We’re happy to share that the blinds have now been replaced, and the owner is actively working on replacing the carpet, exploring the best options available. We’re also glad you appreciated the beach chairs and towels. We understand your desire for additional beach gear, especially for families. Unfortunately, due to liability reasons, we are unable to provide extra items like beach toys, but we’re glad you found a nearby rental facility to meet your needs. Mahalo for taking the time to post a review. We appreciate the feedback and will ensure all future guests do not have the same experience. The condo absolutely should have had salt and pepper in the condo at arrival. Thank you for letting us know it was missing your first morning so we could drop it off to you that morning. We are sorry that the extra towels were hard to find in the condo. We will be sure to ensure all guests know where to find them. It is our standard to provide one beach towel per guest. Our property management team has now ensured the condo has a proper set of measuring cups in the condo as well as extra pillows and blankets. We are sorry that you had to request an extra handsoap. I can ensure you that our intention was to provide you with the quickest solution on getting you a cooler. Sometimes guests will be going to different locations around the island to the beach and request to come to our office to pick up items rather than having us drop them off. Our intention was to find offend you. I am happy to see that you were able to get a cooler later that day but apologize you did not have it for the beach that day. Sadly due to lawsuits and litigation across the state, we no longer provide beach equipment. We do provide beach chairs and beach towels. We do have a partnership with a great company that will deliver and pick up the gear directly from the condo and do provide this information to all guests. Thank you for reporting the carpet.
