Cette unité de deux chambres, deux salles de bain complètes et située à l’étage supérieur, au bout du complexe de Kamahana, offre une vue sur l’océan, la montagne et le parcours de golf depuis chaque chambre. Alors que vous terminez votre journée confortablement dans le lit king size de la chambre principale, vous vous endormirez au son de la mer. La chambre d'amis a un lit queen. Le matelas Queen Aero offre des options de couchage supplémentaires. Vous adorerez le charmant décor d'île et les couleurs tropicales de cette location de vacances à Kauai, les ventilateurs de plafond en feuilles de palmier qui vous garderont au frais dans un style tropical et le nouveau mobilier de salon décontracté de l'île. Un court trajet de trois minutes vous conduira au centre de Princeville où vous pourrez faire vos courses au Foodland, déguster un cornet de crème glacée aux noix de macadamia au Lappert's, vous détendre au bar et dans l’atmosphère du grill Tiki Iniki et explorer les autres restaurants et boutiques. Quiet spot in Princeville

This property was comfortable, well equipped, clean, and spacious. It sits on the edge of a golf course, high on a cliff next to the coast so you’ll have great views from the outside space and living area. It’s at the end of a side road in Princeville so it’s all pretty quiet and serene. We even saw an Albatross feeding her baby, who was safely nested in a shrub right next to where we parked. We didn’t swim while we were there, but there’s a nice little pool right next to this building. This is an upstairs condo but you enter the unit on the ground floor where there’s a small entryway with a little closet (containing some beach items for use) then the stairs to go to the second floor. We used the washer and dryer daily and had no issues. We didn’t cook while we were there but it certainly seems that everything we would have needed was there in the kitchen. We spent time in the condo mostly in the late evenings/nights/mornings and the rest of our time was out in Hanalei or the surrounding area. We would stay here again!

Rental is nice, Kristen Kurz and the management team are awful

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would like to say that my family had the most wonderful time at this rental, but I have to send a warning to other renters of this property. While the home itself is nice enough, should you require help from the management team, you will be disappointed. Last week we returned to see a note from management stating our water would be off from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm the next day. No problem. We planned our day around this outage. We returned from the beach at 4.00 pm but still no water and the workers that had been in the area most of the week had left. We had dinner plans that evening, so we just held tight until 5.00 pm before making phone calls, leaving messages, and sending emails asking for a simple update on when the water would be back. Kristen Kurz was our specific contact. No one answered our calls. It wasn't until 6.30 pm before water was restored, but by then we had to cancel our evening plans. Perhaps this doesn't sound like a big deal to you, but when you spend thousands of dollars for a week long vacation, every moment of your trip is important, so we missed out on a reservation we had made well in advance of our trip. Had it not been for our neighbor who happened to be the owner of their condo, I'm sure water would not have come back on until the following day because at no point did Kristen, or anyone else we called/emailed respond. Considering the cost of renting this property, I'd expect better communication, but you will be left high and dry by the management company should you run into a problem with the property like we did. For this reason, I will not return to any property managed by this company, and I still have had no response from them, not even an apology. To me that speaks volumes about the professionalism of Kristen and the management team she represents. I hope the owners understand that their investment isn't being taken care of in the way they should expect which is a shame because the home is nice enough for a small family.

Beautiful views!

Beds and furniture was comfy. Lanai was our favorite spot. Great place to walk the golf course or down the road to Princeville center. Access code was easy no problem. Appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, body board for the beach. Great location. Saturday market in Princeville was fun. Saw many whales from lanai. Water in showers need to be hotter. Kitchen well equipped.needed better cleaning of stove. Second portable fan would be nice had one. Most of time nice breeze through the condo. Would stay again and recommend. 14 steps up into condo main floor with luggage groceries for those with mobility issues.

Slightly disappointing

The location and views are beautiful. There is an incredible secluded beach a short hike away. The condo seemed clean at first but has a roach and ant problem. There were multiple huge roaches and we started noticing dead bugs everywhere. There were also ants all over the place. I reported it to the owner and they said to spray them. I didn’t come on this expensive trip to hunt and kill roaches.

Very comfortable and relaxing. Close to many nice beaches and other attractions. Well equipped. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and the extra hat came in handy when we lost one of ours.

Fantastic views from the balcony patio. I also love the dark night sky showing the Milky Way. Property was clean and well furnished. We used the Tommy Bahama chairs and beach umbrella.

Excellent home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Even equipped with beach equipment! The washer/dryer being in the condo was nice too. And with the windows open with screens in place the ocean breeze made the no AC very comfortable.

This condo is stunning! The decor is so fun and beautiful art everywhere on the walls and surfaces. The view is breathtaking. Lovely lania soaks it all in for morning coffee and evening wine. Great location and view

We are so glad we rented this condo. It was very close to all the hiking and activities we wanted to do, also lots of restaurants in Princeville and Hanalei. The condo was nice and roomy and had a great view across a golf course to the ocean. Also had fun watching the variety of tropical birds flying around.

Internet needs to be upgraded, a better internet package is available from the ISP and would solve remote work issues we encountered. Also, the living room furniture kind of stinks and caused both of us to experience allergies, not sure if it’s mold/mildew, or something else, but the couch and chair cushions seemed slightly damp for our whole 2 week stay and the rattan wood smelled bad, almost like chemicals (maybe pesticides to deter insects?).
