We were especially disappointed to learn after your departure that the air conditioning was not performing as expected. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have arranged for immediate service. We want every guest to be comfortable, and we're always happy to address any concerns as quickly as possible. Our condo is intentionally decorated in a warm, classic Hawaiian style with Tommy Bahama-inspired furnishings, including updated bedroom furniture and newer living room furniture. We understand that personal design preferences vary, and our listing photos are intended to accurately reflect the home's island-inspired décor so guests know what to expect before booking. We truly appreciate all feedback and remain committed to providing a comfortable, relaxing Maui vacation experience. Ithanks you for your review and I am glad that you enjoyed our condo. I am so sorry that the AC had an error code. I wish you would have let me know so I could have fixed it. It now fixed and all 3 A/C do work. Mahalo!

I am so sorry that the carpets were dirty. I was not aware of this as I would have had them cleaned. I strive to keep our condo in the cleanest condition and as such have the carpets cleaned about 4x per year.
