Le Double Eagle Condominiums récemment rénové est idéal si vous voulez être près des pistes et près de la ville - le tout à un prix modéré! Vous n'êtes plus qu'à une courte (un demi-bloc) à pied de l'ascenseur de flocon de neige, et à la fin de la journée, ski les 04 heures courir vers la propriété. La rue principale de Breckenridge se trouve à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons ou un tour rapide sur la navette gratuite. Vous pourrez également profiter du bain à remous extérieur sur la propriété, ainsi que l'accès saisonnier à la piscine Upper Village.

Cette spacieuse de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains condo modérée est l'endroit idéal pour une grande famille ou un groupe d'un maximum de neuf personnes. Il dispose d'une grande salle de séjour ouverte avec une belle cheminée à gaz et une grande télévision à écran LCD au-dessus. Or, sortir sur le balcon et respirer l'air frais de la montagne. La cuisine entièrement rénové et est entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit et des armoires aulne personnalisé. Il y a un espace pour 4 personnes à la table à manger et un autre 4 à la barre de petit déjeuner.

L'établissement propose également un accès Wi-Fi, une laverie centrales, et un parking pour deux véhicules.

Family vacation

Great location and plenty of space. Could use some outdoor lighting at entrance on sign and in parking lot. Other than that it served us perfectly.

Has everything and location is great!

Perfect for my husband and our two kids (21 and 17). Very short walk to the snowflake lift and a quick walk to the town of Breck. True ski in/out.

Clean, quiet, close to lift and ski back

Nice condo, a short walk uphill to the lift and ski back in, close walk to restaurants. Great place to stay. The main bedroom mattress was a bit too soft for our taste and only 1 of 4 TV remotes worked. But the location and quiet stay made it well worth it.

Amazing location

This location is ideal for a ski in and ski out. You can literally ski all the way to the condo on the 4 'oclock trail. The Snowflake lift is a short distance away. You can buy lift passes at the snowflake lift as well. The condo has everything you need to ski as a family with teens and kids.

At Home on the Slopes

It was like home on the slopes. Our family of five was extremely comfortable. The wntry-way is well equipped for lots of ski equipment and you can ski right to the back door. We absolutely loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented A21 for a spring break ski trip and it made the trip perfect. It was clean and fit our 6 easily without using the sofa bed. The location is perfect. You are two blocks from the Snowflake lift that never has a long wait and at the end of the day you ski the 4 O'clock trail right to the parking lot. We never had to use the crowded base lifts It's also 4 blocks from the middle of Main Street for shopping and lunch/dinner. Great rental especially during crowded weeks.

So close to perfect

This property is in an excellent location and was a great size for us and 4 adult kids. There were just a few things that could have made it “perfect”instead of “close to perfect.” The dishwasher did not work, the fridge was way too cold no matter how much we turned it down so we lost a lot of produce to freezing, the shower handle set screw was missing so we had to be careful to not knock it off every time…a little bit of TLC on this house and it will be a 5 out of 5 every time from every guest. A 3-ring notebook with details of the property and surroundings would be a nice addition for future guests as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Working with Summit went very well. The condo, however, is somewhat dated and the rooms were smaller than expected. I have rented much better condos in Breck with better value. The dining furniture is old and one of the chairs was falling apart. Also, the beds were not the most comfortable. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with places and utensils. A DVD player would also be good a good addition to the unit.

Family Christmas in Breck

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our spending our Christmas in Breck and loved the condo! Plenty of space, well appointed, and convenient to the snowflake lift. Only downside was that the hot water heater couldn't handle all 5 of us taking showers. We had to space it out about an hr or more in between each shower. The management company did send a tech over Christmas Morning to take a look at it and he fixed it right away. But did mention to space showers out due to the ECO setting on the unit. Also, I missed not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but this condo was conveniently located directly across from the laundry room, so that was helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Four O'clock ski in/out

Loved the condo. Spacious 3 bedrooms 2 full bath. Kitchen appliances recently updated. Good pots & pans, knives and many other kitchen gadgets. Good cable TV, in living room and bedrooms. Strong hot showers. Hot tub on premises. But beds were a little firm.

The location is perfect, the hot tub rt on 4 o clock run was pretty cool after a day on the hill as well. Its about a half block to the lift or a few blocks to the gondola. It wasn’t the cheapest but we wanted a certain number of beds and convenience, and this place had it. I’d stay there again!

Great location and price

Great location and price for our family. The bed setup was perfect with two twins in one room and another bunk room for kids, with the adults in the queen. It is tight in the Queen room and the closet wouldn’t open so we had to put the pack n play for our infant in the living room. The hot tub was awesome but we didn’t see a pool anywhere and no pool in the handbook.

Retirement family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family recently took a ski vacation to Breckenridge. I located this rental and it was perfect. Location was excellent! We were on the 4 o clock run near town and were able to come and go as needed. Also a block or so away was Blue Sky ski rental and Snowflake lift. Walking distance to town as well. The rental had all the amenities needed and met our needs. Would recommend this place. It is on the second level so that needs to be kept in mind if one has issues climbing stairs.

Great location. Big enough for small family

Property is a bit dated. Needs new cookware, new mattress, and refrigerator repaired as interior door is broken. Terrific location, close to town and Snowflake lift.
