Waterfront Home sur la baie de Westcott! AccÚs à la plage privée! Maison de 3 chambres sur la baie de Westcott avec une plage privée pour explorer et proche du port de Roche!
Cette maison est un merveilleux mĂ©lange de classique et de moderne. L'allĂ©e sinueuse et l'allĂ©e paysagĂšre prĂ©parent le terrain pour des vacances reposantes sur l'Ăźle avant mĂȘme d'atteindre la porte d'entrĂ©e.

Le salon est agencé de maniÚre à maximiser la vue sur la baie Westcott et à permettre des réunions confortables autour du foyer électrique. La cuisine et la salle à manger sont adjacentes, ce qui facilite les repas pour tous! Une large terrasse s'étend sur toute la longueur de la maison et offre un coin repas et des chaises longues pour se détendre et profiter de la vue.


Les 3 chambres sont situées à l'étage principal de la maison. Réveillez-vous dans la chambre principale ou dans la chambre principale avec vue sur la baie à travers les grandes baies vitrées. Les deux lits King ont récemment (2019) été mis à jour pour devenir les matelas Euro à plateau-coussin Euro Stearns & Foster Rockwell Luxury. La 3Úme chambre est équipée d'un matelas à plateau-coussin Euro Stearns & Foster Rockwell Luxury Firm Euro et ornée d'un thÚme nautique.

Une fois que vous ĂȘtes prĂȘt pour l'aventure, ne cherchez pas plus loin que le chemin qui mĂšne Ă  la cabane Ă  crabe! La cabane Ă  crabe est une zone couverte juste en dessous de la maison avec une grande terrasse construite avec des bancs, offrant une vue imprenable sur la ferme de crustacĂ©s de Westcott Bay, de l’autre cĂŽtĂ© de l’eau. Le Crab Shack met Ă  votre disposition des Ă©quipements de sports nautiques. (Utilisez l'Ă©quipement Ă  vos risques et pĂ©rils). À droite de la cabane Ă  crabe se trouve un chemin menant Ă  une clairiĂšre avec un unique foyer et des bancs pour les histoires de feu de camp et s'mores! C'est l'endroit idĂ©al pour regarder le coucher de soleil de San Juan et se faire des souvenirs.

Il n'y a pas de fumer n'importe oĂč sur la propriĂ©tĂ©.

We loved our stay here! The house was just what we needed, quiet, clean, and surrounded by beautiful views. It was a pleasure to be able to take leisurely walks to the resort and then return and relax by the firepit at the bottom of the property. My husband and the kids had a great time making a fire together! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feel right at home. The host was quick to respond and very friendly. We left feeling refreshed. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed this beautiful property. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and eat on the gigantic deck with the view of the bay. The owners were kind to allow early entrance as it was available which we greatly appreciated. First class all the way:) We will be back!!

Incredible vacation at Westcott Bay Crab Trap House

The house was perfect and having 2 king size beds for the couples was absolutely perfect. The views from the 2 bedrooms and the living room were exceptional. I don't think we ever closed our blinds! We needed the staff to help with internet connection and they were incredibly prompt and helpful. We loved the gas grill and enjoyed evenings by the firepit - fortunately we were there in early April so we were able to have a fire.The house was very well stocked with supplies and it was very clean!. We would highly recommend San Juan Properties and hope to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay. It was my husband and my parents and we had plenty of room but it was also the best cozy environment. No matter what room you're in you can see the water and we spent most of our time on the large deck. Would definitely stay here again. Only con is I wish there was more flexibility with check-in/out. You can't check in until 4 which means you pay for a day you can't really use and check out is at 10am. I feel we could have better maximized our time in the rental if we were able to check in earlier and out later.

Great holiday week!

Location was fantastic! We walked to the sculpture garden, the distillery and Roche harbor. The bay was so quiet and a wonder place to paddle. We brought kayaks and paddle boards. Morning sunrises were gorgeous and the home was cozy and the deck was pacious

Great location

The drive down to the property was steep but doable if you took it slowly. We had no issues with check in. The house has two deck areas and amazing views of Westcott Bay. The three bedrooms were well cleaned and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable for all and the living room was nicely decorated, There were games and a TV. We did encounter a burp in the internet one morning but it resolved after a quick reset. The speed was about 30 MbPS. Kitchen facilities were good and had what we needed. The requirements before departure should be in the listing. We had to put towels in the washing machine and start and load the dishes into the dishwasher and start. Taking out the trash as requested was a search as it was hidden around a separate building. We did have seals in the bay every day and even a neighborhood cat came to investigate us on the porch. Would definitely stay here again.

Crab, Cribbage & Cabernet

We loved the Crab Trap on Westcott Bay! What a serene setting out on the huge deck with a beautifully updated and well-stocked home. We ate a lot of crab, played some pretty competitive cribbage games and drank a bit of Cabernet after boating each evening! It just doesn’t get any better!

The location was perfect and provided us with such a beautiful view along with a very peaceful setting. We cooked in and the kitchen had more than enough of what we needed; this is big since two of our guys are amazing cooks. Beds were very comfortable. We LOVED how large the deck was overlooking the water. The house felt larger than the square footage listed; however, the huge deck really extends your living space. PLUS, who wants to be inside when you can sit out there and enjoy nature and good company. We all highly recommend this home and will be renting it again in the future. It was very clean and well maintained. We did not need to contact the management company during our stay. I did receive several very helpful emails from them prior to our arrival that I greatly appreciated. Giving us driving directions from the ferry, suggested things to do and see. Very helpful.

Perfect for a couples getaway!

We had a great stay at the house. Lots of time was spent out on the deck each day watching the water and wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Overall the space worked well for our group of 4 plus one dog. Would definitely return!

Most Relaxing Vacation!

We found the home nice and clean and fully stocked, we cooked several meals there and found all the extra spices and oils that we needed. We so enjoyed sitting out on the deck and just watch the wild life and the occasional boat going by, it was peaceful and quiet! When we come back to San Juan Island we would love to stay here again, well worth the extra money to stay in this place.
