Amazing stay! The property is better than expected. Very quiet, clean. In a great location. Beautiful views and just a few steps to the beach. Shelly was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!

Our stay in Ormond Beach was spectacular. Staying here was extra special as you wake up to the ocean and sunrise everyday while being able to eat a meal, read or just relax watching the peacefulness of the water. The location of the condo is perfect as you can walk to many restaurants or drive within a 15 minute time frame. The condo had everything we needed and was very welcoming. The host reached out to make sure all was well and alerted us to a few things that were scheduled during our stay. We highly recommend.

This was the first time we rented this unit and it was perfect for us. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and the balcony furniture is so comfortable. The kitchen is updated and is amazing with every drawer and cabinet organized and very well stocked. TVs are in the living room and the two bedrooms. The mattress in the primary bedroom is very comfortable. We would highly recommend this unit. Great location to relax, beach is never crowded. Convenient to Publix food store and so many wonderful restaurants.

We absolutely loved this condo! The views are incredible — sunrise over the ocean from the balcony and sunset over the Halifax River from the back deck. You get beautiful, unobstructed ocean views from both the living room and bedroom. It really is the best of both worlds!The location was perfect. We brought our bikes and loved riding down A1A and exploring the area. The condo and building were super clean, and it was very well stocked with everything we needed.Shelly was an amazing host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. One of our favorite places we’ve stayed!

This was our first time staying at this gorgeous condo. We didn’t want to leave and definitely plan to come back! Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and even lovelier in person. The whole condo was extremely clean, the master bed was very comfortable along with the living room furniture. The kitchen has everything you might need and is very organized. You are also provided hand soap, paper towels, a starter supply of toilet paper, etc. that you don’t get with most other rentals. Shelley has created a wonderful place to get away from every day life where the ocean is right outside your door and the view from the balcony can’t be beat. Thank you Shelley for a wonderful vacation and for how quickly you responded to my inquiries.

We love coming over here to stay for the best two weeks of sun, fun and relaxation! This unit is absolutely beautiful offering great amenities, lots of room with beautiful ocean views! Our unit is always so clean and comfortable. We enjoy the pool and the convenience of the beach with shower facilities. Our host is very thoughtful to provide lots of amenities such as laundry soap for our own washer and dryer directly across the hall from the unit, extra beach chairs including umbrella and extra beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with adequate cooking utensils including numerous other important dishes, items, etc. along with state of the art kitchen appliances that compliment the oversize kitchen. We hope to return next year!

Best property. We have rented other units from Shelly and they are always great but this was our favorite. Updated, clean, perfect location and comes with all the amenities. Has everything you could need to cook, do laundry, go to the beach, you name it. Lots of space and great for my family every time we go down to Ormond.

We chose to spend my wife's birthday here, which falls on a Memorial Day weekend. This is our 2nd stay at this building. From the start the host was very helpful and supportive. I had ordered flowers as a surprise for her birthday and Shelly coordinated with the florist to make sure they were delivered before our arrival!The condo was super clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we could ever need for our stay. And the view is beyond spectacular! From our balcony, we saw dolphins, shooting star, rocket launch and the space station gliding through the orbit.The beach is only a few steps with easy access. We enjoyed and loved our stay. We will be back!
