Palms at Wailea - Juste rénové - Entièrement climatisé

Bienvenue à notre Wailea Condo au Palms de Wailea. Notre condo est un grand 1200 pieds carrés de deux chambres, deux salles de bains condo qui est à distance de marche de quelques-unes des plus belles plages du monde, récemment rénové. Pour votre commodité, nous fournissons des chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, glacière et un parasol.

The Palms at Wailea est un haut de gamme souhaitable complexe de villas avec seulement 150 unités locatives. Il ya une belle piscine d'eau salée chauffée avec vue sur l'océan, Molokini cratère et les montagnes de West Maui. A proximité il ya une grande golf et la plongée en apnée, centre commercial haut de gamme, restaurants raffinés et décontractés, et les attractions locales.

Notre condo possède tout le confort de la maison: sans fil haut débit à Internet (15 Mbps de vitesse de téléchargement), 2 téléviseurs, lecteur de DVD, de nombreux jeux de société, un bien approvisionné, cuisine, récemment rénové, avec tous les ustensiles et ustensiles nécessaires et une véranda avec une marque nouveau barbecue à gaz.

La chambre principale dispose d'un nouveau plateau-coussin lit king et la deuxième chambre a deux top lits jumeaux nouvelle d'oreiller (les lits peuvent être convertis en un peu plus petit que lit king standard) avec chaque chambre ayant leur propre unité de climatisation. Il ya aussi un canapé-lit dans la salle familiale et la salle familiale a une troisième unité de conditionnement d'air.

Propriété de la famille et a réussi: nous voyageons à Maui plusieurs fois chaque année pour veiller à ce que notre condo est prêt pour votre expérience hawaïenne parfaite!

Never received entry code prior to arrival. A Vrbo rep had to spend a very long time trying to help me as the owners were not part of her rentals. The furnishing were quite worn. Dining chair leather falling apart , crud under sink faucets, outdoor cushions dirty and very worn out and flat.

Communication with the owner, before and during our stay, was excellent. That applied to our request. We needed a light bulb replaced in the bathroom, and a maintenance person was there promptly. The condo is updated, well stocked, very clean, and comfortable. There was no sign of "bugs" or ants, The resort property is well kept. The back yard is close to an intersection. There were infrequent noisy cars, but nothing at night that might bother our sleep. The swimming pool and hot tub are great, and there is such a beautiful view from the pool area. We would love to stay there again!!!

We enjoyed our stay for our anniversary. The condo was well-appointed with everything we needed and check-in and out were smooth. The location is perfect for enjoying all that South Maui has to offer. It also offers easy access to other parts of the island. We love this area of Maui.

Fantastic condo! Wonderful hosts! A few tiny hiccups that were resolved right away. The condo lanai is very private and large. Lots of good seating, great areas for sun or shade.

The location was perfect and the unit is spacious enough for 5 adults. We had issues with the patio lights; it was very dark at night because the motion sensor lights were not working. The owner referred us to the local property manager who did not return our message during the weekend (it turned out it’s because we reached him by email which is for non-emergency issues). Still I had to follow up on Monday and the lady I spoke with promised to send someone over to fix it, which never happened. It was a pity; would have enjoyed nights out in the patio.Also, there’s no grill on the patio like the listing pictures would suggest.

Amazing Condo

We loved our stay here. Was very easy to book and get access to the condo. The location was close to the beach, food and shopping. The condo had a lot of space and is a great layout. We very much enjoyed the outside living space and having our own BBQ. Would definitely stay again... no issues.

January GetAway from the freezing North

Great Place which is close to many great things to do.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Palms. The location is very clean and NO ants!! We had great walks to the coffee store and the Wailea Shops and enjoyed the Ulua Beach which is a short drove or a nice walk too. It is also close to good restaurants. The place is clean and having a washer and dryer are so nice to use. The owner was responsive and made sure our stay was very good. Used the Bar-b-que which worked great. The Beds were nice!. Thanks

Nice complex

Property was in a great location however the unit was located near the intersection of two busy and noisy streets. The tall hedge offered complete privacy but it was noisy if you were outside.

A great spot.

A beautiful home to stay, clean and comfortable. We love the peaceful environment. Spacious master bedroom and bathroom. All the air cond units worked efficiently the whole time we were there, which was great for Maui weather. We can cook with the utensils that are necessary and a dish washer. Walking distance to all other resorts and shops. We enjoyed both, the regular walks to nearby Andaz Maui at Wailea resort to be with our other family members, and also the walks to the nearby beach. An excellent base for travelling around with our rental car.

Great location to the best beaches on the island. Was impressed by every aspect of the condo and the Palms Condo Resort as a whole. There was a concierge on the grounds that helped us navigate our first trip to Hawaii. The condo was stocked with all our needs and was a great fit for our family of four. Our children are teenagers and still managed to share the twin bedroom with ease! We went in knowing we could have road nose from the road and busy corner and didn’t let it bother us. Thanks again for letting us rent this beautiful property to make long lasting memories.

Great location

This property was clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies and beach toys. Great location. One thing to note is the pool is not kid friendly. They do not allow any floaties or pool games. This property is great for groups without kids or groups that are planning on spending more time at the beach than the pool. Also note that the property description says there is a grill on the lanai, however the grill is a shared grill in the middle of the lawn. Great communication with the host Peter! He was super responsive to my questions.

Great location and great owner

This home is in a beautiful complex, close to many beaches and a short-drive to restaurants, groceries, shops, etc. It was clean with a nice layout. The patio is large with lots of seating. We really appreciated the beach gear. The pool and garden walkway are refreshing and relaxing. Parking is close to the home. Peter was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. He provided tips and answered my many questions. And graciously gave us a late check-out so we could spend our last day on the beach. Maui is a beautiful place and we appreciated the COVID precautions. It was the perfect setting to take a break from reality. Thank you, Peter, for sharing your home and helping our experience be a great one!

Great Wailea Trip

We spent 3 weeks at this property in January 2023. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We had one little issue and check in but owner and property manager addressed it immediately. The property is a bit older and doesn’t have a true ocean view, but that is reflected in the nightly rate. We have been staying in Wailea for 30 years and this property matches up with any we have rented in terms of value. One additional point. A few reviews mentioned road noise. We did not find it to be a big deal. It is close to the road but having stayed at the Palms many times before, you can occasionally hear road noise at most of the units. And to put it in perspective, we heard far more noise from our neighbors on their lanai or in the unit upstairs (not sure what was going on there —sounded like a square dance several nights!). All of this generally subsided by 10 or 1030, and in any case, is kind of to be expected in a condominium complex. It was not a problem. All in all, we had a wonderful trip and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This property can’t be rented in the future

This property should not be renting in this condition. Two twins has extremely uncomfortable mattresses. All pillows are very old and not good . Beach towels towels been in use for hundreds years , has holes. It was very embarrassing to bring them to pool. Clocks ( 3 ) of them never worked properly. Draining in both bathrooms takes time to clear . My daughter and her two kids left 4 days earlier, because they could not spend there vacation in this condition of this rental condo . I would like to have some refund on what we paid for for horrible vacation . VRBO has to remove this property from listing . Please , contact me asap. Thanks

Neighbors above and around were very welcoming we loved meeting Todd Valentine. Unit was spacious. Very loud in the am w/gardener lots of street noise as well. Washer/dryer too small to wash towels. Overall the location is great, pool area nice. We enjoyed the stay. Thanks

We started travelling to Hawaii when we had our first child 15 years ago and fell in love with the islands. We have gone back every year since and have recently decided to buy a place of our own.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose the Palms at Wailea because we love the sunny weather of Wailea. We were at our unit in early April and there were clouds and rain on most of Maui however it remained sunny in Wailea for almost the entire week we were there.
