Upon entering, each guest will be greeted by the wonderful tall ceilings, an inviting fireplace, and warm wood accents throughout. Start each day with a cup of coffee on the upper deck and look out to the mountain landscape and trees that are famous for this area. After a long day on the slopes, hop into the fully equipped kitchen and whip up a tasty meal for the whole family to enjoy. Come summer, the gas grill will be just the ticket for a fun cookout in the fresh air! Not to mention, the flatscreen TV and free WiFi will provide ample entertainment for everyone to enjoy as the stars come out! Plus, the lofted layout gives everyone a bit of privacy when needed with all of the communal living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

Sitting in the heart of Estes Park, you will have no trouble filling your days with outdoor adventure! Regardless of the season, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Come summer, Estes Lake Marina is less than. a mile away for all of your boating, swimming, and fishing days. Golfing at Estes Park 18-Hole Golf Course and hiking along the various trails nearby are also perfect for soaking up the sun and breathing in some fresh air. When the weather cools a bit, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, and taking a ride on the Estes Aerial Tramway are all great ways to spend your time.

Amanda the local property manager was awesome! She came by to assist with the door locks that were not functioning. It was never resolved so we had to use a key. She also purchased a box fan when the fan onsite didn't work. Great area! Nice place. Close to everything. Couldn't fit our SUV in the garage. There was an odor that we never figured out. May have been coming from the sink.

RMNP Launchpad

Great location and wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect access for RMNP, Estes Park and surrounding area. The unit was clean, well supplied for meal prep and felt like a great home away from home. Would definitely stay here again. We have a family of five and it worked great for our group. Seeing the stars at night from the upstairs deck was really nice. Unit contains all amenities needed minus air conditioning. It was hot during our stay and the late afternoons were warm until sunset. The garage would not accommodate our full size SUV. If your vehicle is larger than a small crossover SUV it will not fit, and you must park in lot adjacent spaces to the building available. During unloading our luggage (in front of the garage) the neighbors called the mgmt company to complain. We were there for all of 25-30 minutes, and never away from the vehicle for more than 2 minutes. The wireless internet also did not work, and the mgmt company was unable to resolve. This upset our teenager during our time there in the evening. Despite these small nuisances we definitely would recommend the unit to travelers wishing to enjoy the area.

Nice house near the lake

House is very nice for families whose members can handle stairs. If you are driving a suburban or expedition or comparable size cars, they will not go in the garage. Door does not go high enough. Excellent communication with property manager.

Murray’s Hanger

Thank you for hosting us and accommodating our needs through the trip. We were having trouble with our refrigerator and Bri was able to have someone dropped off a backup mini fridge for our groceries.Great place and scenery, my family had a great time relaxing and playing in the snow. We will see you soon with another trip in the springs .

Clean property, good location

The house was great. Beautiful views and we even saw an elk stampede go by! Unfortunately the neighbors woke us up both nights around 3 AM working on their cars. We would likely seek out other properties in return trips in fear that would happen again. Outside of that it was a good stay.

Beautiful Location in the Middle of Estes Park

Overall, the stay was great. There was no mention that the location does not have AC, which would have been good to know. We would have still chosen to stay in this location. There was potentially an issue with the property management company, but VRBO handled it and was wonderful to work with. VRBO ensured our trip would go as planned.

Excellent stay in Estes Park

This condo was just perfect for our family of four!! Plenty of room and exceptionally clean! Location was just out of the hustle and bustle of downtown area but close enough to restaurants, shopping and all the activities Estes has to offer! Would stay again if we visit in the future.

Poor communication

Great place- awful management company. They were very slow in responding to my questions most of which were never answered. I would recommend the place itself but I would strongly suggest the owner select a new management company. They are not doing you any favors.

Nice very comfortable home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice, clean and very comfortable. The only issue we had was the fireplace wasn't working and the company managing the property (Vacasa) was not very responsive and waited until the next day to come out and take a look at it. They finally connected us to our "guest agent" who was very helpful and came out to connect the fireplace. We're just not sure why we had to wait so long.

Perfect vacation home for family

The property is exactly what you see on the pictures. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is spectacular. Very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is very well equipped. The views from the balcony are amazing. The only issue for us was parking. The only parking available is the garage but it wouldn’t fit the car we had. The garage door seems to be low. We had a Nissan Armada and couldn’t get in. But we found a guest parking and it was fine.

A bit disappointed


The bedsheets and pillows smell like that of a frat house, the sign on the door about no shoes was a great idea minus the muddied carpet we were then expected to walk on, couldn’t find extra blankets and after telling the manager it was never acknowledged. Tv has ONE channel, the garage door is too short so our ski rack wouldn’t fit so we couldn’t park in it, only driveway with ice, we get blocked in by others parking behind us, the shower floor is grey and gross, shower walls are slimy like cleaner was sprayed but never scrubbed or wiped, towels are so rough you tear up your skin drying off, fan blades are heavily coated in dust, hot water runs out quickly, but decent location.
