Floors were dirty!

Nice available space. Very disappointed in cleanliness. I had to wash the kitchen floor and family room floor ) and my feet before feeling at home. The water was brown ( to be respectful)!!!! Told the landlord and I only got an apology!!!! Will not go back. This should have been honored with respect of expectation.! I pay you deliver! Apology was not the answer. Adjustment in the bill (where it hurts) would have sealed the deal!

Ample space

Excellent stay and ample bedrooms. Only problem is bit noisy at night when walking. But it’s negligible and it is clean and overall we liked the stay.

Lots of space and convenient location

After looking at several houses around the Bay Area locations we found out about this house. It is convenient for what we wanted to do in the Bay Area. Although the facility were somewhat outdated the house was spacious and functional. We enjoyed it.

Close to everything

We enjoyed our stay in the house. We didn’t have any issues and the house was close to the highway, grocery store and depending on traffic San Francisco was not far away.

Great Value, great Location, Great property

It was a pretty good property to stay in for as long as we did. few things that need improvements. maybe update the furniture, some of the chairs were breaking and had to be removed. But overall this was a great place to stay and serve our needs. owner is very responsive to any and all questions. Would stay again!!!

Hi Jessica, Thank you for your review and feedback. We were definitely surprised when we first heard about the chairs. That was overlooked by management and it was very embarrassing. We reached out to mitigate the situation, but you decided to used the extra folding chairs, which were fine. Now everything has been repaired and all things are in order. You were an incredibly independent, friendly and easy-going guest. We would love to host you again if you ever come back! Thank you Jessica for staying with us.

Fun House for the Whole Family

Our entire clan gathered for a family funeral and we wanted a place where we could all be together - kids, grandkids, parents. Every family had plenty of room and their own bed behind a door for privacy. There was plenty of room for us all to be together during meals and evening conversations. The quirky layout was fun and all the doors and separation of space worked well for naptimes and early bedtimes. Nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful view. Close to everything and parking on property for 3 cars behind a gate. Alma was thoughtful and VERY responsive. The refrigerator went out while we were there and she and her husband were out late at night buying and delivering a new one. They went out of their way to make sure our trip was all we needed it to be. I would definitely stay there again!

Simon and his group were a fantastic guest! Simon's communication prior and during their stay was excellent. They treated our place like their own and left home super clean and tidy. We highly recommend Simon as a guest. We would love to host them again!
