CHINOOK

Chinook est une maison de 3 étages avec 3 chambres + mezzanine et 3 salles de bains, plus une maison de transport supplémentaire. C'est une maison idéale pour accueillir une grande famille ou un groupe d'amis, avec des couchages confortables et des coins repas pour 8 à 10 personnes. Profitez du petit-déjeuner dans le coin cuisine, des dîners de groupe sur la grande table à manger ou des repas en plein air avec un barbecue, une terrasse et un porche enveloppant.

Vous trouverez la cuisine équipée de tous les outils, appareils et plats dont vous avez besoin pour préparer et déguster un repas simple ou élaboré, selon votre humeur. De nombreux sièges pour tous dans la grande salle au premier étage en font un lieu de rassemblement parfait le soir pour divertir ou regarder des films sur la télévision grand écran.

Le troisième étage comprend à la fois une zone de couchage avec deux lits jumeaux ainsi qu'une salle de jeux / multimédia séparée avec canapé-lit, des chaises, une télévision grand écran, un lecteur Blu-Ray, une table de baby-foot et de nombreux livres, films et planche des jeux pour toute la famille. Une connexion WiFi est disponible dans toute la maison.

La remise a un lit queen, 3/4 salle de bain, table et deux chaises, télévision à écran plat et une barre de petit déjeuner avec évier, micro-ondes, mini-réfrigérateur, cafetière, vaisselle, tasses, verres et argenterie.

À Chinook, vous pouvez sortir immédiatement sur le mini-parc adjacent avec pelouse et balançoire, traverser la rue jusqu'au terrain de pétanque ou continuer à travers Jackrabbit Lane jusqu'à Lookout Park où vous pourrez profiter de la piscine extérieure, du spa, du club-house, du pickle ball court et grand terrain de jeu ouvert. Tout cela, en plus d'un accès en bord de mer au lac Chelan, en fait l'escapade de vacances idéale en toute saison de l'année.

Les chiens sont acceptés au Chinook. Maximum de 2 chiens, 70 livres ou moins, dormeur de caisse, pot formé. PAS de chiots

La communauté de Lookout grandit et il peut y avoir des activités de construction pendant votre séjour. Les heures de construction varient selon la saison, mais tomberont entre 7 h 00. m. - 6h00 p. m. en semaine et 8h00 a. m. - 16h30 p. m. les weekends. The Chinook house has everything one could want for a getaway vacation with the kids and grandparents. Fully stocked with toys, kitchen supplies, and comfortable beds. Great location next to the Swing Park and Bocce Court. Highly recommended for families and friends!

Just what we needed!

This was a perfect vacation for us. The home and the Lookout exceeded our expectations. The one and only negative thing was the temperature difference between the first floor and the second and third floors. The upper floors were really warm! But overall we loved our time. The house was well stocked and perfect for our family of 9.

The perfect spot for those with kids

We had six kids 10 and under in our group and they loved the upstairs loft that was loaded with kids toys, games, and books. The house was clean and well laid out and in an awesome location next to a garden and just one street off the pool house and pickleball court. Our only two minor complaints were that the fire pit on the porch is too small to be functional. We tried to cozy up to it in the evenings, but I’m not kidding when I say it’s the size of a small side table and the flame it puts out is not big enough to provide any actual heat. We were slightly jealous of the other fire pits we saw on most other properties. The second small complaint was that the internet speed is too slow to be functional. We tried streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime for the kids and literally every time the show would buffer, pixelate, and then pause. This also happened regularly when surfing the news on my phone. We didn’t go to Chelan to spend our time in front of screens so this wasn’t a huge headache, just know the internet speed won’t cut it for most normal use. But again, we would absolutely stay here again since the location, layout, and kids stuff was beyond expectations. Lovely home at a fair price.

Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for Memorial Day weekend and absolutely loved the home, location, cleanliness (especially with it being pet friendly), outside yard area with a swing set, and how well the house was stocked! The house felt huge, especially with the entertainment room on the 3rd floor. We took up the three bedrooms on the 2nd floor and could have hosted a whole other family on the 3rd! The kitchen was extremely well stocked and there was plenty of room for dining - a kitchen table, dining room table and bar seating. The entertainment was a dream for our son who loved the foos ball table and all of the toys and games. I highly recommend this home!

Great Family Summer Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have two teenagers, so they brought friends with them. We all enjoyed the home and The Lookout! One of our best family vacations! So much for all of us to do and plenty of room for the entire family! Close to the pool, close to the parks and with the valet service to the lake, it was easy to get there as well. The kitchen was well stocked also and we cooked every meal at the house. Plenty of room for everyone to sit down together and enjoy each others company. Will definitely be back!!
