En vous souhaitant de bonnes heures au lac Chelan! Notre toute nouvelle maison de deux étages et trois chambres à coucher se trouve juste en face du sentier menant au lac et se connecte à la passerelle menant à la piscine et au parc Lookout.

Entrez par la porte et admirez les hauts plafonds voûtés et une grande salle à aire ouverte qui vous accueille dans notre plan d’étage inversé à l’étage. Il y a aussi une chambre principale et une salle de bain à l'étage supérieur avec une salle d'eau. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable et offre un espace ensoleillé pour préparer les repas. Asseyez-vous au bar de l'île ou à la table à manger de 8 à 10 sièges et profitez de la vue imprenable qui vous entoure. Le salon a un beau canapé et des chaises pour regarder confortablement la Smart TV 55 "LED 4K. Une télécommande universelle facilite la consultation multimédia ou son clic pour Sonos et vous permet d'écouter votre musique préférée. Quand le soleil est dehors (presque tous les jours!), profitez de deux ponts qui capturent des vues de downlake et de upplake. Un ensemble de patio et un barbecue facilitent les repas en plein air. Un lit queen somptueux vous accueille dans la suite principale avec un immense placard. Profitez d'une double vasque spacieuse dans la salle de bain et d'une douche à l'italienne.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez une deuxième chambre principale lumineuse et lumineuse, dotée de son propre lit queen-size. Il y a un 39 "Smart TV et beaucoup de rangement dans le placard. La salle de bain a une vanité intégrée et une douche à l'italienne. Des lits superposés encastrés sont présentés dans la troisième chambre, préférée des enfants et des adultes. Les lits superposés à lits jumeaux et à lits superposés comprennent un éclairage individuel et des rangements intégrés. Un couloir salle de bain comprend une baignoire douche et lavabo sur colonne. Dans le placard du hall se trouve une laveuse et une sécheuse superposées. La salle des médias se trouve au niveau inférieur avec un autre téléviseur intelligent 4K LED 55 ". Celui-ci a une configuration blue ray / X-Box One, alors apportez vos jeux et vos films! Un canapé-lit gigogne complet ajoute une autre option de couchage et deux chaises complètent les assises. Une table de puzzle est mise en place pour les jeux et les puzzles.

Il y a un garage simple attaché pour votre usage personnel. Quel endroit idéal pour stocker vos glacières et votre équipement supplémentaire.

Les chiens sont acceptés aux heures heureuses! Maximum de 2 chiens, de 50 livres ou moins, dormeur de caisse, pot formé. Pas de chiots

La communauté Lookout s'agrandit et il peut y avoir des activités de construction pendant votre séjour. Les heures de construction varient selon la saison mais se situent entre 7h00 et 15h00. m. - 6h00 p. m. en semaine et à 8h00 a. m. - 4h30 p. m. les weekends. S'il vous plaît contacter Lookout Cottage Rentals à pour toutes questions ou préoccupations. Remarque: Il n'y aura pas de construction les fins de semaine pendant les mois d'été.

Great location and a fun community!

An ideal vacation spot to enjoy with family and friends. You can enjoy all the amenities of a resort along with the comforts of staying in a your own house. The property has so many activities going on - you can take the shuttle down to the water for a day at the beach or rent a jet ski, paddle boats, boats etc., or spend the afternoon at one of the 2 pools or enjoy the artists and music in the evenings. The property managers are very responsive and will come fix any issues in the house if needed. The overall ambience and experience was excellent!

The house was amazing - a modern speaker system, TV, 3 showers and an extra half bath with all the furnishing you can need including two giant balconies. It's also 10 steps from the shuttle to drive you down to the water which is super convenient. Guest/overflow parking is quite a hike, but hopefully most folks can use the garage driveway spot and don't need a 3rd or 4th car like we did

Great Stay - House is Lovely

The house is a great location with views of the lake, close to the pool/hot tub and the driveway to the lake front. The only negative being so close to the road is the noise from the shuttles, which are very loud, constantly running up and down the hill. We liked having two decks, so we could rotate between them for shade.

Terrific staycation

Plenty of space for my family to work and attend school remotely for a week. We needed to re-arrange some furniture, but it wasn't a big deal to make spaces for everyone to work while in Chelan. Property is well managed but be aware that there are only 3 sets of dishwasher tabs and laundry pods. Plan ahead if you think you'll need more. Location was ideal for kids to be able to meet up with other friends in the same resort, and the adults were able to easily check out local wineries throughout the week. Definitely plan to return this spring/summer to enjoy the sun and warmer temps.

Plenty of space for all with a well stocked kitchen, great location to the marina shuttle and pools. Organized home that is clearly labeled where to find things and recommendations for the area. There are stairs leading to the kitchen and living areas that could be a challenge if anyone has mobility issues.

Reviewer Comments: Broken air conditioning in the middle of summer and a consistent failure of maintenance to fix it or show up when called about the problem was the biggest issue. The garbage disposal not working was a smaller issue. With that said, the house was great and if we did have A/C, it likely would have been a great house given the location and overall how the house is set up. I’d consider staying again if I somehow knew it would actually have a working air conditioning or that maintenance would show up when called.

Amazing family vacay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this house with one other family. We had an amazing family vacation here. The house was clean, had all the supplies you may need and was a short walk to the pool. It also was located right across the sidewalk from the valet cart that will take you down to the beach area for free! This was a huge plus especially with two toddlers. The decks were perfect for hanging out and one even had a baby gate to keep the toddlers contained which was great. The downstairs area was a perfect place for the kids to hang out and play. The only improvement I can think of is the barbecue was a bit dirty and there were no grill brushes to clean it. I would also make sure future guests have a kitchen scrub brush or sponge so they don’t have to go through a bunch of dish rags. Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

At Happy Hours you will make plenty of memorable experiences on your family vacation! This home is just across the street from the trail to the lake and connects to the walkway to the pool and Lookout Park. Inside the home, the media room can be found on the lower level featuring another 55" LED 4K Smart TV. This one has a blue ray/X-Box One set up for everyone to enjoy. The bedrooms are also large. The bunk room was very fun for our kids. There is some pretty view off the decks and out some windows and it’s great how the house is right next to the trail to the playground and lake. There is even a firepit and some heat lamps on the front porch that weren’t listed and were a great bonus!

Great Experience!

This was our first experience staying at The Lookout Cottages in the “Happy Hour” home and exceeded our expectations! The home was beautiful and was very clean, well supplied for our everyday needs, and centrally located with easy access to the many wineries, restaurants and shops. We wanted to extend our stay but the home was booked through the middle of September! We are planning on coming back yearly and will make our reservations early! We loved that it was pet friendly and we got to bring our little fur ball so that he could enjoy this experience with us! Highly recommend and we’ve already told our friends about it!

Great week at the lake!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week away at The Lookout! Happy Hours was a wonderful escape. We loved the two decks and the overall layout of the house. Our 4 and 2 year olds loved sharing the bunk room and playing in the tv/media room. The house is also in a great location; easy, short walk (less than 1/2 block) to both the pool and shuttle down to the lake. Our only issue was the internet/tv situation. The internet was really slow - hard to stream anything, with lots and lots of buffering (which is not great when you're trying to distract two toddlers with a cartoon!). As for the tv, while there were detailed instructions it was complicated and hard to work.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good overall . I thought that main floor master bedroom means on first floor , however main master bedroom was upstairs and it was hard for my mother . We had to use the ramp to go upstairs and it was very hard , I wish description was more clear .

Perfect Place for a Chelan Vacay!

Loved staying here.. house was close to pool, pickle-ball and other activities. House was clean and comfortable and stocked up with plenty of towels and such for the pool! Will be checking here for availability when come back!
