Boasting a new addition and new 12' x 24' swimming pool with full bar, Beach Baby is the ultimate vacation getaway!

This enthralling five-bedroom rental in Destin’s Miramar Beach can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests.

The first floor features a living room, master bedroom with full bath, guest bedroom, and full bath. Beautifully furnished, the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and two patterned accent chairs that face a large TV. Double glass doors lead to the covered poolside veranda. The master bedroom with king-size bed has a private en-suite bath, while the guest bedroom includes two twin bunk beds.

On the second floor, enjoy an additional living room, as well as a dining room, kitchen, bunk room, full hall bath, and washer and dryer. The large, spacious family area includes a wrap around couch that doubles as a queen sleeper sofa. In the dining room, a long rectangular table is surrounded by eight rail-backed chairs that sit beneath a multi-shaded chandelier. A counter bar adds additional seating with four saddle-topped stools.

The third floor features two master suites, both with en-suite baths. One room includes a king bed, and the other includes a king bed and additional queen sleeper sofa.

Nestled in a private residential neighborhood near the heart of Miramar Beach, this vacation home is mere minutes from a variety of wonderful restaurants and friendly beach bars. The nearby Seascape also offers golf and tennis at discount rates for Ocean Reef guests. Grocery stores, the famous Silver Sands Outlets, specialty boutiques, free concerts, and seasonal festivals are within close proximity to the home, helping to make your vacation easy and relaxing! You can also visit Grand Boulevard and the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf for fun events and vacation activities.

Family vacation 💙

Being our first rental and 1st time in Destin it was wonderful. The house was great, the kids loved the pool. It accommodated everyone well. The walk to the beach was perfect. Hope to return next year. We had a great time.

Pool and Bar area!

We had six kids under seven and 7 adults that “lived” in the pool and at the beach! The bar (with ice machine), pool, and deck area were perfect for our group! Beds are really comfortable
 lots of bunk beds for kids! The public beach access is very close but there is also a side walkway outside of the pool that gets you to the beach even faster! Would totally stay here again!

Excellent all around!

This is a Wonderful House with a great location! It was so clean and the pool was so nice and it was easy to get to the beach. We also had to only drive across the street to get to the outlet malls on the rainy day. I would recommend this house in an instant.

Beach baby

Very close to the beach. Neighborhood has a lot of construction and abandoned buildings. It is not very nice, but we felt safe. We hoped for some beach and pool toys at the rental, but there were none. Pool was clean and nice. Mostly everything was okay. Outdoor ice maker was very handy.

WOW we had a blast!

17 members of my family came together to enjoy spring break 2019. Our ages range from 15 months to 67 years old. Everyone had a place to sleep, places to gather with two living areas and we all enjoyed late nights by the heated pool. Nothing was forgotten in terms of thinking about what people will need to stay. An out door kitchen with a frig. chairs and umbrellas for the beach, you name it it was there. The only thing not provided were beach towels and disposables such as toilet paper and paper towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay and can't wait to come back next year!

Beach Baby was incredible!

We had a terrific stay at Beach Baby. Extremely clean, spacious, perfect location. Plenty of towels and linens (even for our large party of 12)! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Pool was perfect! Lots of lounge chairs and outdoor dining options. The house had tons of pool toys and beach chairs. We did not need to bring ours! We did have two maintenance requests (outdoor tv did not work and no gas in the grill) and both were addressed quickly and efficiently. The kids loved that the ice cream man came down the street everyday! My only complaint is the dryer took about three cycles to dry towels. But otherwise perfect!

Perfect location but could have been cleaner

Check in process was very easy and the property management company was very responsive. The house was minimally cleaned. There were crumbs on the floor and pieces of bacon. There was a vacuum in the laundry room and we vacuumed as we had infants crawling around. The kids kept finding more things on the floor to pick up. We are the get along and go along type people so we didn’t want to complain but by the middle of the trip we should have mentioned it and asked for it to be cleaned. Overall, it was a good place just should have been cleaner for the price.

Beachbaby was magnificent!!!

I don’t usually write reviews so this is a first. This property was more than expected. The pictures did not lie and the decor was beautiful. We were to capacity but never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was stocked extremely well with everything you need to cook a good meal. The beds slept well and bathroom were decorated nicely. The highlight of the House was the pool and bar area. The sound system was amazing and the TV was great for watching sports. The beach was only steps away. This was our best family vacation and Destin/Miramar Beach is a wonderful place to visit. Only one recommendation - it would be nice if there were stairs to the 2nd level on the outside. Regardless, this is still a great place to stay. R. Davis-Brown

Positives: Super close to beach, private pool, lots of space for kids, easy and prompt communication with property management. Negatives: Overall cleanliness was not great. House had a funny fishy odor, lots of dust on walls, fans, air intakes, etc. The house is definitely worn and needs some TLC and sprucing up - needs new furniture, etc. Upstairs master shower did not drain properly and would fill up as you showered, beds were super uncomfortable- like sleeping on cement, everything just felt a little dingy - including the pool furniture. Definitely needs a refresh and does not match what is pictured online.

I don't have enough space here to tell you all the wonderful details, amenities and conveniences of this property. Let me start with the owners and management company. A pleasure to deal with the owners. They were honest, and very patient with me. The management company responded to our phone call immediately upon arrival and Beach Baby was so perfect we never needed them again! We had 10 people in our party and never felt like we were running into each other. The tiki bar out by the pool was really cool! I will never rent anyplace in Florida, again, but BEACH BABY. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, you certainly will get your moneys worth every day. Love, love it. We came back kicking & screaming. See you next year Beach Baby. :)

Great Location close to Beach!

We had the pleasure of staying at Beach Baby for a week, and the house was fantastic for our needs. Our group particularly appreciated how close the house was to the beach and that we were able to access the beach via a private walkway that did not require us to cross any roads. We also spent a large portion of our time at the large pool deck area that was equipped with all of the amenities that we could have wished for. The ice maker and beverage center were great for loading up coolers and having beverages close to hand, and we extensively used the SONOS bluetooth music system and large outdoor flatscreen tv for entertainment while using the heated pool. We also appreciated the different bedding options available to us, and the two separate living areas on the first and second floors equipped with large flat screens. This allowed the early risers in our group to congregate downstairs without disturbing the people sleeping in on the upper floors. We also found the house to be fully equipped with all of the kitchen gadgets and amenities that our group needed. We also found that the house was located in an extremely convenient location, within walking distance of the outlet mall and a grocery store. The house was also convenient to various dining options like Baytown. The owner of the house was also great, very responsive to all of our questions prior to the trip. We highly recommend this beach rental for anyone looking for a great beach vacation with all the amenities and a fantastic location.

The house was in a great location. Very close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool, beach, and amenities. Beds were a little hard for our taste but that didn’t hinder our good time. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the outdoor space

We had the best week! We really utilized the pool space. The house was perfect for three families and never felt like anyone was on top of each other. The beach was so close that you could wander back and forth as you choose. So much at the property that we didn’t need to leave. House was very clean and had everything we needed!

Beautiful Vacation Spot

The perfect vacation getaway!

This house is incredibly spacious and luxurious. The house offers ample amenities and is private and secure. The tiki bar and heated pool are an amazing touch and you're a quick two minute stroll to the beach. Miramar Beach has so much to offer and this house is minutes from everything. Great beach house with no roads to cross!

My wife and I stayed at Beach Baby with four other couples for a week, and this house was perfect for our needs. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to our questions and requests. We were impressed with everything about the house. From the fully equipped kitchen to the outside tiki bar and huge pool, it was exactly what we wanted for our vacation. An added bonus is the private walk behind the house that takes you right to the beach with no roads to cross. We can't wait to be back!

This is a great house with plenty of room to satisfy even the teenagers. Tv's and beds everywhere! Pool, outside bar, huge patio with lots of seating. Just steps from the ocean too. Also close to shopping , grocery and convienent Safe jogging path at the end of the street.
