Awesome Holiday

Everything was perfect. Wine on arrival, clean, great appliances, great veranda for soaking up the sun. Beach and eateries fantastic.

Fab property in a great location.

Two couples went for 3 weeks, everything we needed. Had problems with WiFi but owners got it sorted as soon as they could, came to apartment with the engineers. Pool area really good, cafe in apartments good for drinks while at pool. Great views and right on beach.

The perfect apartment

After 2 years of not being able to travel if was wonderful to be back in El Campello. The apartment was large , clean and had everything we needed. The view from the apartment is one of the best you will get. If you want a holiday that feels like a holiday then this is for you. Good supermarkets, bars , restaurants and tram stops all within walking distance. We can’t wait to return.

Relaxing week by the sea

We had a lovely time at Monica and Gilles' apartment overlooking the beautiful beach at El Campello. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday including beach towels, sun loungers for the beach, great air conditioning for those hot nights and it's situated within easy walk of everything you need. They have taken great care to ensure their guests feel at home and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else - including families with children as the pool area is delightful with plenty of shaded areas, lifeguard and pool snack bar with very friendly staff. We are already missing our aperitifs on the balcony with the sound of the sea!!

**Pros:** - Good room layout - Furnishings generally in good condition - Immediate proximity to the beach (front row) - Large balcony on the sunrise side - Beautiful area with all the amenities for self-catering - Beach equipment available - Parking space in the underground garage - Access to the fitness room - Nice pool area with a section for toddlers and a lifeguard - Elevator **Cons:** - Very noisy (the apartment is on the first floor near the entrance) - Unusual pool closure time for non-Spaniards (3-5 PM) - Some outdated items (e.g., vacuum cleaner, expired salt and oil, broken toaster)

Lovely Apartment, great location

Wonderful sea view, clean & spacious apartment, plenty big enough for our grown up family of 4. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the main living room was very welcome in the hot weather. Great location, just 5 minutes walk to the many family friendly bars and restaurants, but far enough to have the quiet stay. The host left us some wine and nibbles which was a lovely thought. Great communication from the host throughout. It was very useful to have a private and secure parking space so close to the centre. Only slight niggle for us, the swimming pool shut from 3.30pm-5.30pm which is usually the time that we tend to return from our day's adventures, badly in need of a relaxing swim (nothing the host could do - complex's rules). Probably fine for most, but not ideal for us.

Stunning - an absolute gem

Had an amazing week in the apartment in October 2018. 2 adults and 2 teenage children. Taxi from Alicante airport is hassle-free and no more than 20 mins. We had everything we could need in the apartment which was really nicely decorated and presented, the local contact was extremely helpful. Location of the apartment is incredible, gorgeous views and the beach is just a stone's throw away. There is a Lidl only 5 mins walk away and a larger Consuma just a few mins further. In terms of restaurants there is a huge range of choice all the way along the promenade, a lovely mix of bars and restaurants should you want to sit out and have a drink or have a meal. We will definitely return here at some point - I have no doubt of this, absolutely great.

Superbe séjour

Appartement très agréable ,très propre ds une résidence tout confort : piscine avec maître nageur, terrain de basket avec vue sur mer . Grande terrasse , chambres climatisées , cuisine équipée , box pour la voiture bref tout pour passer un très bon séjour!

Quiet Christmas

The property is right on the beach and right at the end of the board walk so it was very quiet despite its proximity to the beach. Anya the housekeeper was great, very understanding and helpful. There was even a Christmas tree set up for is on arrival. The apartment was a great size and the kitchen was really well stocked with dishes and tools. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. Getting into Alicante was easy even with our small children the tram was a short walk away and 30-40minutes into the city, no need to switch trams. Overall an absolutely phenomenal experience.

Very practical, well equipped and nicely furnished apartment on the beach, close to shops, restaurantes and leisure activities. The owner and caretaker are helpful and friendly. We had a most pleasant stay.

Great apartment and views

This apartment has everything you need for a family holiday. The pool is lovely and big it’s a shame no floats or balls are allowed as it would make it more fun for children. It’s just a short walk to a good selection of bars and restaurants. In summary everything is on your doorstep to make a wonderful holiday. Would definitely come back.

5 Star location for a family holiday

Fantastic. two weeks in peak season, 35-40 deg and thanks that we had the air con in all rooms . The modern first floor apartment is superbly located at the end of the beach on front line with little or no passing traffic or people noise at night.. We were a family of 4 adults and two children. Everything you need was there. The best of the best was the lagoon style pool with lifeguard absolutely great for the kids and adults. There was plenty of space for everyone. There is a bar serving drinks and snacks at low prices . Well kept gardens and lawns with large grassed areas to sunbathe under thatched umbrellas. Magical morning/ evening sea views from the large balcony .. secure gated Community ... 5 mins walk from Lidl and other supermarkets, nearby bus to Alicante and other coastal towns every 30 mins. Loads of restaurants bars etc etc. 40 mins from airport. and Taxi charges around 30euros . Thankyou Monica and Anya.

Vue exceptionnelle, superbe appartement et terrasse

Vue exceptionnelle sur les palmiers et la mer. Terrasse spacieuse qui permet de prendre tous les repas, ainsi que d'utiliser les chaises longues. Appartement très agréable, très bien entretenu et organisé. Le wifi est très rapide (fibre). Climatisation efficace. Propriétaire très réactif. Belle piscine surveillée par un secouriste. Box fermé dans le parking en sous-sol. Conclusion : location exceptionnelle. Superbe séjour.

Skøn vel vedligeholdt bolig

Alt fungerede på bedste vis, der var alt i køkkengrej service som vi havde brug for, møblering meget tiltalende og stor anvendelig terrasse, rengøring i top. Vi vender meget gerne til tilbage på samme tid næste år. Mvh Lise og Knud Jeppesen

Phenomenal apartment

Exceptionally clean, perfect location and a fantastic place to stay. Very comfortable beds, kitchen with everything you will need to have a relaxed holiday. Location at the end of the boulevard away from noise but close to supermarket, restaurants and everyth8ng you need. Beach chairs, patio chairs, cool bags this apartment has it all. Super easy to get a taxi from the airport. We loved it and would definitely come back. Monica was great with communication and anja met us with the keys. Thank you all Richard

A lovely home from home for visiting family

This was the perfect apartment for us as we were visiting family in the area but also allowed us to feel ‘on holiday’ as it was so close to the sea with lovely views and a huge balcony. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean with everything one could need for a beach holiday, including beach chairs, sun parasol and towels. There was also a bottle of wine and nibbles waiting for us which was a lovely touch, and the kitchen was stocked with basics if you should need them which saves buying huge amounts at the nearby supermarkets. (There was even a shopping trolley to take to the supermarket five minutes walk away. Key exchange and access was easy and trouble free and Anja was very helpful. We will certainly be back as we have found our perfect base for our visits to family nearby.

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Schlüsselübergaben liefen einwandfrei. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super: Meer ist 80 Meter entfernt, schöner Strand und tolle Aussicht. Alicante ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Lägenheten uppfyllde helt våra förväntningar, rent o fint och väl utrustad. Blev väl emottagna. En underbar altan med soluppgång och utsikt över havet. Trädgården och området runt om var välskött, ett extra plus till vaktmästaren som var hjälpsam och trevlig. Nära till strand, affär och restauranger. Lätt att ta sig till Alicante och även norrut med TRAM tåget. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende. Fungerar även bra med småbarn, det finns lekrum och barnpool på området.

Lovely apartment and great location

This is the second time I spend 2 weeks in this lovely apartment, and it won't be the last! I have looked at different apartments in the area, but none can compare to this. Bright and spacious and VERY WELL equipped. The location is just perfect, close to everything, yet quiet at the end of the street. I am using a wheelchair and Monica, the owner, has been really helpful and has done way more than one can expect to make things easy and convenient for me. So has Anja, the caretaker. Already looking forward to my next vacation to el Campello.

Just what we needed in El Campello

Two grandparents, daughter, son in law & two grand children aged 9 & 5 years have just spent a two week holiday in this beautiful apartment 1334251a owned by Monica & Gilles Moinet. It fulfilled all our requirments & more. The position of the apartment at the quieter end of the promenade yet near to all facilities could not have been better. The apartment was well equipped with all you need for this type of holiday. The view from the balcony & the main bedroom was spectacular. The cafe at the poolside served great tapas with lovely friendly staff. The pool was great and it was nice to mix with some spanish families, but it was never crowded which was lovely. The cafe Amanacer just below the apartment where we eat breakfast and some other meals was spectacular, thankyou Sebastian and Kristen.There are many restaurants & cafes nearby and we especially loved Merfin. My grandson & his daddy loved the inflatables in the sea near the marina. We all loved the little beach bar almost opposite our apartment who served great cocktails. We used the tram and visited Alicante several times, which we knew was a beautifull Spanish City not to be missed.I would certainly recomend this apartment. My family said they would love to return in the future.

Beautiful Beach Front Apartment

Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment with stunning views over the beach. Very spacious including a large balcony area to sit and enjoy the wonderful views. This apartment is very well furnished and love the extra special touches to décor. Fully equipped modern kitchen with everything we needed including a large fridge freezer. We made full use of the laundry room including drying space. Beach towels and beach chairs, mats and parasols available to use which was good. Only a short walk to lots of lovely restaurants and bars with the Cafeteria Amanecer next door to the apartment. Large pool and well kept gardens. 2 supermarkets within walking distance had everything we needed. Thank you for renting your apartment out Monica - we hope to return again soon.

Lovely apartment in great location

Lovely, well equipped apartment right on the beach, with cafe below for essential ice cream at the end of the day. No need for a car as is just a 20 minute taxi ride from airport, and tram is nearby for trips to Alicante etc. Good play parks, cafes/restaurants, supermarkets all in easy walking distance. We were staying with 2 children ( age nearly 5, and 20 months). The apartment and location worked well for all of us - the owners provided travel cot with new bedding and high chair, and there is an indoor play area next to the pool which was great. One very small improvement would be the provision of some plastic bowls/plates/cups etc in kitchen for the children. English language TV channels were very limited.
