Notre condo privé au 5ème étage dans le complexe Kihei Akahi est joliment meublé et se trouve à quelques pas de la plage et de nombreux restaurants et attractions commerciales. Il offre un environnement chaleureux et relaxant et dispose de tout le confort de la maison. De la véranda privée, vous pouvez profiter d'une vue sur l'océan et de couchers de soleil lumineux ou d'un lever de soleil sur le mont. Haleakala. Juste en dessous de la véranda se trouve un grand jardin paysagé avec de nombreuses fleurs et arbres en fleurs, offrant tranquillité et intimité à la fin de votre journée. Le complexe Kihei Akahi Resort est situé dans la région sud de Kihei, idéalement situé en face de la plage de Kamaole 2, l'une des plus belles plages de baignade de Maui. Les jardins sont bien entretenus et ce complexe de villégiature comprend deux piscines et un court de tennis. Le golf est à proximité et de nombreux magasins et restaurants sont accessibles à pied.

La cuisine et la salle de bain ont été mises à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et la salle de bain a une douche à l'italienne avec une vanité séparée. Le condo est joliment meublé et comprend des planchers de tuiles de porcelaine dans toute l'unité. La chambre est dans un endroit calme, loin de tout bruit d'ascenseur et dispose d'un nouveau lit king size. Le condo s'ouvre aux douces brises des alizés, dispose d'un ventilateur de plafond dans le salon et la chambre, ainsi que d'un climatiseur dans le salon. Internet sans fil gratuit, télévision par câble dans le salon, laveuse et sécheuse, et espace de stationnement réservé inclus. Un endroit parfait où séjourner pour vos vacances escapade!

Great trip and location. Owners were amazing and great with communication!!!! All in all it was amazing. Some older things about the condo but would stay again.

Aloha Sterling, glad you enjoyed your stay at our condo. Please come back again anytime. Unfortunately, with a complex as old as Kihei Akahi (built in the 70’s), remodeling and updating are always ongoing processes. We remodeled the kitchen 2 years ago, and plans for bathroom are in the works for end of this year. So I guess currently we have a mix of old and new. In spite of its age, I feel Kihei Akahi is one of the best and most popular condo complexes in Kihei and so conveniently located to everything.

Wonderful Spot!!

This is a lovely rental. Location is easy to walk to beach, restaurants, etc. Condo is fully stocked with everything you need…fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, towels, even picnick coolers. The pools at the facility are a nice place to relax. Would 100% recommend this condo!

Fantastic condo, location and host. Great amenities (pool, bbq) central to all the must-sees in Maui. Had to check in after-hours due to flights but had no difficulty due to great welcome guide. Responsive host. We’ll be back!

Rob and Libby were super guests and treated the condo as if it were their own. Even our cleaners had to call me and ask if the unit had already been cleaned when they went in after guest departed. Exceptional!

This condo was the most well-equipped unit we have ever stayed in. Although we never cooked a full meal, there were ample pots, pans, utensils and serving dishes to do so. The decor was lovely, the furniture very comfortable and the location could not be beat. We enjoyed walking to several restaurants during our stay. We appreciated the comfortable beach chairs and made use of the umbrella and coolers provided. If we are lucky enough to return to Maui, we would definitely stay here again!

Susan and her husband were 5-star tenants…even did all the laundry before they left. Our cleaners called after they departed asking if someone else had already cleaned the condo because it was so immaculate. The ‘welcome mat’ will always be out for them. Thank you Susan and John! We pride ourselves on keeping the unit clean and well taken care of and well stocked with kitchen ware. We try to make it as comfortable as possible for guests, knowing that it will be their ‘home away from home’ during their Maui visit.

We had a great stay at Kihei Akahi. Perfectly located and outfitted for everything we needed for our stay. Loved the view walking the 2 minutes down to the beach. Karl responded immediately when we had a question and went above and beyond to answer it! Hope to be back soon!

Another great stay at Karl's

Second time here and couldn't have been better. Excellent communication from Karl and check in was quick and simple. The remodeled condo has everything that you need for a perfect stay and the location could not have been better for us. A short drive to Makena and many other beautiful beaches. Or pop right across the street to Kamole 2. The building grounds/pools and parking are kept in excellent condition and restaurants etc are a short walk. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

This unit worked well for us. The balcony was perfect for breakfast, morning coffee and evening sunsets. Kitchen was great with everything we needed. Perfect stay

Everything about my stay here was perfect. The condo was extremely clean. There were thoughtful touches everywhere. It felt like a hotel. Karl was an excellent host who was really easy to communicate with. The location was amazing - we could walk across the street to Kamaole Beach II and also get to many eateries quickly. Having beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, and tote bags available for use was also a huge plus! I would recommend this place to al my friends.

Paradise!

We spent 8 nights here - a lovely slice of paradise! Perfect central location for bars, restaurants, beaches, etc. Five minute walk to the beach (Kam 2) with provided beach gear (umbrellas, noodle, cooler, 2 chairs - we donated a boogie board), easy walk to some shops. Bit of a longer walk to the strip with bars and restaurants, but still quite close. Check in and check out was a breeze. Condo itself had everything we needed - spices and condiments, coffee filters, paper plates, tupperware, etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, and Karl was a wonderful host - very responsive and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

The property owner!

Everything about the property is great! Very well stocked Everything you'll need from beach chairs to coffee. To be honest we were amazed at how Everything we could think of was already there. But the best thing of all was the owner! Perfect communication on everything. Our flight got changed and it was gonna be late at night. I messaged him if he could give us a bit later check out. He managed to work out for us to stay till our flight left at 11pm! You'll never get that at a hotel. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Excellent location!

We stayed here for 10 nights and had a wonderful time! Karl had excellent communication before we arrived so we knew exactly all the info we needed to get in.Everything was clean, well stocked, and just perfect! We didn't need to use the air conditioning because the cross breeze was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet neighbors and clean grounds. There are two pools but we didn't use them. Felt very safe and relaxed the whole time. We walked to the nearby shops and restaurants and enjoyed their happy hour. We walked to rent our paddle boards and snorkles. We walked to the beaches across the street! We did have a reserved parking spot and drove to the beaches farther away and up to Costco to get our main groceries for our stay. We went to Foodland for yummy poke and some other items. Will definitely book again next time we are in Maui!

Home away from Home

We had an amazing trip to Maui and a big part of that was our stay in this condo! It felt amazing waking up each morning in an extremely comfortable bed, then having coffee on the lanai overlooking the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed if we had decided to cook, but we spent most of our time out exploring the island instead. We loved having in unit laundry to keep things fresh as well as access to beach chairs, umbrellas, mats and a cooler so we were ready for our adventures! We explored a lot of beautiful beaches all over Maui but it was also nice to have a beautiful beach with good snorkeling just a short walk from the unit! Air flow through the property was amazing so even with temps in the upper 80s things remained comfortable. It was nice having the air conditioner available if needed but we only ended up using it a couple times while getting ready to go out. We loved returning in the evening after a full day of activities to what truly felt like a home away from home! What really put this property at the top of the list was our host Karl! He kept us well informed of what to expect as far as arrival and check in and was super responsive to any questions we had during our stay! We are already looking for our next opportunity to return to Maui and really hope it works out to have this as our home away from home again! Thank you Karl for being an amazing host and sharing this beautiful property with us!

Highly recommend this unit for a wonderful Maui visit!

The owners are great to work with, responsive, flexible and very friendly. They want you to have a wonderful time! Park and beach across the street and within minutes great sea turtle viewing sites, 20 of them one morning all playing in the surf. Easy access to great restaurant options and affordability. Would book again. Aloha!

Exactly what we wanted

We wanted a spot walking distance from the beach and the location is hard to beat! The unit was a perfect size for my wife and I and the unit came with everything we need for a home away from home. Karl was always available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay, condo comes as advertised, fully equipped for dining in or full beach gear to hang out, the 2 pools were cleaned every morning, easy walks to restaurants, bars and such, 3 minute walk to the beach, Karl the owner very easy to work with.

Ohana vibes

I rented this property for my aunt and mother for a week long Hawaii vacation. It was amazing to be across the street from both a park and beach while still being close enough to walk to excellent restaurants and local stores. Karl made sure that we had everything we needed to make our beach outings pleasurable (chairs, umbrellas, spare hats, and beach towels). The apartment felt like coming home each day. It was absolutely a pleasure to stay there and I would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a no worries stay in Kihei.

Darius’s mother and aunt were an owner’s dream guest renters…perfect in every way. The ‘welcome mat’ will always be out for Darius and his family anytime they plan a return visit to Maui.

Very clean nice location fun place to stay

We enjoyed sitting on our lanai each morning listening to the birds in the garden below. Quiet location. Excellent access to the beach. We had everything that we needed. The perfect place to celebrate our 40th!
