The second floor also has a half-bath & powder room for general guest use.

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach with gate-code access. Guests of Sandy Sheets also have access to the large community pool complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities.The pool is never too crowded because only select Frangista homes have access.

Note: Tents or Canopies are not allowed on the Private Beach, which is generally the standard rule in this area. Also, No boats, trailers, or RV's are allowed to be parked at Frangista Beach properties per HOA rules.
