Guests will be dazzled by this fashionable home located in 40514. With ample amounts of storage, stellar décor, and horse pieces throughout, guests will live like a true Lexingtonian while being surrounded by an eclectic, classy, and entertaining friendly property.

Featuring 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, this unit has LVP Flooring, amazing back patio, fenced in backyard, Apple T.V., and wireless internet. Sky Beauty has three cozy bedrooms each with a Queen Sized BED. The property has a Primary Bedroom with ensuite & two additional bedrooms who share a common full bathroom.

Sky Beauty also offers guests a full kitchen, washer & dryer, cozy living room, outside bar, and just a short commute to live like a local and experience all of Kentucky's finest. An iron and ironing board come with this unit for all of those important events and photos. Residents will also enjoy heat and air conditioning during their stay. This property also includes parking! Guests are easily able to access Lexington's finest attractions and experience multiple aspects of this diverse city.

The house was perfect for our needs. Close to UK for graduation and quite neighborhood. Host was quick to respond when the wrong code was given but responded quickly and we were good to good. The beds were great and kitchen was stocked with all the basic needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It had everything we needed and it was so comfortable. We appreciated the pet friendly home with fenced in backyard. The park behind the house was an added perk as we were able to walk the path and enjoy the playground. Comfortable beds, couches and I appreciated how they had so much of the kitchen stocked with pans, spices, etc.

Yes the property was pet friendly and the adjacent park was a big plus for the dogs. The house was very clean and the host was terrific throughout the stay. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms for our stay. The backyard / patio could be updated but overall a very good experience.

Clean and good location, especially since we had our dog and the park was right behind us. When we arrived, the yard had not been mowed but that was soon taken care of. There were a few other issues that we brought to their attention and they were going to take care of those as well.

What a delightful home!! There were even bags of toiletries in each room. The kitchen had water, soda and popcorn available as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and we look forward to returning!

Great location and space

This is a great location in Lexington, very convenient and loved the park just a 5 minute walk away. Property was overall clean, but living room furniture was stained and needed a deep cleaning. Yard could also use some maintenance. Great amount of space for our family and was very well stocked with everything we needed and kitchen was well-equipped.
