This property is great for a family vacation!
Spacious, quiet, and beautiful. The free shuttle to the beach is reason enough to stay here. One phone call and the shuttle is at your doorstep to take you on a short ride to the beach.

Pet stays must be approved in advance. 2 pets max less than 50 lbs each. There is also a $200 pet fee for the first pet and an additional $100 for the second pet.

The property is not ADA-compliant and is not recommended for those with difficulty with stairs. However, the house has an elevator, which can be added to your rental for $200 per stay.

This is an amazing Charlestonian-style home built in 2017 in one of Hilton Head Island's newest gated seaside communities. In addition to the beach, which is just a 10-minute walk or a quick bike ride away, you can also enjoy the Chaplin Oceanside Park next door. You will find tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a huge kids' playground, beach parking, and restrooms within walking distance of the house.

If you are unfamiliar with the Singleton Beach area, it is located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surf Watch Resort. Being mid-island puts you in the center of all that Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and even Savannah (just 45 min away) have to offer. The recent addition of the new Shelter Cove Town Center is an excellent amenity for guests of the Singleton Beach area as well. It features some of the island's best restaurants, shopping, and recreational amenities, all within a mile of the house. Hilton Head holds many of its festivals, events, and concerts at Shelter Cove. That is where they have a fireworks display every Tuesday night during the summer (weather permitting), and you can enjoy live music nearly every night of the year. If you’re a golfer, you won't have to look very far to find one of the 30-plus courses on the island, some of which are PGA courses, just a 2 Iron away from the house. You can also go crabbing, fishing, and shell collecting in the salt marsh and along the surf at Singleton Beach.

Here is a brief description of the beach house itself.

It was newly furnished in 2022! There are five bedrooms, each with a large smart TV, and six bathrooms encompassing over 3000 square feet. There are two living levels with all hard surface (wood or Tile) floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a covered poolside lanai with a large smart TV, ambient lighting, and gas BBQ.

The first-floor layout has one bedroom with a king bed, a full-size bathroom, a family room, a large kitchen with a huge island that seats six, and a large dining table that seats eight.

The second floor has four bedrooms, including two king beds with custom double bunks, a third king bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with two double beds. There are also four full baths and a laundry room on the second level.

A golf cart beach shuttle service runs Sunday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It is free of charge for our guests and is included in the rental price.

***** There is a $200 fee per stay for elevator use ***** Neither The Elevator nor the house are considered ADA compliant. The elevator's use is considered convenient for things like groceries and luggage. It can be operated and ridden by adults at their own risk. The elevator access doors are locked out for safety reasons, and accessible by digital door code. Elevator use is not guaranteed due to the frequency of required maintenance. Even if the elevator fee is paid, it does not guarantee guest use. However, we will do what we can to make it available if possible. If use is not available, reimbursement of the elevator fee is the sole remedy granted to the guest, and no other consideration will be granted. Please Keep in mind when booking this is a house with multiple levels, and If you or someone in your party can not handle stairs, this property may not be a good fit for you.

Maximum guest occupancy is 16
