This home was nice. My guests and I really loved the open concept and the patio. The views were great. Itâs close to town and everything you want to do. There were only a few things we werenât crazy about which was the level of cleanliness of the place but they were minor things like the patio and floors not being the cleanest. Some of the beds being a little springy and comforters were questionable when they were washed last. Communication between Vacasa and us was good we had no problems. Overall we would stay here again.
We stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. Location is totally private. House was spotless clean and had everything that was needed. Wifi worked nicely.
We really enjoyed our stay. Loved sitting on the patio and watching golf and Elk! Very well furnished and open. Can't say enough good about it. We will absolutely look for this home when we get back to Estes.
Our 3rd time to stay here and wonât be our last. Quiet neighborhood and conveniently located next to the golf course and of course elk. See ya next year!!
This home had more than enough room to move around freely and was very comfortably furnished. We loved using the provided grill and sitting out on the back patio and watching the elk stroll through the golf course and front yard! The staff at Vacasa is also great and everyone that I personally interacted with was very friendly and professional, which is a big plus!
Cozy house with enough beds for 4 adults and two kids. Clean and efficient kitchen. Great living room and a back porch with a fantastic view of the city golf course and elk. Walkable area.
Well kept home near the golf course where multiple elk and deer were roaming. Very convenient access to downtown Estes Park. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was the lack of air conditioning.
Nice house, clean, functional, and homey. Nature was right outside with daily visits from elk visiting the golf course next door. Very convenient to the National Park and only about 3 minutes from downtown Estes Park. Gold course right outside the door. Even if you don't play golf, it is beautiful. Nice patio with golf course and mountain views. Also, the house was very well stocked.
Just returned from a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked! But the highlight was the daily parade of elk on the golf course and elk and deer occasionally ventured into our yard!! We saw more elk on the golf course than in RMNP!
The only criticism was that the directions to the property could have been clearer!
The house itself is nice and if it had been in better condition, it wouldâve been very enjoyable. Based on the numerous signs with instructions and rules, it appears that the owners take pride in their home and believe it to be pristine. But our stay was not so great because the king bed we slept in (not the master bedroom), was basically broken. One whole side of the bed sunk so far down that it was impossible for my husband and I to sleep in it. He ended up moving to the couch, while I slept on the âgood sideâ. But it wasnât much better for me. The sheets were so old, worn and pilled that they were really uncomfortable. It was really a bummer. There is also no air conditioning.. which is ok, but guests should know that the house gets extremely warm. The patio is lovely, but the cushions on the chairs are flat and worn and the chairs are uncomfortable and rickety. They, along with the broken king bed, all need to be replaced. The bathrooms were well stocked, which was appreciated. The kitchen provided paper towels but no napkins. I donât understand the logic of buying the cheapest possible paper towels. I assume itâs to cut costs, but you end up using three times as many since they fall apart in your hands. The last thing worth mentioning is that the directions of the home should be rewritten as they are very confusing. We were sharing the house with friends and both parties got completely lost trying to find the house. Iâm just glad we gave the master bedroom to our friends since Iâm the one who booked the house. I wouldâve been horrified if they had ended up with the broken bed. If the furniture in the 2nd bedroom and patio were replaced, I would recommend this house.
We loved the location. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked the best of any home we have ever stayed in. Beautiful kitchen and hardwood floors. Would give it five stars if the baseboards in the bathrooms had been vacuumed recently. We saw more elk from the patio than we did in RNP. We will definitely try to stay here when we come back to Estes Park.
