Nos unités Tyra sont les propriétés les plus vendues de ski-in / ski-out que nous avons. Non seulement ils s’assoient sur la piste Four O’Clock Run et adjacents à l’ascenseur Snowflake, mais se trouvent à quelques minutes en navette ou à pied des boutiques, des restaurants et des lieux de divertissement du centre-ville historique de Breckenridge.
Tyra Streamside 339 peut accueillir confortablement dix personnes et constitue un choix parfait pour les familles ou les couples multiples. Le salon est un endroit merveilleux pour se réunir, se détendre au coin du feu au gaz ou regarder un film sur le grand téléviseur à écran plat. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable pour préparer vos repas préférés. La table à manger peut accueillir six personnes et il y a de la place pour trois autres au bar. Il existe également un excellent accès aux sentiers de cette maison pendant les mois d’été. We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, toilet paper, linens, blankets, tissue paper, trash bags, etc. The kitchen could be better stocked and organized, but management was excellent and quick with responding.The location is great. A short walk to town.Will definitely stay here again.

Great location for skiing. Easy 5 minute walk to lift, convenient ski off form four O'clock run. Condo had everything we needed. Property Manager was very responsive.

Excellent location

Overall stay was great. Location of condo can't be beat, literally across the street from snowflake lift. great for ski in-ski out. Condo has nice layout, a bathroom for each bedroom. Gave 3 stars for cleanliness because there were dirty dishes in the cabinet and some mildew in the master bath that wiped off easily so it didn't appear to have been cleaned properly. Also, could use more towels - no hand towels or washcloths were provided, only bath towels. Summit Mountain Rentals was very responsive to our inquiries. We have worked with them before and always had a great experience.

Great Location, Communication, and Perfect for our Family

This condo is perfectly located, in that one can ski in and only walk about 100 yards downhill to the Snowflake lift when heading up the mountain. It is an easy walk into town, even easier to catch a bus, and also has a nice window looking down on the Snowflake lift for us to see how long the lift lines were at a particular time. We found it to be very clean and a perfect place for four adults and two boys (8 & 10 years old). Additionally, when we had a few questions, we received responses from management within seconds by texting the number they provided. We couldn't have been happier with this condo!

Tyra 2 Is A Wonderful Location

Reviewer Comments: Rented a lot of different ski places over the years and I am now ruined forever as now I am addicted to ski in/out!!!! ,:-)This a third floor unit, but as there is an upper parking lot, there is no need to take stairs at all. The hot tubs are about 40 feet out the door, just a great location.Snowflake lift is literally across the street and I found I could take the 4oclock run and ski right to the hot tub!I will say the condo is clearly a well used ski unit, so lots of renters coming and going which means lot of wear and tare, but functionally just great.The kids loved the loft area and we had plenty of room. Also, the condo comes with 2 parking passes which is a real premium in Breckenridge!The only negatives were the lack of a pizza cutter, the gas fireplace did not work (I am sure I could have called and got it working, but just was not too interested in using it), and lastly the master bath had a whirlpool tub that does not work either, but only tried as I was curious.All and all, fantastic location, great value, and all we needed, would overall rank 91/100.

The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole place was very clean. You cannot beat being across the street from Snowflake lift and being able to ski back in at the end of the day. The staff was extremely helpful and we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location & Excellent Host!

This place was as advertised. The place was in good condition and everything worked while we were there outside of the fireplace. The switch on the wall wouldn't work. I didn't care too much, but the day after we checked in, the management sent me a text asking how things were going, which I thought was awesome. I told them about the fire place and within an hour, they had someone in our rental and took the whole thing apart and fixed it. I was really impressed with the response time and attention to our party. You can't beat the location, walk 30 steps and you're at the snowflake lift. We chose to drove when we went downtown, I think the walk was too far for winter, but I would never complain with the location. 10/10 no question. We will definitely be back next year!

Fabulous location!

I cannot say enough about this property. The location is perfect. Walk across the street to the Snowflake Lift and ski shop and ski home via the 4 o’clock run. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone I know going to Breckinridge!!!
