Condo Harbor View au coeur de la ville! (Place Churchill # 1)

Churchill Plaza # 1 - Idéalement situé au cœur de Friday Harbor, le Churchill Plaza offre tout le luxe d'une résidence privée avec une vue magnifique sur le port et le débarcadère des ferries. La propriété est dans un immeuble résidentiel et commercial à usage mixte.

La grande salle du loft donne directement sur l'eau avec une véranda et une terrasse pour profiter de l'extérieur. En soirée, vous pouvez allumer le foyer au propane pour une ambiance relaxante ou romantique. La cuisine, qui est finie avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable, donne également sur l'eau, ce qui la rend idéale pour préparer des repas et profiter du cadre naturel de la ville et de l'activité nautique. La cuisine de l'île dispose également de sièges supplémentaires pour le bar.

Le loft offre deux chambres et deux salles de bain. La chambre principale est meublée d'un lit queen et donne sur le ferry et la marina et a une salle de bain principale attenante. La salle de bain principale est finie avec des comptoirs en granit, deux lavabos, une baignoire et une douche carrelée surdimensionnée. La deuxième chambre est également meublée d'un lit queen-size et donne sur un parc voisin où vous pourrez pique-niquer ou jouer au basket.

Situé juste au-dessus du débarcadère du traversier, l'emplacement du loft offre la commodité de ne pas avoir besoin d'apporter une voiture avec vous. Cependant, la propriété dispose d'un parking privé sécurisé avec ascenseur. Le Churchill Plaza est un endroit idéal pour découvrir l'île pendant quelques jours ou toute une vie.

Le parking est limité en hauteur. Certains camions pleine grandeur peuvent ne pas être en mesure de s'adapter (6FT 4INCH MAX). Il y a des options de stationnement dans la rue de 2 heures, 8 heures et 72 heures.

Great Location in Friday Harbor

Super comfortable, upscale 2 bedroom 2 bath place with modern, open floor plan kitchen/ living area. We enjoyed views of the harbor, relaxing living space and comfortable beds. Property was spotlessly clean. Walking distance to grocery store, harbor, shopping and restaurants.

Mid winter getaway

Relaxing stay at the cozy and warm condo. Enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings, the convent coffee shops in the mornings and the great location to take in all that Friday Harbor and San Juan Island has to offer in the winter. Great hikes, excellent restaurants and inviting small town charm.

Great Getaway Spot

Close to town with convenient onsite parking. We enjoyed how clean the condo was, it smelled like pinesol the whole time. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, towels, etc for use. The views from the condo were great and there were 2 decks with seating.

Perfect for an easy relaxing trip

Everything was in walking distance, the place was very comfortable with the two separated bedrooms. We loved the island and we loved the place. Will stay again with my family someday.

This was an amazing property. We had three nights and the location was perfect in town location. Easy to restaurants and shops. Also the tour around the island in the Jolly Trolley was a lot of fun. I would stay here again when traveling to the Friday Harbor. Thanks

Great stay in a great location! We were able to het around town in minutes and having dedicated parking for our car was awesome! The facility was clean, spacious, and provided just the right amount of amenities!!

Two night stay with family

Great location and stay for our family of 4. Very convenient location to anything you need in town. Right next to ferry loading / unloading so be prepared to heat the announcements when doors or windows are open. Wasn’t disruptive to us as we were gone most of the day but the first time we heard the announcements it caught us off guard but it’s logical considering the location. The covered parking is a huge bonus , especially when it’s raining.

Cozy fireplace, excellent TV and internet service as well as the great views complimented our January experience. Off-street parking was an appreciated plus. Management company was helpful in getting us settled with all the relevant info we needed. Easy check-in and check out.

Great location, very noisy

We enjoyed our stay in beautiful Friday Harbor. The accommodations had +/- The positives: Clean Updated apartment Close to everything The negatives: The apartment is right above the ferry queuing, which goes on all day starting early and ending late. There are constant cars and vehicles and little privacy and no quiet. The apartment has minimal “stuff”; no beach towels, very few supplies in the kitchen and almost no essentials for cooking. This is very inconvenient for people traveling here. Internet isn’t great.

Reviewer Comments: If you're looking for a clean and nicely decorated space, walking distance to restaurants/shops, comfy beds, and a view...this is the place for you! We would adventure during the day on the rest of the island(s), come home, park, and the car would stay put until the next day. We could easily walk to shops and restaurants, or we'd sit on our deck or balcony - yes, there are two. You may get a bit of traffic/ferry noise in the front bedroom, but it didn't bother us and actually added to the experience. And it truly is across the street from the ferry. So convenient. We would definitely return - highly recommend!

Great in town condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is right on the edge of downtown near the ferry dock and a quick walk to everything. We weren’t bothered by the ferry loading because we had the windows closed but in summer, with the windows open, especially in the front bedroom, it might get annoying. Everything was clean, comfortable and stylish but for us, the lack of or poor quality kitchen items was very disappointing. Good dishes, fridge, microwave, coffee makers, and range but terrible or non existent pots and pans of the cheapest variety. We don’t like to eat every meal from takeout but there wasn’t even a cookie sheet or small roasting pan to cook some chicken in. For us, the lack of decent kitchen basics was a deal breaker for future stays.

Not up to our standards

We use VRBO because we like the comfort of home. That means a fully stocked kitchen that allows us to cook. The coffee pot was missing a pour spout, the knives were dull. The pots and pans were a mess, overused and highly abused. There was not even a bowl to make a salad in. There were no dish towels to dry dishes. I could not have made a complete dinner here to save my life. One balcony was closed off upon arrival unknown to us, the other had very uneven and unsafe flooring that when walked on popped up. The TV was a joke. The pillows horribly hard and the beds very uncomfortable. The towels very small and were damp to the touch.The shower in the main bedroom kept filling up when used and had a gross looking white foam in it. There was not a tissue in the entire place to blow a nose. A few simple conveniences would go a long way to make this place homey. The elevator a pain to use and not Ada compliant with having to turn a key and push the button at the same time some people don't have that dexterity. Shame on you! Overall a big fail and we would not choose this place again. BEWARE if you like comfort

Perfect place in Friday Harbor

We loved having two bedrooms/bathrooms and the fireplace was wonderful at night. Having a parking place was an extra bonus. The place was clean and easy to enter. We loved it!
