- NOUVELLE PROPRIÉTÉ - Cette maison a eu des critiques incroyables sous le propriétaire précédent. Je viens de lui acheter la maison et j'ai commencé l'inscription. J'escompte la première année, c'est ce que je fais toujours avec les maisons neuves que j'achète.

Ma femme et moi possédons de nombreuses maisons dans la région en tant que locations de vacances. Maisons de 6 chambres, 7 chambres. Juste en face de la plage avec des équipements incroyables. De tous les foyers, celui-ci est de loin mon préféré. Cette cour est la meilleure cour de toutes les maisons de la région. À seulement deux pâtés de maisons de la plage, il a une immense piscine, un jacuzzi, une pelouse, une terrasse extérieure et tout ce dont vous avez besoin. C'est un paradis de luxe incroyable.

Profitez de jouer au ping-pong ou au baby-foot à l'extérieur, sauter dans le bain à remous ou nager dans l'immense piscine chauffée. La plupart des piscines de la région font moins de la moitié de celle-ci! Ils sont comme des piscines à Vegas. Il s'agit d'une piscine pleine grandeur pour toute la famille ou les familles.

La maison est un mélange parfait de luxe et de sensation de plage. Il dispose de six chambres et de quatre salles de bain et d'une superbe cuisine et d'un salon. Trois portes moustiquaires séparées mènent à l'arrière-cour.

Il y a cinq chambres séparées queen et king et une chambre avec lits superposés avec quatre lits doubles. Il peut accueillir 18 personnes confortablement.

Vous devriez voir le livre de commentaires pour cette maison! Tout le monde, et je veux dire tout le monde, qui vient ici ne tarit pas d'éloges sur la cour et aime la tranquillité, la taille et la beauté de l'arrière-cour. Cette maison est absolument incroyable.

Our family loved the house! We enjoyed having the pool & the hot tub available & the close proximity of going to the beach! Michael the host was very accommodating! He answered our every need. I would definitely go back to this beautiful spacious house again when visiting Destin, Fl. Give it a 5 stars all the way! Thanks for a great stay Michael!

We booked this property for a much/needed family getaway. We had such a wonderful week! The house was accessible for my son-in-law who’s a paraplegic and in a wheelchair. He was able to get around without any issues. The pool was a huge hit with my two little grandsons and all of us! So relaxing after a long day. The house was very clean and organized. Lots of towels provided. Beds were comfortable and roomy. We used the fire pit on our last night for smores. Such fun! Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. It’s on a cul-de-sac, which was nice. Beach access is just a short walk away. Great communication with the owner and property management, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend it! You won’t be disappointed!

Fun Family Vacation

The house was very roomy and a great place for our family to enjoy vacation. We especially loved the outdoor area. We spent many afternoons and evenings at the pool and played ping pong, pool and cornhole. Having a high chair and a pack n play for our granddaughter was also very accommodating. Beach chairs, beach towels and toys were also greatly appreciated!

Sweet Miramar Beach Neighborhood House

Awesome house with 5 King bedrooms and large bunk room. Amazing pool, hot tub, fire pit and bar. Rental cart was invaluable!Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Everyone wants to do it again next year!

This Property is Simply NOT a 10/10 All Things Considered

Let's start with the good. When we asked the 7 kids in our party, ages 7 - 16, what they would rate it, they all gave it a 9 out of 10 or better. The backyard is pretty much as great as they say it is, the location in relation to the beach was stellar, and the golf cart was awesome. Here are the concerns that ALL 6 adults in our group had (our ratings ranged from a 3 to a 6):*The couches in the living room are gross and desperately need replacement. This house indicates it can sleep 18, however, it can only seat 5-6 people in the living room. When you taut a movie theatre, that is just ridiculous. This place is begging for a giant sectional. *When we arrived, we advised them of broken Trex(?) walkways in the front and back, that the basketball hoop in the pool was taped up and ready to fall apart, and that the indoor fireplace was not working so we were asking how to get it working - their response in 3 minutes time was "the fireplace doesn't work". That was it.*We asked where the vacuum was and didn't hear back for 48 hours (after which 2 texts and 2 VRBO messages had been sent about it). They did send one over eventually.*The hot tub would not stay at temp after the second day even though we were keeping it covered. They sent someone to fix but it never went over 99.*There is not enough hot water for 13 guests.*The dryer needs to be replaced. We would run it for hours and hours just to dry towels.My review is limited in length by VRBO so those are the big things.

The property was great for our family of 6 adults and 6 kids. The outdoor space was particularly good for boys age 11 to 14 and the younger girls. The pool had a basketball hoop, there was pool table and ping pong tables and bean bag game. The adults enjoyed the outside bar and TV and the gas fire pit. The inside of the house also suited our needs well.

This house checked all our boxes. Enough beds and bathrooms and a good size kitchen and table. The best part by far is the backyard. Everything you need to keep teen kids entertained.

Amazing House & Location

This house and the location were great for our crew! Ranging from age 50 to 12. Everyone loved the backyard area. The pool, hot tub, tiki bar with grill and tv, pool table and ping pong table were a hit. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kids loved having golf carts to get around. Definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful home

This house, and especially the pool and backyard area, provided a wonderful place for our large family to hang out and enjoy each other's company. The kids--ages 2 to 11--had a great time playing in the pool and the adults liked the hot tub an other outdoor games. The property is a short walk to the beach and, with a golf cart, easy to manage getting a variety of kids and stuff back and forth. The property manager was great in communicating with us and taking care of any concerns we had. My only issue--and one that wasn't within the manager's ability to deal with--were the many large properties around the house filled with college kids on spring break--many of whom played their music loudly and late into the night.

Well taken care of

We had a few hiccups prior to our stay out of the control of the property manager. The place we were supposed to stay needed some work done and he was able to move us into a new place that was just as nice possibly nicer and he made the process seamless. Very happy with the management.

This property was as stated. Had a great time, especially in the outdoor area. Glad that we had the pool heated, because the weathers was cooler than normal. Also, glad we got the optional golf cart. Freya and Michael were very helpful! There are some property issues that need addressed though. The walkway needs repaired, a few of us stumbled on it. The bath in the bunk room needs all lights working. Some remotes need batteries. The cover on the Hot tub really needs replaced along with the assist bracket. (We didn’t contact management about this while we were there though.). Overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay there again!

First family trip to Destin

To start off our vacation we got to check in a little early which was a plus. The place was overall nice but not enough adequate seating for 8 adults in the living room. The living room furniture was reliable but looked to need replaced soon as the furniture seemed to be peeling. There was adequate amount of bedrooms for a family. Although the beds seemed to have flattened pillows and one of the rooms (the room off of the bunk bed room) seemed to have a broken down bed, so the mattress was slanted. The pool was very nice, tons of pool toys and kept very clean but a little warning when people come to clean the pool/ cut the grass would be nice! Overall our vacation was very nice. The communication and response time was EXCELLENT when we needed new sheets and a blender replaced. Would stay again!

Best family oriented vacation house

Our family goes on vacation every year. We range from 5 to 65 years old. This was our 3rd time to Destin but our first time staying in this house. Hands down the best place we have stayed at. The location to the beach, restaurants and shops is great. Everything is walkable but I am glad we paid extra for the golf cart. It made going to beach easier with all the stuff you take to beach. It’s at the end of street and it feels private. The backyard looks exactly like the pictures you see which is not always the case for some houses. It’s a ranch so no steps. It slept our 15 comfortably. The owner was very responsive to our needs and questions. When we go to Destin again, would would not hesitate to stay here again.

Overall house worked great. Was a little disappointed with the outside space. Pool had a lot of sand in the bottom and although they "cleaned" it twice the week we stayed did not really seem like they cleaned it. The cleaners left the hot tub open each time they "cleaned" it and in fact we never used it because it seemed dirty and the cover was broke. The yard was very poorly taken care of so it made it difficult for the dog because he kept getting burrs stuck all over him. There was a huge rat that kept showing up so maybe taking better care of the yard would help. We never cooked in the home, but the oven appeared very dirty. The carpet in the bunk room/extra room is dirty and all the rugs in the house seem very dirty and need washed. The rest of the house seemed good and we enjoyed the layout of the home. We kept running out of hot water, but liked the 4 bathrooms. We enjoyed having the golf cart and liked the home being at the end of the street. Overall liked the house, just thought for the price some more maintenance could really be done to take better care of the outside entertainment area. We did have a great trip.

2024 Spring Family vacation

Since our family is large sometimes it hard to find an affordable rental home. I found this house on Vrbo trad the reviews and booked. We couldn't have found a better place. Inside was plenty rooms for everyone and the younger kids loved the bunk room. Everyone loved the big screen and watched a few movies together. Outside was a smash EVERYONE loved the pool and games outside the kitchen area was used for a few cook outs and enjoyed the outside tv. The hit at night was the fire pit everyone gather around and enjoyed it was a Perfect relaxing week. We will return.

Wonderful Stay

Lovely property, clean, well-equipped, great communication with management, and with extra’s including Xmas tree setup and playpen. We had an amazing time, perfect for our family from great grandma to 2 mo old baby, with shared meals, swimming and enjoying outdoor fire pit, grill, ping pong, etc. Indoor spaces roomy and comfy. Would love to stay here again!

The pool and backyard amenities were great. The interior need to be upgraded. Was surprised that master bedroom did not have a clothes closet. Had to use towel racks in bathroom to hang up clothes. The tv in the family room was difficult to use. There were 5 remotes. A handrail would be useful at the hot tub. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable. Would stay there again.

Spacious fun house!

This rental was more spacious than expected! All the bedrooms were great. Two AC units which really kept the house cool. Everything you needed in the kitchen. The backyard was great! Pool was perfect and we really loved the BBQ grill/bar area. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area. We drove to the beach access rather than walking but the walk would have been doable. But probably not with small children like we had.
