We discovered Ormond Beach more than 25 years ago when we retired, and it quickly became our home away from home in New York. We fell in love with the community, the peaceful coastal lifestyle, and the feeling of being part of a neighborhood made up of people who truly care about where they live.

After many wonderful years in our home, we decided to simplify and move closer to the ocean. Choosing a four-story beachfront condominium in the same neighborhood felt like a natural next chapter - we loved the area too much to leave it. Living directly on the beach, with the sights and sounds of the ocean, has been everything we hoped for and more.

We have been happily married for over 40 years, love to travel, and truly enjoy sharing meaningful experiences with family and friends. Travel has always been about creating memories for us, and we wanted this home to feel the same way for others - comfortable, relaxing, and special.

When we are unable to use our beachfront penthouse, we are happy to open it to other families so they can enjoy the same peace, beauty, and joy that Ormond beach has given us over the years.
