It was clean, cute, nice little touches, comfortable beds, bedrooms sound proof with good blinds, with 2 full bathrooms, and close to great restaurants and pubs.

Amazing property!

My family of 6 loved our stay at this property! It was well stocked with supplies, towels, kitchen appliances. Great location within walking distance to many places to eat and explore. Looking forward to staying here again when in Lexington!

Excellent choice!

We stayed here when goign to the Railbird Festival. About 1.5 miles. Easy walk or Uber. The space is great, super clean and the beds are VERY comfortable. Would stay again.

Perfect Place!

This is by far one of the nicest vacation rental units I've ever stayed in -- and I've stayed in a few. Katie's attention to detail means that all the conveniences you need are right at your fingertips. The apartment is squeaky clean, spacious, comfortable and so nicely appointed. All just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops. Check-in was a breeze with very clear instructions sent the day before and Katie even checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this property twice and it's really great. Looks just like the photos, clean and well appointed. We were located close enough to walk to downtown and restaurants. Great value. Eee would stay here over and over

Adorable apartment, great location

We were visiting UK and this was a perfect location! Adorable unit with a lot of space and very nicely decorated/furnished. It’s right on Limestone but the bedrooms are in the back of the unit so it was not loud at night, which I worried about. I just rebooked it for our next visit!

Beautifully renovated and excellent location to Rupp Arena!

The apartment is beautifully renovated and super spacious for a downtown apartment. It had parking included which is rare and awesome and was in walking distance to Rupp Arena and numerous shops and restaurants. Loved it!

Location!

Location to everything downtown! Comfort of home with inner-city style and convenience. Couldn’t have been a better space for four friends.

Perfect location to visit UK student

The place was very clean, great kitchen sand bathrooms. Perfect space for a family to stay and visit. Parking available was a plus and short walk to Rupp arena.

Great apartment in Lex

We were in town with in-laws for a long weekend and we had a great time. The apartment is in a very convenient location and was very comfortable, well-stocked and clean. The host was very communicative and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay again in the future.

Fabulous Time

We arrived a little early for our bourbon tasting and Katie allowed us to check in a couple hours early. The check in and location was PERFECT for everything we had to do the 4 days we were in Kentucky. When we arrived, that night there was a bad storm that knocked out our internet and tv streaming and she was more than accommodating to make sure it got back working so I could do a little work on vacation. We had everything we needed (stayed in and cooked one evening), and she made excellent restaurant recommendations to us! I, myself, am a VRBO owner of a property in Fort Myers, and she was exactly as I am with my guests. We will definately be recommending this property to our friends and family and hopefully we will be coming back soon! THANK YOU!

This place is very nicely updated and comfortable. It’s walkable to UK and downtown Lexington. The property manager is great and responds quickly. We had a great stay!

Perfect place for events at Rupp Arena!

This apartment is gorgeous, comfortable beds, safe off-street parking and in a perfect location for events at Rupp Arena and walking to tons of restaurants and bars downtown. We will be back!

Perfect place to stay in Lexington!

We loved this VRBO! It was the perfect location and we were able to walk to UK campus and downtown. Extremely clean and well kept. The owner was very prompt in returning emails. Would love to stay here again!

mom's weekend at uk

just to get it out of the way, i want to mention the location of this wonderful place. if you're wanting the perfect central location, this IS it - BUT it is also downtown...DOWNTOWN which means it won't be your gated community. if i were staying there by myself, i prob would have felt a lil more uneasy walking at night, but i wasn't. (gotta let my single ladies know whats up if they stay here). also off-street parking is so so nice to have, but a lil tight (but then, i do drive a minivan) OK, this place was sooooo nice ! ! rooms were such a nice size, water pressure nice n strong (AND hot water never gave out). my bed (one by kitchen) was very comfy, my friends also said theirs were too (one on the sleeper sofa said, "it's a sleeper sofa, but not the worst one i've used") linens were clean and plentiful. truly haven't seen that many (and NOT dingy) in any other place i've stayed. overall this place is definitely 5-star worthy. and jeffrey was just a message away (though nothing went wrong durning our stay, but before the trip we had great communication and even let me know he would be out of town for one of the days we were there and to say if anything did come up, he gave another contact to use) looking forward to staying here again when i visit !
