Les clients sont sûrs de passer des vacances mémorables dans cette maison de plage de luxe entièrement meublée de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. La chambre principale / principale a un lit king-size, tandis que les autres chambres sont meublées avec un lit queen-size et un lit double et des lits jumeaux, confortables pour dormir, 7 personnes. Au sommet du comptoir de la cuisine, vous trouverez un livre de connexion avec les clés de mot de passe WiFi pour la voiturette de golf et l'ouvre-porte de garage dans une boîte à thé, le jour de la corbeille est tôt le mardi matin. Ce sont de nouveaux Sertas à plateau-coussin dans toute la maison. Aussi avec des draps de 650 fils et des oreillers Sleep-gram. Spring Break trip

This was the perfect house for our family (including our dog). It was clean and well-stocked and the master bathroom was spectacular! Our teenage daughters loved the proximity to the beach and the fun golf cart, as well!

Very Convenient

The golf cart made the trip to the beach very easy. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the back yard/grill. It has everything you’d need from a vacation home.

Communication with the host was great, answered any questions within minutes. The property was located in a great area with access to the beach minutes away. Plenty of restaurants and attractions close by. The house was very clean with everything you might need.

Nice place to stay

It was a nice home in a fair neighborhood, very easy working with the property owner. The golf cart was a major plus but the house was on the far end of the city so everything was a 20 minute drive.

Great house Great Location

Very nice newer well maintained home in quite PCB neighborhood, close to beach. The golf cart made getting around the area and to and from the beach so easy. Nice 2 car garage. Home well appointed and John the owner was very nice and cooperative to work with. Nice to work with owner and not management company. Nice fenced in back yard for our dog.

Best Place Ever

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed at in PCB. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. You are just a minute from the beach and having the golf cart made it easy to get everything to and from the beach. You are close to restaurants and activities but still in a quiet neighborhood which was very peaceful. My dog loved the fenced in backyard where she was able to run around. If you are thinking about booking this place don’t hesitate because you won’t regret it. John, the owner, was extremely kind and very responsive. I will definitely be coming back to stay anytime we’re in PCB.

Absolutely Fabulous!!

This was one of the best experiences we have had getting a place on VBRO! The owner is so nice and helpful in answering any questions, and the home was absolutely beautiful. It fit all our needs and more, from the cleanliness, the space, the fenced in back yard, and the use of a golf cart to get us back and forth to the beach. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!♥️

Not a better place to stay.

This house is perfectly located and John is attentive to detail and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. This is the second year to stay and will definitely stay again. Golf cart is a plus and only a short drive to beach and Thomas donuts which was a huge hit with my family. We surf fished right there at the 84 beach access and this year caught 13 different species.

The home was amazing, John was very quick to help out with any issues and a very good guy to deal with. The home is very close to the beach and with the provided golf cart was a breeze to get to and from. Our family has stayed in the Panama City area several times and can say that this home will definitely be our go to from now on.

Outstanding!

John (host) is wonderful. Responsive , attentive , goes above and beyond. The house is immaculate. What you see in the photos is what you get. The entire home has been remodeled like new. Love the master bath with the huge double shower. Tiled from floor to ceiling. The backyard fenced all around was a big plus for our Havanese. She loved it. The location is excellent. 2 blocks from Laguna beach. We loved the provided golf cart that took us there. We wanted a more tranquil location away from the congestion of PCB and we got that. PCB and Pier Park is only 4 1/2 miles away. West of the house is an easy drive to Rosemary beach, Alys beach …about 4 miles west of the house. It’s minutes drive away. We drove to Destin as well about an hour drive with traffic. We had a fantastic time got to see everything we planned to. Even Panama City itself. You cannot go wrong here. For what you pay for one room per night at a PCB beachfront hotel you get a 3 bedroom detached house with a yard two blocks from the beach. And away from all the riff raff. Highly recommend. We will be back more times for sure. Our new go to home for the emerald coast. Thanks again John!

Perfect for my family

Super clean place! Really close to the beach just a short golf cart ride. Our 2 kids had their own bedrooms. Well stocked but bring a pizza cutter :)

Great Host

John was always available by text or phone to answer questions or respond to any concerns. The fenced backyard worked well with our small dog and the golf cart was a savior when transporting gear to the beach. But if just going down to view the sunset, it’s a very short and enjoyable walk.

A Pleasurable Stay

This beach house is well-situated in Panama City Beach, away from the busy crowds and noise. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and just a short walk/golf cart ride to the beach. A variety of attactions are within a short drive from the house. We enjoyed visiting three Florida state parks that were nearby: St. Andrews, Camp Helen, and Grayton Beach state parks. The fenced back yard was perfect for our two dogs, as well as for lounging outside on the patio furniture. John was very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions.

Wonderful home

This house was cozy, well-appointed, convenient to the beach and activities/businesses without being right on top of a busy road. Kitchen and bathrooms were like new and bedrooms very cozy. I would stay here again in the future…

Perfect spot!

Chose John’s place to escape the Midwest cold and get in some beach time between working. The place was spotless and furnished to have what was needed and beyond. The dogs and I loved the backyard and the area is quiet. His home is appointed so well that it makes for a relaxing and perfect stay. The location to go explore or enjoy the beach is another positive. Highly recommend.

2 Week Stay

Well stocked kitchen (Pots, Pans, Dishes & Utensils) with almost everything one could want for dining at home on those nights when you want to stay at home. The grill was a plus for someone who likes to cook on the grill and access to the golf cart was a nice feature as well. It was also nice to have the garage which allowed us to park inside and when getting ready to head out for the day we could load up our dog without worrying about him running off. The fenced in back yard also worked well for us since we brought our dog. It allowed him to get out and run around without needing to be on a leash. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We came in from Iowa and it felt like being at home, but with much warmer temperatures.

Because it is awesome and a brand new home with everything you can imagine, there is not another one like it in the area on VRBO and also you can walk to the beach in five minutes or less or take the golf cart, we have been coming to this area for years and I promise you it doesn't get much better than this anywhere in the world,please check my entire listing the photos

I furnished the home with is high end, you will never forget
staying in our lovely home it has nearly everything you can imagine, also there is a sign in book on the kitchen counter
where the wifi password is and basic information like when the trash days are, Tuesdays and Friday mornings, the door code and alarm code is given a few days before arrival to every guest, we change it often, there is also a tea tin can
with the golf cart keys and garage door opener on top of the sign in book, there are many benefits to our home, if you have any questions anytime please text me or call me?
