Great Stay

Great location, beach access is super close. This place has keyless entry so you don't have to worry about holding onto a key while out and about and it's pet friendly. Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely rent again!

Excellent location!

This was so close to the beach and beach access while also tucked away enough to feel private and get a quiet night’s rest in-between active days on the island. This property is distinctive in that there is an in-unit washer/dryer and there is a spacious balcony that overlooks the pool and has a view of the gulf. Would stay here again.

Nice clean property placed close to the beach and nightlife. Walking distance to corner stores and restaurants. Very clean pool and outside deck. Perfect lil family getaway.

Very nice property with great balcony

I would have given 5 stars, but the 10 digit access code was a pain. Usually took multiple trys to open. Otherwise, great place!

Very nice location!

Firstly the pictures in the listing shows different furniture and a different layout. They should be updated. The location is perfect and the second story balcony gave us reasonable privacy. We really enjoyed it here and will be back. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked but some of the pans are quite dated. Some service issues were resolved quickly. The balcony light was missing and I asked for a new one to be installed. It took a few days but they got it done.

Adorable & close to the beach

The space itself is very nice, spacious and well decorated. The furniture was much nicer than usual . The condo building is very nice along w/ the pool and staff . We really enjoyed that part. The patio was very ample and enjoyable. Sadly, the toaster and coffee maker need to be replaced . One of the toilets wasn’t flushing and the Master sink needs Draino (water wasn’t draining properly). Also , there were noticeable issues w/ the cleaning. There was a hair on the bathroom sink and the cabinets needed to be wiped down. We could never get the lock to work so we had to leave it open. These were small setbacks. Overall it was a great experience.

Pictures can be deceiving

The white leather furniture had holes in it covered by a white tap. This condo was also very dirty. Something brown smeared all over 2nd bathroom wall. I immediately scrubbed with Clorox wipes. White wood trim around base of walls black with dirt. Hole in ceiling of pantry with plastic taped over it. When we had 2 days of rain insulation started falling down from there. Toilet in master bath ran slow and plugged 2nd day we were there. Took 2 trips by professional plumber to clear. Molding around glass on door to deck was crumbling and glass almost ready to fall out. Moss growing on deck around edges.

Excellent location, friendly neighbors, however lacked communication with management.

Excellent location, great pool, however needs minor TLC. Tried to contact about my concerns immediately after checking out the inside before settling in and no reply ever the whole stay. It’s a nice place, but cleanliness also needs to handled better. Floor was spotless so was kitchen, but sofas had crusty stains which I removed myself and sanitized, my daughters bed spread was dirty which I was going to wash but didn’t fit in washer. My daughters bed was comfy but our mattress was not. My husband slept on sofa the second night. The cabinet door lacked a hinged in kitchen and was just placed on, wasn’t attached and fell on my foot. It happened when washing my hands at kitchen sink. A few mins after I entered I text back the number that said to text with any concerns along with pics of that and texts regarding blanket and no replies at all, ever. Again, it’s an eye catchy place but minor details and better communication needs to be addressed. Better cleaning of beds and better mattress if main room and I surely recommend and would stay again.

Fun family trip

The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and grounds were also very nice and well maintained. The room could use an upgrade of the hard, squeaky mattresses, but they were manageable. The sofa bed was too uncomfortable, so the kids slept on the couches instead. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and there was a rinse off station at the beach entrance and a ramp so we could take our wagon onto the beach easily. Also even though there was a good bit of noise outside from parties at other properties and kids playing in the pool, we couldn't here it from inside our room. We had a great time and would stay again.

Amazing time

This was a special small trip for us and everything worked out perfect. The kitchen is very functional, the place is cozy and right next to the beach. If we forgot something we had no hesitation running to the room to get it. The pool is pretty private and nice. The deck is amazing for moonlight watching and romantic night caps. Overall I can’t thank you enough for having us as your guests.
