We have enjoyed staying in the 3 Kings area. If you are going in the summer, no A/C, but turn on the fans and open the windows at night. Great by morning. Would stay here again.
The property was dated but well maintained. My only complaint was the hot water tank was exhausted after three people took showers. The condo was very close to the the First Time lift...literally about 50 yards away so it was convenient for skiing.
The perfect place to stay for in and out skiing. The condo is impeccably appointed with everything you need. Relaxing chairs, cozy pillows, warm lap blankets, soft and lush linens, heavy thick quilts, and oversized hot tub towels.
The condo complex has an amazing outdoor heated pool, large relaxing hot tub, workout room with showers and sauna, and roomy clubhouse for group gatherings.
Owners are attentive and graciously accommodating. Management personnel are responsive, thorough, and consistently deliver exemplary customer service.
description was wrong, master bedroom had a full size bed, NOT A QUEEN and the pull out sofa was in the livingroom not the second bedroom
i was given a code for the clubhouse (pool & hot tub) that did work and when i finaly was able to reach someone via text and hr later they said i had to sign up at the clubhouse (fortunately someone was kind enough to let me in!!)
It was a perfect place for our family of four. Easy walk to slopes. There was an issue with the fireplace and it was tricky to get ahold of people to help. A book with i for about the area Would have been helpful.
Good. But bring your own fans (or book a place with AC)
Overall lovely, with one significant caveat. The bedrooms are upstairs and thereâs little ventilation and no fans. Accordingly itâs unbearably hot on hot summer days (and evenings). We bought two 20â box fans, which made things tolerable. Highs were in the 90s. I would likely have booked a place with AC had I known the bedrooms were so hot. At the very least the property should provide $25 box fans.
