Cette mise à jour, joliment décorée 6 chambres, 6 salles de bain maison showhouse a trois suites de la chambre principale avec lits king et téléviseurs à écran plat. Les salles de bains des maîtres sont tout simplement exquis, avec des baignoires spa, deux lavabos et des douches séparées sans cadre avec des sols et des murs en pierre somptueux. Pour les groupes plus importants, vous pouvez ajouter une autre maison Corine de 6 chambres à coucher de l'autre côté de la rue… idéale pour les réunions de famille, les voyages d'affaires ou les sorties de golf.

Great family house with shuttle to beach

Our family of 8 adults and 7 children enjoyed our week in Hilton Head. The house had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and dining seating for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our family meals. The pool beneath the house was used every day after returning from the beach and we did not need to have the pool heated due to this summer’s heat wave. The shuttle was a great help in getting our little ones and some of our equipment to the beach. Our entire group was very satisfied with our experience.

Fantastic getaway

Great house, lots of space. We had 18 people there and everyone had more than enough room to relax. The beach is an easy walk from the house . There are stores and a small diner within easy walking distance as well.

Very nice home, in a great location

I wish the twin beds were full size. It was hard to convince two grown men to sleep in twin beds for 3 nights.

This home was perfect for our family 4th of July vacation!

There were 13 of us and this home offered everything we could have wanted. The living space is great, kitchen and dining rooms were perfect. The bedrooms with each one having its own bathroom could not have been nicer.We had lots of room to spread out and hang out by the pool. This home is in a fantastic location. Great access to the beach, to shopping and restaurants. We were so fortunate to have stayed at Maison Bleue! Thank you!

Excellent Family Vacation at HH

Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was a smaller than expected but the kids enjoyed splashing and playing in it. Quick bike ride to the beach. Would definitely consider renting this location again.

It was located conveniently near the courts and we loved having so many bathrooms. Sunset realty was spot on in connecting with us in case we had any problems. If fact I referefeted another tennis player and I wentered down with their group this weekend.

Great house, great location, great host

Place was immaculate and in great shape! Was in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minute nice walk to the beach. Shuttles were operating if you wanted a lift. Entire house really upscale and in great condition. We had two minor plumbing issues on day and I sent a text asking for help. Problem was dealt with in two hours! Check in and out was great and easy, entire stay was awesome. Only thing we didn’t like was that the pool was under cover and didn’t have a cover to keep it warm. It was cooler in May, so the pool was still cold when we were there. I think a $40 cover for the pool would solve that problem. Overall I would enthusiastically stay here again and with a different property also with this host!

Haunted House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental is horrible. Please don't believe any of the reviews. There is a huge mold and mildew spot growing on the ceiling of the bathroom on the second level. The house is infested with roaches.Trash is behind the dresser on the second level. Mold is on the ceiling of the bathroom on the third level. The carpet going down the staircase to the pool area is dirty. The pool needs a good scrubbing. I would not go in unless you don't mind getting something. This is all fair warning. I have pictures to prove it. Don't believe the management company, they don't inspect the property before a guest arrival day. I am trying to get back some type of compensation for subjecting my 93 year old grandmother to such conditions. You have been warned. If I could give anything less than 1, it would negative for everything except location.

Not What We Expected

Reviewer Comments: Our family visited Hilton Head for our Annual Post-Christmas vacation. Due to the pandemic, we wanted a property where we would be comfortable hanging out in the house since we were planning to spend most of our time there relaxing. We were super excited about the property because the size was large enough to accommodate all of us, it had a private pool, and the pictures of the property were very nice. Unfortunately, the actual property didn’t meet our expectations. Due to the pandemic, most rental properties are charging an additional Covid cleaning fee, which we were happy to pay. However, upon entering the property, we immediately noticed the property had not been thoroughly cleaned. We observed cobwebs in the front entryway and to our disgust, there was unflushed poop in the first floor bathroom. We spent the first night without hot water, which was totally unacceptable. I will say the property manager was very nice and responded to our text in a timely manner. However, we did not expect to have to trouble-shoot hot water issues while on vacation (running water for 3 minutes; resetting the breaker)! We were told there was a storm a few days ago that impacted the hot water—clearly no one (management) visited the property prior to renters arriving. We were also disappointed that the pool was not heated, although we paid the additional heating fee. Fortunately, we were refunded that expense. Also, my husband had to change out the smoke detector battery in the kids bedroom on the top floor due to constant beeping. Overall, the property could use a thorough cleaning, touch-up paint, and exterminating, as there was a pest problem in the kitchen area. We purchased bug spray to try and contain the bug issue before the remainder of our family arrived but it did not work.

Wonderful vacation.

House was all that we expected. Very clean and close walk or bike ride to the beach. We had family staying from ages 3 to 67 and it was perfect for everyone. When we had a problem - (they were minor) but were promptly taken care of. Thanks to the owners and the staff that served us.

House disappointing for the money

Very hot on third floor… second floor bedrooms get hot in the middle of the night…… refrigerator/ freezer didn’t work well…no DVD until the night before we left…..had to wash pots and pans before use they were greasy…..food inside sofas and underneath…..family room too small for 15 and the furniture was very worn out….beautiful decor and art…..definitely not worth the price
