Bienvenue dans notre belle maison nichée sur plus de 10 acres privés dans la région des lacs. Notre maison offre un accès facile à toutes les aventures que le Vermont a à offrir: golf, randonnée, baignade, navigation de plaisance, ski, planche à neige, motoneige, raquette, antiquité, feuillage de feuilles - vous l'appelez! Cette maison se trouve à 2 minutes en voiture du parc national avec des sentiers de randonnée et un accès public pour la natation et la navigation de plaisance (si le temps le permet!) Proche des sentiers Okemo, Killington, Okemo Nordic Center et VAST, il est parfait pour vos activités sur neige préférées. A proximité se trouvent également deux terrains de golf et des villes de montagne idylliques. C'est une maison idéale pour les familles à partager ou à étendre avec deux chambres principales et deux chambres avec lits superposés, offrant des couchages confortables pour tous. La grande salle, chauffée par un poêle à bois, et un salon avec des consoles de jeux rétro offrent un espace de vie supplémentaire pour toute la famille. Great ski trip

Was a great home for 4 adults, 4 kids. 10 mins from Okemo. Deck with hot tub was fantastic, kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely recommend this home.

Killington base

My family and I stayed for a long weekend to visit killington including our two toddlers, the house was great! There was more than enough room and everyone had fun playing in the snow in the yard. Rachel was a great host and extremely responsive, we will stay again!

Perfect for our needs

We enjoyed this house, it fit our needs for a ski trip. Close to the Okemo, 12 mins. Comfortable beds, spacious house with lots of room for 2 families.

This is the perfect place to spend a ski weekend; immaculate, spacious, well supplied and welcoming! The host is available and so accommodating. We’ll be back next winter for our family ski vacation.

Lovely Large Cabin close to town and Okemo!

We loved this cabin. It is large, offering an oversized dining room, 2 sitting rooms with televisions, a wood burning stove, hot tub, large deck, all the works. The location, tucked away off a dirt road is easily accessible and only 10min or so away from Okemo & Ludlow. The house has charm and is well priced. Book it!

Truly amazing home

Rachel was so fast to answer all questions and extremely helpful with planning. The property was truly amazing and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Like many other renters have noted; the house was stocked more than expected which was a very nice plus. Thank you so much for everything Rachel; can’t thank you enough!

So much space!

We were a 2 family group with 2 teens, 2 preteens & one 8 year old & we were all able to find space to be comfortable. The house has a beautiful den with ample seating & a dining room area for all of us to eat together comfortably. The highlight was the hot tub which was well maintained & so relaxing after a day of skiing. House is about 10 mins to okemo, really was a great stay!

Perfect family retreat

Ski vacation with kids and grandkids. Perfect spot for above combination! Clean , casual, comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen including pots and pans and anything else you might need. Roomy enough that everyone could have their own space or enjoy each other’s company in the great room or eating meals together at the big dining table. Views and hot tub were awesome. Kids found cool games and plenty of dvds and books in the game room which also served as a get ready to ski room. The 3 year old cried when it was our last morning cause he was sad to leave. Thank you for letting us stay in your home! Would definitely highly recommend it! Not cold enough to use the woodstove but would be a great added bonus on a cold winter day!!

Beautiful home in a mountain setting with gorgeous views, sunsets and close to skiing and town

After winding our way over the river and through the woods, we were welcomed into this charming home. Walking into the bright kitchen, you know all the details have been considered. It's well stocked with everything you need (spices, sharp knives, french press, espresso machine) - including a gorgeous, new oven. The views from the dining room, living room and master bedroom were awesome. It was fun to watch the weather blow over the mountains or settle into the valley! We found the BEST view was watching the sunset from the hot tub. The layout of this house was really unique - with 2 living rooms, we had room to gather or spread out and find a quiet corner by the fire to read. The house was very clean and comfortable. I forgot shampoo and was happy to see a basket of shampoos, etc. in the bathroom - thank you! We were able to drive only a few minutes to some great hikes and got to Killington Rd in 20 minutes for a day of early season boarding. I look forward to coming back with my kids to ski Okemo - they'll love the gaming systems and basket of kids books. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for a friends getaway! We really appreciate the thoughtful amenities and look forward to coming back again to experience every season in VT.

Great summer getaway

The property is secluded, unique, spacious, and fun. The kids loved watching summer t-storm roll over mountains and having clouds and fog envelop them in early hours. The property was close to lots of great summer activities and we stayed busy! Game room was a really nice touch, as was air conditioning. Only down side on 90 degree days was that kids’ upstairs rooms didn’t have air conditioning and no wind blew. However, I doubt this occurs for many days of the year in VT (we were early August). But with air conditioning elsewhere we were all able to get cool by using an air mattress we had brought. Owners very responsive and clearly take good care of home. Beautiful views and porch! Definitely recommend!

A great place to stay near Okemo

Great house with a nice lodge-like feel in a private setting in the woods. Big back deck and hot tub with nice views and beautiful sunsets! Main floor has both a living and family room and a nice big dining room - lots of space to hang out. Rachel was really helpful and responsive, much appreciated. Convenient access to Ludlow and Okemo (~15 min). My only tip is consistent with what is said on the listing, that it can be helpful to have 4-wheel drive in some spots on the country roads around the house.

A warm and welcoming retreat to get away from it all.

We loved our stay at Rachel's property for our family ski trip, and while we had high expectations, it managed to exceed them. The view of the mountains and sunsets from deck and hot tub were amazing. Also we didn't realize there was a 4th bedroom, so the extra bedroom made it very comfortable for our group of 7. The house is warm and cozy with a rustic charm, we especially loved hanging out in the great room with the large windows and wood burning stove. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking some family meals. Reasonable price for all that you get and made the 15 minute drive to Okemo well worth it, versus the extra costs of staying at the resort. They received 20 inches of snow the day before we arrived and everything was plowed and shoveled including the deck, but still important to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, the back roads and driveway where still snow covered. Rachel was very attentive and helpful during the entire process. Hope to be back again and experience a different season.

Breathtaking Vermont Getaway

Stayed with my partner and 4 friends for the weekend and the house was absolutely amazing. Location is fantastic, the view out all the windows breathtaking, and the house is exactly what all of us dream of in a cabin vacation getaway. Extremely clean, it came with everything we needed, super easy check in and the host Rachel was so responsive to any questions. THAT HOTTUB with that view though, breathtaking!

Well equipped house

We stayed during the holidays to ski with another family. The house has everything you need for a mountain vacation. Close to the slopes, a stocked kitchen, hot tub etc. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Vermont getaway

This is a lovely house tucked away on top of the hills above Lake echo. Very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. We 4 ladies enjoyed our stay very much. My only suggestion would be the addition of lamps/lighting in the bedrooms (particularly the master) and the large family room. We would recommend this rental.

Beautiful house

The house was big (4 bedrooms that could have fit up to 10 people, 2 living rooms and a huge deck) and so beautiful with hardwood floors a hot tub and an antler chandelier. The location was perfect. It felt remote but was only about 10 minutes to Okemo.

Fantastic house with fabulous views

The property was exactly as advertised, stunning views from the back porch, with everything you could possible need to enjoy your stay. Would highly recommends stay here. Rachel was very responsive to all communications.
