Bienvenue au Lookout at Lake Chelan, un quartier au bord du lac conçu de maniĂšre traditionnelle, oĂč le temps passĂ© entre amis et en famille est apprĂ©ciĂ©, et oĂč le stress de la vie urbaine trĂ©pidante est dissipĂ© par le soleil abondant de la vallĂ©e de Chelan. Ce nouveau quartier rĂ©pond Ă  notre besoin innĂ© de communautĂ©, combinĂ© Ă  un accĂšs facile aux biens et services situĂ©s Ă  seulement 1,6 km du centre-ville de Chelan.

Lakeview Landing est situé au sommet d'une colline surplombant le lac Chelan et à 1,6 km du centre-ville. Il offre une vue fantastique sur le lac, les montagnes, les vignobles, les couchers de soleil et le centre-ville. Un grand porche enveloppant, une terrasse avec vue, un bain à remous extérieur, une superbe salle et une salle multimédia. Avec 4 chambres à coucher et 4 salles de bain, Lakeview Landing pourra accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 12 personnes.

Au dernier niveau de la maison principale se trouve la grande salle avec vue sur le lac, les montagnes et les vignobles. La cuisine spacieuse est bien amĂ©nagĂ©e avec des comptoirs Caesar, un grand Ăźlot (avec quatre tabourets de bar), une cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz, un four et de nombreux rangements. La table Ă  manger peut accueillir huit personnes. Le grand salon comprend une tĂ©lĂ©vision de 52 pouces, une cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz, un canapĂ© et d’autres siĂšges confortables. Il y a aussi une chambre des maĂźtres roi Ă  ce niveau.

Le niveau intermédiaire comprend trois chambres, toutes avec vue sur le vignoble. Une suite principale est située à ce niveau avec sa propre salle de bain principale privée avec baignoire, double vasque et douche. La chambre a un lit queen-size et partage une salle de bain avec la chambre avec lits superposés pour enfants. La chambre des enfants dispose de deux lits superposés dotés de 4 lits jumeaux XL pour accueillir les tout-petits, les adolescents et les adultes.

Le niveau infĂ©rieur comprend une salle multimĂ©dia avec un grand lit confortable American Leather. Cette couchette confortable n’est pas un canapĂ©-lit ordinaire et n’a pas de sommier ni de matelas. Vous voulez vous dĂ©tendre, regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision ou un film comme au thĂ©Ăątre ou jouer Ă  des jeux vidĂ©o de la vie rĂ©elle? Cette salle comprend un tĂ©lĂ©viseur de projection 106 pouces, un lecteur DVD / BD, une Xbox One et une Xbox 360 avec de nombreux jeux Ă  choisir. Ce niveau a Ă©galement sa propre salle de bain et douche. En outre, il y a une grande capacitĂ© cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte laveuse et sĂ©cheuse.

L’équipe derriĂšre le belvĂ©dĂšre du lac Chelan s’est rĂ©unie pour crĂ©er un lieu oĂč des souvenirs sur le lac, ou assis sur votre nouveau porche, sont crĂ©Ă©s et chĂ©ris pour les annĂ©es Ă  venir.

Well stocked, including kitchen essentials like spices, oils, etc. Beautiful view of the lake. Fenced yard for the pup. I look forward to visiting again!

All the amenities were fantastic and we were amazed at the planning that went on with the landscape and the homes. Our only complaints: Sofa sleeper mattress in the media room needs to be replaced - it was quite uncomfortable for our 6'4" son! You also need more lighting in the master bathroom where the vanity chair sits. Otherwise, we will definitely recommend this place to our friends! Oh, and adding the $1500 for taxes and fees on at the end, really through our budget. Please include this in your initial cost for greater transparency.

Because we got 10+' of snow over night on Friday we were mostly snowed in on Saturday morning however the HOAs workers started to plough the roads really early so we were able to get out and about into the town in the afternoon. The one thing that was hard was because it snowed so much, we parked on the street vs the garage/driveway which is In the back of the house. Clearer directions to get into the property would be helpful for others when they cannot use the garage/driveway parking.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you plan on staying at this home, I would caution you to reconsider and stay elsewhere. We stayed a week at this house over Spring break. The short version of our stay– It started when they messed up the billing for our stay which took a month to resolve. Then we had to do some cleaning when we arrived at the house because the house was not thoroughly cleaned (and during Covid, really?). We treated the house as if it were our own during our stay and our stay was quiet and non-eventful. When we returned home, we were greeted with a call from The Lookout saying we had done extensive damage to the house. We were confused because as I stated, it was a quiet non-event stay. So I asked to see documentation of the alleged damage. I received a 4-page document with tiny pictures that had no description of room or damage and with no date/time stamp. I went back and told them we did not do the damage they claimed and asked for date/time stamped pictures of the checkout of the previous renter/homeowner and our check out along with details on the alleged damage. We denied doing any of the damage and I was told they would not be providing that document. I inquired a few weeks later, as I had not heard from The Look out, and was told that they were still waiting for contractor bids to fix all the damage. I emailed again asking again for date/time stamped photos and to date still no response from The Lookout. We are now 2 months into this, and we have not heard from The Lookout. Yet, with all the alleged damage that we did they are still renting out the house. Why would you rent out the house if there is already 4 pages of damage done by renters? And as a business practice why would you not use photos with date/time stamps? Feels sketchy at best.

We have celebrated milestones here, daughters 16th and 18th birthdays. We love the Lakeview because it has areas to be together as a family while also spaces to get some space when it’s time for some independent relaxation. We love the view and have spent many a night on the back deck looking up toward the Northwest at the stunning sunsets and have enjoyed so many walks with our family dogs around the neighborhood. We have stayed at many homes but this is the original favorite for us.

Great Stay

We all had a wonderful time. The house was great, clean, and the view was gorgeous. My only complaint was dealing with the parking and the parking passes. I received something like at least 6 emails before the trip and one of those had a link that if I clicked on it and then scrolled all the way to the bottom... then I'd read about parking passes being needed. I don't have time to read 6 emails let alone pages of a guide to find this stuff out. So then I'm trying to relax for 2 days and have to call rental offices and find car passes, not my idea of a great time. The staff was super kind and helpful with getting us passes and situated. I would just prefer to have things like that settled before my time away.

I came here For my bachelorette with friends and family. The house accommodated us all and is in a great location! We had a couple issues regarding things that were not working correctly but management was able to fix it in a timely manner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a week at this beautiful home. Since it was early December, the elegant holiday decorations were also appreciated. We were very impressed with the location, and enjoyed the view of the lake and walks in the neighborhood every day. We were grateful for the incredibly well-appointed kitchen. Any serving bowl or utensil we needed was provided. Our family divided our time between remote working, watching movies in the amazing media room and playing outrageously funny ping pong tournaments. The hot tub was fun on a chilly night, and would be lovely in any season.We enjoyed Local Myth Pizza, Fonda Oaxaqueña and would recommend both.This home was perfect for our stay, and would be incredible in the warmer months.

Very nice property. Clean and spacious. Beautiful community. Nice pool and recreation area for the kinds. Not really any good access to the lake, but still nice.

Review of our house!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall everything was wonderful!!! We had the best time celebrating my sisters bachelorette weekend. There was only two things that were unfortunate, and that was the bed in the pullout couch in the theater room was missing a leg so two girls just had to sleep on the couch and not a bed like what we thought we were getting. The other unfortunate thing was the hot tub cover was broken on one side so the lid had a hard time staying on. Neither of these things were brought to my attention when booking or checking in. Other than that it was absolutely amazing and would 10/10 recommend!
