Great place/great price

Every well appointed and extremely comfortable condo. Two full size bedrooms with King beds. Great host that was very responsive any time we had a question.

Wonderful Maui family vacation

This was my family's second trip to Maui and we really enjoyed this condo. The two bedroom two bath set up was perfect for us with out two teenage daughters. Everything you need for the beach is provided - towels, chairs and umbrellas. The location is close to stunning beaches and resorts, and we had the convenience of a full kitchen. So nice to be within a 15 min walk to the beach, and also a great base to drive to multiple beaches and sights throughout the island. We enjoyed fine dining in Wailea as well as casual spots, food trucks and the grocery store in Kehei. The best of both worlds! We would gladly stay here again.

Welcoming Setting

It was great to return to a home setting after a day of sightseeing and spending time on the beaches and pool side. To be able to have breakfasts without leaving. PJ time : ) The rooms were spacious, ,clean, pet and smoke free. Thanks to Kim and the housekeeper we were able to check in early a/c of our flight arriving so early. This would never been able to happen with a hotel. I would definitely return and recommend to my friends.

Great for family holiday

We were here with our daughter and her boyfriend for one week. Everything in and around the appt was great and the koctaion good enough that we could do things independently and with one car only. The gourmet market done by the Wailea Shops saved us a few trips to the closest grocery store. The property manager was very responsive to minor issues and communicates very well. We would highly recommend this place.

Condo is great - better than advertised ! Great location in property - very clean, well equipped and "as advertised." Our 4th stay @ Grand Champions, 1st time in this unit and it is the best unit we've stayed in - we'll be back !!!

All was good. The pickle ball courts are close to the condo so that could be annoying. It was mostly drowned out by the AC.

Great place!

No complaints. Clean, no bugs and had everything we needed. Nice big shower in master 1. Master 2 gas bath. Kitchen utensils well stocked and cookware and Tupperware. Had a few simple spices and olive oil. Had chairs, umbrella, beach mat. We had a great time! Used pool and spa daily. We had kids but they have a quiet pool for adults. Would stay again.

Girls trip!

We came for a fun girls trip and we’re happy with the place! It was perfectly located and had plenty of space. The only inconvenience was that the master bathroom only had a door for the toilet, so slightly inconvenient for a girls trip, but otherwise amazing. And any slight hiccup was addressed timely.

Family vacation

11 days in Maui

The condo is exactly as the listing . Beautiful property and very well kept . The condo had everything we needed for our stay . There are lots of dishes, towels and 2 beach umbrellas, beach chairs , boogie boards and beach toys for children. Kim went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly to any questions we had . We highly recommend this property and definitely will return

We Plan on Staying Again!

We really enjoyed this condo. The amenities are nice including kitchen supplies, beach chairs and umbrellas, and comfortable beds and furniture. It is within walking distance to a tennis club, restaurants, the Shops at Wailea, and beaches. Also, communication with the host was great. We are definitely planning on coming back!

Great place in our favorite area of Maui! 🤫

Really nice and clean ground floor 2bdrm, 2 bath unit well stocked and close to both pools. Our family and friends love to stay at Grand Champions. Quiet location and walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Ulua Beach is wonderful.

Beautiful area and property!

Property was clean and quiet. Plenty of room for the four of us to not feel like we were on top of each other. Gardens around the property were beautiful. Close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Thank you for a relaxing and worry free week!

Our Second Stay!

This was the second time my family stayed here and we hope to be back for a third stay soon! Just a perfect place for a family. Has a community pool and is in a wonderful location in Wailea that is close to everything Maui has to offer. And Kim is a great host. Can’t ask for more. Mahalo!

Retirement vacation

Wailea was beautiful and close to beaches and shops. Also not far from the airport. Our favorite beach was Kapalua Bay Beach about an hour drive away. Our first time in Maui and it was great 😊

Wedding vacation

We spent a week in Kim's place. Four adults were very comfortable. Kim has her place well stocked for beach goers: beach chairs umbrellas, coolers and towels. We loved this place and would certainly book again next time! We had an issue with one of room's air conditioner but the problem was rectified in a timely manner.. Kim is responsive and kept us happy! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials so we were content cooking or using the BBQ grills at poolside.. You can't go wrong staying here! The grounds are well kept. The two pools are nice, and the jacuzzi's are good for aches legs from long hikes! Thanks Kim! You rock!!

Wonderful Condo

The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. The beds linens and pillows were all wonderful. Note the AC in the master bedroom would not run as it produced an error code due to a vent issue but we were fine without it, just wanted to let the property management know.

We are a family of three that loved vacationing in Maui. When my son was born, we found it to be the perfect family destination with the ideal weather, the vast choice of activities and the beautiful scenery. We always stayed in the 5 star hotels located in Wailea until someone showed us the Grand Champions Villas. We purchased a villa in the Grand Champions as it was one of the newest complexes in the area and it was so close to so many beautiful beaches in Maui. We love going to different beaches every day searching for good places to boogie board and and snorkel. We try to visit as often as possible and we consider it our home away from home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose a vacation rental in Wailea because the area's 5 star feel. Its location is ideal for visiting many of the top rated beaches in the world which are minutes away, the fine dining restaurants and shopping and the world championship golf courses and tennis club.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The location of our unit is on the first floor which is easy to load your luggage and bring in groceries, etc. It is right across from one of the pools in the complex which is wonderful to use after a day at the beach or sightseeing or in the evening for a BBQ. In addition, the Tommy Bahama inspired decor makes the condo inviting. Bed and bath linens are purchased on a continuous basis. Three smart TV's allow you to enjoy entertainment while you are relaxing. Beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers are provided. The following are not provided however are often there: umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys.
