Grande et fabuleuse escapade

Nous offrons une maison de vacances exceptionnelle qui offre une vue imprenable, beaucoup de place et qui est dans un excellent emplacement? Ceci est une grande maison de 2500 pieds carrés avec 4 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bains. Il y a des espaces spacieux pour socialiser et la salle familiale du niveau inférieur est un endroit préféré pour faire des souvenirs. Conçu pour s'amuser avec un baby-foot, un système de jeu PlayStation 3 et une télévision à écran plat. Un bain à remous séduisant pour 8 personnes est un plus. Notre maison est à quelques minutes de la station de Gunstock Mountain et du célèbre lac Winnipesaukee pour des activités amusantes d'été et d'hiver!
Les caractéristiques de la maison comprennent des lits queen-size en mousse à mémoire, des téléviseurs avec Netflix et Hulu, WiFi, grill extérieur, serviettes, draps, cuisine entièrement équipée, foyer extérieur, etc.

Cute place. Mohammad was very helpful. It was just a quick stay for 3 couples after a concert at BankNH Pavilion. Would be nice for a family stay. So much to do in the area.

Mohammad was very quick to respond to every inquiry I had. He was friendly and wanted to be sure I was happy with my stay. Nice Home with nice large rooms, the supplies such as soap, paper towels, spices, dishwashing liquid, etc. were some of the BEST I have experienced in all of my VRBO's. It was perfect for a girls weekend!!

Nice location and very spacious

We enjoyed our stay at your home. We loved the open layout of the main floor and the spacious bedrooms. The multi levels decks and hot tub were great. The location was close to shopping, activities and the Bank of NH Pavilion.

Great time in the Lakes region of New Hampshire!

Mohammed and Linda were great hosts and their property was great, clean and comfortable. Kids loved the playroom on the ground floor and my wife and I loved the balcony that overlooks the foliage mountains. Great time.

Lovely place

This was a lovely, spacious, clean house. Had most of the amenities we needed. The only difficulty we had during our stay was getting to the hot tub. The landscaping was blocking the walkway. Everything else was great.

Labor Day Weekend and Concert

We stayed at the house for a concert and Labor Day weekend. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers. There was plenty of space and the communication with the owner was great. Super close to the beach and an amazing location for the concert.

Laconia bike week

Everything was as expected. Owners were exceptionally nice and accommodating. Location was perfect. Just far enough to be out of congestion and right back into it if you wanted. House was very clean and enjoyed the hot tub after a day of riding. Highly recommend.

The house was great for our family of 4 adults, 3 kids, and 3 dogs (the listing has a limit of one but I contacted the host and for a fee the other two pups were allowed). The house was as described and felt like staying at a relative’s home - cute and comfy. It was nice to have two living rooms to split up when needed. We held many family air hockey tournaments and while we brought a lot of our own games, there were great options at the house too. We were there to celebrate NYE and try out some snow sports at Gunstock for the first time. The quick drive to the resort was great and the location meant we also caught some fireworks over the lake from the deck. We reached out to the owner with some questions about the house and he was responsive. They also left out some snacks, water, and some pantry items which were much appreciated. The hot tub was a draw and was a nice evening activity for the adults. Future guests should know: The main bedroom had great views. Two others face the street and the fourth is in the basement. While there were some shower towels and we brought hot tub towels per instructions, we’d recommend bringing some wash clothes and dish towels - (maybe we missed them, we didn’t ask.)Overall a great stay for a comfy winter getaway for family and friends visiting Gunstock!

A great getaway for our extended family with teens.

Everyone loved their stay. Highlights were coffee on the deck with a great view, the hot tub and ping pong. Downstairs space was perfect for the teens. Dining table upstairs comfortably fit all 8 of us for meals and Scrabble games. Laundry on site was a huge plus along with the access to extra towels and pantry staples. AC units in the bedrooms was a very welcome surprise. Great location for visiting Gunstock and Weirs Beach. Very close to Riley Road Beach in Alton, an undiscovered gem of a "beach", perfect for a dip in a hot afternoon. Bring an inner tube and enjoy a relaxing float away from the hustle of more crowded beaches.

Girl’s weekend

Host was very responsive to our messages. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub so that was disappointing. There was a lot of bugs (flies, mosquitoes and gnats) inside the house so bring bug spray. But that may be our fault by opening and closing the doors. Cleanliness was ok, could’ve been better. Found dust/hair from the last guests in the master bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Easy and responsive communication with hosts. Tiny 4th bedroom with trundle bed is on basement level & would not be suitable for young children or older adults. 2 full baths on top floor but one is in primary bedroom. Utilitarian toilet & sink in laundry room on main floor. Towels, kitchen cookware, and general updating could be done to home. Comfortable kitchen and living area for a group. Lots of deck levels and stairs (slippery) to hot tub and fire pit area. Plenty of parking. Location may be more convenient for skiers than to summer lake goers.

Great ski location

This house had it all for a successful ski trip. Location, game room, hot tub, and size. We travel with 3 teenagers so I'm always trying to find a place that can keep them entertained and we don't feel like we're crowded. The basement was big and great with the Foosball and air hockey tables. Tons of fun board games that we could play too. Fun place to hang as a family. The living room on the first floor was spacious and we could all sit around and watch TV. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The 2nd floor had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was perfect. The master bed was very comfy. The house was about 5-7 mins from Gunstock so we were able to head back to the house the take a break and eat some lunch and head back out. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. And the view was beautiful!The host was very pleasant and responsive to questions. Would definitely book again.

Great winter house 5 min from Gunstock

This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy a low key ski weekend. The house is 5 min away from Gunstock which made everything just so easy and less stressful when corralling young kids to get ready for lessons. It’s very clean and well stocked, everything is in great shape, but not SO pristine that I was worried about the kids making a mess of things. (If I was staying here without kids it was completely nice and well taken care of, no complaints but just noting it was great for a family in that regard.) Lots of games and TV and the views from the deck and hot tub were beautiful! The only thing that we didn’t realize that I would note for others with younger kids is that the bedroom with the trundle bed is in the basement (rest of the rooms are on the second floor) but there were two twin mattresses in the closet of the master bedroom so we were able to easily adjust our plan and enjoy our stay comfortably. Tons of extra pillows, etc. We loved it and are excited to come back!

Friends weekend away!

We enjoyed this property as it had everything we were looking for, within 15 minutes of where we were going over the weekend and had plenty of parking spots for all of my friends and me to park.
