Ceci est une affaire! Condo en bord de mer à Florence. Studio récemment mis à jour directement sur la plage. Le balcon privé regarde vers le sud de la plage jusqu'à la baie. Décoré dans des couleurs tropicales avec un mobilier blanc, le look est propre et frais. Le lit queen et le lit queen peuvent accueillir 4 personnes. Il a un téléviseur mural de 50 "et Blue Ray avec câble. Le wifi est gratuit et le mot de passe sera dans le condo. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec ustensiles de cuisine, cafetière, mixeur, vaisselle, casseroles et poêles. Beaucoup de draps, serviettes et serviettes de plage sont fournis. Nous avons également des chaises de plage, un parasol, des planches de bodyboard et une glacière pour les clients. Le complexe dispose d'un garage, d'une piscine fermée et d'un bain à remous avec accès à la plage privée. L'entrée sans clé avec votre propre code personnalisé vous permet d'entrer sans avoir à vous soucier de l'enregistrement.

Great place! Easy access to the beach

This is a very nice area. You go from the pool area to the beach easily. It's pet friendly. I loved sitting on the patio and watching the sun rise. I enjoyed the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

Birthday trip

Was a perfect sized place for my girlfriend and I for a 1 week trip. We had an amazing beach and sunrise/sunset view with amazingly close access. Parking couldn’t be any more simpler this place is a absolute 10/10!

Great location!

Y'all - staying in a smaller space is 100% worth being beach side. being able to go upstairs to take a nap or grab our sandwiches so we didn't have to lug a cooler all over was perfect. the condo owner also included just about everything you could need to have a smooth stay. will absolutely rent with them again!

Property was amazing. However, property owner stated they sent an agreement for the Cando on the 19th of May and never did and our room was not assigned until we had already got there and the agreement wasn’t send until we arrived at the facility. They should call to confirm if an email of agreement was sent if they do not receive the agreement back in a timely manner to make the process easier and not make people wait and wonder the day they arrive.

Good Place to Stay

I like the location, easy access to the beach. The owner of the place make sure you have all the items you need to be at the beach including a umbrella, chairs and even buckets for kids to play.

SMALL 5th Floor Condo

Our stay got off to a bad starting! The unit was smaller than I expected. I quickly ruled out the thought of doing any cooking. The patio was also a disappointment as you face the roof of the adjoining building and overlooks the dumpster. Your ocean view is limited by what you can see to the left thru the alley.The handle set on the patio door gave us our first problem and should be replaced. We have stayed in alot of VRBOs...this is the first one with operating instructions posted on an interior door. It took us awhile to get it open and in the meantime I was feeling really claustrophobic. Then we discovered that we didn't have any water. I contacted the management and found out it was a city wide problem. In a case like that, I would expect that the management would inform the renters of such a problem. And also inform them of the need to boil water after water service was restored but we didn't receive any notifications from them. On the final day of our stay we couldn't access the beach from the condo because utility workers had the gate padlocked due to some excavations being done. Again no notice of such was provided beforehand by management so after trudging down with all our beach accessories and finding the gate locked, i had to contact them to inquire about the closest public beach access. Hindsight being 20/20 , I would have probably been happier staying in a hotel.

I liked the fact we did not have to drive anywhere to go to the beach .. the beach was a accessable from the property. There is a full kitchen in this unit complete with pots, pans and all the dishes needed to prepare and serve meals. The hot tub was relaxing after a full day of activities. I will definately come here again!

I loved how cute and clean the place was! I didn't like how when I arrived with my husband with all of our luggage, one of us had to stay behind to go get wrist bands. I'm not an 18 year old on spring break. The check in wasn't very organized.

Disappointed

This is the worst place I've stayed at on Padre. I feel like I rented a run down motel room with no maid serve. Bed very uncomfortable an to small woke up every morning with backache. AC cooled just fine but was very load and woke us up all night long. I'm not from the Island and maybe I don't know the difference between beach front and beach view but we had view of a roof top. Had to stand up at patio rail to see water. Can't tell you how small the place was. One dissatisfied customer.

Great Value and location but details need to be better

Great Location, smaller than I realized. But it worked fine for my sister and I. Good lap pool and Jacuzzi ,close to beach, but long hot sandy path there made it harder than it should have been to walk there. Bed not great high with foam insert on top, Couch slept fine. Parking not simple, but worked. Missing cabinet door in bathroom, no handy cap bar, old faucet with missing parts. Needs to be repainted. A little wild with fireworks going off at 2;00 am. Lots of minor things , All in all for the money it was just fine.

Great location

Studio is perfect for a couple! Clean, cute and close to the beach!!! Only real issue is the plumbing, somewhere in the building there is a problem so you constantly heard flushing, all night! A problem since I am a light sleeper! Other than that everything was great. All the linens were great, loaded kitchen so we showed up and enjoyed. Thanks!

Great Weekend Getaway

Stayed here with my husband over the weekend and it was a FANTASTIC place overall! It's location is ideal being right off the beach. Very clean and comfortable space - convenient fully stocked small kitchen space to use. Although the balcony does not face the beach directly, you can enjoy the view of the waves to the side. Loved the beach equipment provided - made for a fun day in the water! Laura was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to staying at her property again in the future.
