. The spa is working perfectly, every jet is turned on manually on the spa panel.

Great Cabin Experience

My friends and I had an amazing time here! Jose was great and helpful during the check-in process. The cabin was so clean. The deck was amazing with a huge clean hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor bbq with seating. The pool table room was a big hit with our party too. Our stay was in the summer season but I imagine this property would be even more cozy in the winter. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

What we thought was going to be a great vacation rental turned out to be a disaster! From mouse droppings in cupboards and under the sink to dirty dishes in the cupboards and in the dishwasher. The floors were dirty and used tissues were left in the bedrooms. The oven door was broken so we could not use it. The sink reeked of fish. The heater vent and filter were filthy so we didn’t use the heater. The outside area had broken glass and the deck was filthy. We called owner to complain and he made excuses for everything. He did send a cleaning crew the next day but they didn’t remove the mouse droppings and disinfect the cupboards and/or under the sink. The cleaning crew told us that they knew the oven was broken along with the dishwasher. We are not neat freaks by any means! We were still so disgusted and upset that we canceled the rest of our stay. My daughter found us another house through VRBO and we are very pleased with it!

Great Cabin, bad cleaning crew

We loved the actual cabin and location. However the house keeping must have been in a hurry. They left half dried towels in the dryer, dishes in the dishwasher and failed to put out dishwashing pods or coffee (which we later found in a closet). The driveway was also not plowed and I had to navigate a snowy entrance with a 3 month old. After we had been there a few hours and unloaded then the guy came to clear the driveway- but my husband had already done half of it with a shovel. The owners were very responsive but we had to contact them first for information and how to check in. They have a great property but need to pay a bit more attention.
