Knats everywhere

The outside of the home was very nice however there are several things I was displeased with when we arrive for the 4th of July 2025 holiday week. There were constant knats in the entire home especially the kitchen. The main refrefrigerator wasn't working upon our arrival so we had to go to the bottom level in the garage to use the spare refrigerator for three days. Thirdly-the air conditioner was out on the 3rd level upon our arrival but they brought in portable units for us to use the entire week we were there. Lastly, the portable a.c. unit was leaking to the lower level bathroom and bedroom causing the floor to be soaking wet. This did not start to happen until the last two days of our departure. I will say the inside of the condo was very dated and they need to update the inside. Starting with repainting the inside of the pool and possibly some lighter color furniture in the kitchen and bathrooms because it was really dark and uninviting. I would possibly stay again only if there are no bugs or knats. The knats were atrocious and they were very bad for the first 3 days until we contacted the management team and they brought in the zevo plug ins. The knats remained but not as bad. It seems it was an infestation inside the house and it possibly wasn't cleaned throughly.

Great family house with shuttle to beach

Our family of 8 adults and 7 children enjoyed our week in Hilton Head. The house had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and dining seating for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our family meals. The pool beneath the house was used every day after returning from the beach and we did not need to have the pool heated due to this summer’s heat wave. The shuttle was a great help in getting our little ones and some of our equipment to the beach. Our entire group was very satisfied with our experience.

Great house, great location, great host

Place was immaculate and in great shape! Was in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minute nice walk to the beach. Shuttles were operating if you wanted a lift. Entire house really upscale and in great condition. We had two minor plumbing issues on day and I sent a text asking for help. Problem was dealt with in two hours! Check in and out was great and easy, entire stay was awesome. Only thing we didn’t like was that the pool was under cover and didn’t have a cover to keep it warm. It was cooler in May, so the pool was still cold when we were there. I think a $40 cover for the pool would solve that problem. Overall I would enthusiastically stay here again and with a different property also with this host!

Wonderful vacation.

House was all that we expected. Very clean and close walk or bike ride to the beach. We had family staying from ages 3 to 67 and it was perfect for everyone. When we had a problem - (they were minor) but were promptly taken care of. Thanks to the owners and the staff that served us.

September 2021 Stay

Our experience was AMAZING! The house exceeded all of our expectations. The house was CLEAN, comfortable, convient to everything and again, I say...CLEAN! Haunted House

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental is horrible. Please don't believe any of the reviews. There is a huge mold and mildew spot growing on the ceiling of the bathroom on the second level. The house is infested with roaches.Trash is behind the dresser on the second level. Mold is on the ceiling of the bathroom on the third level. The carpet going down the staircase to the pool area is dirty. The pool needs a good scrubbing. I would not go in unless you don't mind getting something. This is all fair warning. I have pictures to prove it. Don't believe the management company, they don't inspect the property before a guest arrival day. I am trying to get back some type of compensation for subjecting my 93 year old grandmother to such conditions. You have been warned. If I could give anything less than 1, it would negative for everything except location.

House disappointing for the money

Very hot on third floor… second floor bedrooms get hot in the middle of the night…… refrigerator/ freezer didn’t work well…no DVD until the night before we left…..had to wash pots and pans before use they were greasy…..food inside sofas and underneath…..family room too small for 15 and the furniture was very worn out….beautiful decor and art…..definitely not worth the price

Summer vacation

This was a great property for the whole family of 14 of us and plenty of room . But the beds are hard as a rock , toilettes kept clogging , internet kept going out . Don’t bring anything but a car with you because you can’t keep a trailer or anything on the property so that was an inconvenience for us since we brought a trailer with all of our stuff in it and then had to spend half a day figuring out what to do with it . The pool was freezing couldn’t even use it , it is also super small which wasn’t too big of a deal for us since it was too cold to even go in it . We had 7 kids and wanted to be able to use it .

One of the best features was each bedroom had its own bathroom attached- a big deal for multiple families sharing this house. The rooms were spacious and serene. The pool was just the right size for kids to splash in while the beach was only a 10 minute walk or short bike ride. We really enjoyed this home away from home and would recommend to anyone considering a stay at Hilton Head.

My husband and dad both passed away this past year and this was a place for my adult children and brother abs sister in laws to get together reminisce. It was a beautiful home with everything we needed. It was also close to the beach and we walked every morning. We will definitely be planning another get together next year .

Clean, high end property conveniently located with all amenities you need. Listing is three story to the top floor bedrooms so those in your group who are the youngest can handle the stairs. Reasonably priced for quantity of bed/baths.

Spring Break at HHI

Overall fantastic experience. We have previously been to Hilton Head many times but always stayed in Sea Pines. This location was perfect - short bike ride to the beach, short walk to free public tennis courts, and much less crowded than the southern part of the island...Which was nice during pandemic travel. House is beautiful - well furnished and large bedrooms allowed privacy when needed for the large group we were with. Perfectly clean upon arrival and the management company was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We would stay again without question.
