A really excellent apartment in a great location. Communication with the owner and the local housekeeper was clear and helpful. We were greeted by the housekeeper and shown around the apartment which is spotless and well furnished, a modern apartment in a recently renovated Palazzo. We were fortunate to have chosen this apartment, it enhanced our stay in Venice.
Not only was the apartment outstanding but the communication from the owner, Peter, was marvelous. The location is very good. The contact person, Paola, was very helpful. When we return to Venice again, we'll hope this this wonderful apartment is available.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Venice and staying at this apartment. We received excellent communication from Peter, the host, and Paola, who greeted us.
The apartment itself is very well equipped and finished to a high standard. The location is fantastic being canalside and close to all the things you want to see and do, but not noisy or built up.
We took Peter's advice and went to Amo for dinner, which was excellent. We would also recommend drinks (or a meal) at the St Regis which has a lovely terrace at the entrance to the Grand Canal.
Overall, highly recommend this place to stay!
We had a wonderful time at the apartment in Venice. The location is ideal, quiet but close to many attractions and public water transportation. The apartment is very quiet, we didn't hear any noise from the tourists day or night. The view of the palazzo, the entrance, the unique art decoration and the local scene on the water and the cozy streets are amazing. We could see the ownerâs artistic touch everywhere. He also gave us great tips for exhibitions, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. Paola, who welcomed us and gave us the keys, was very friendly and helpful. She answered our questions fluently in English.
Wonderful apartment, fantastic location, very quiet and clean. We loved Peterâs recommendations for local wine bars and restaurants. This place is a keeper!
My husband and I celebrated our 52nd anniversary by traveling to Venice and staying at this lovely apartment for two weeks. It was a very quiet place to relax after long days spent sightseeing.
The building itself is like traveling back in time, but the modern conveniences made for a comfortable stay. The elevator to our door was very much appreciated at the end of each outing.
We came to Venice, in part, for the biennale and it was a wonderful surprise to see several art pieces from previous biennale years displayed by the artist in the apartment. It was a very special experience.
From the time our water taxi dropped us off near the front door, to the day we were picked up to travel home, we had an amazing stay at this palazzo.

It was our first visit to Venice and the location of the apartment couldn't have been any better. You can visit most hot spots on foot but the Vaporetto is also close by so you can visit any part of the city. The apartment has all comfort you need and is brand new and clean. You can shop behind the corner at Coop and enjoy your quiet breakfast in your private place, with a view on a real life art work filming the people on the street. (One of my best memories of the trip.) There are many delicious restaurants, cosy cocktail bars and the most delicious ice cream parlour in the neighborhood. And the owners are very charming. I warmly recommend this apartment.
My husband and and I stayed for10 days in Venice in this ultra modern apartment in a restored palace in the best location in Cannaregio. The location is fabulous. Close to everything, yet away from the crowds of tourists. We walked everywhere in Venice, but so enjoyed being able to return home to a tranquil setting. The kitchen is very well equipped with modern appliances. An excellent supermarket is just around the corner. The bed is very comfortable with high quality pillows and linens. There is a good wifi signal which allowed for streaming movies. We appreciated the artistic touches very much. There was obviously a lot of thought put into this thoughtful renovation of a historic building. The owners and managers were very responsive to our questions and the place was spotlessly clean. Thank you Paola and Karolien for an unforgettable stay.

Wonderful apartment, beautiful location
We very much enjoyed staying in the wonderful apartment located in the lovely Cannaregio area in a splendid palazzo. Quiet area, with very good restaurants in the neighbourhood, just ask the owner for âthe hidden placesâ⊠Also very close to the beautiful Jewish ghetto area, worth visiting.
The apartment is luxurious and very refined decorated, with a large and quiet bedroom, a modern equipped kitchen full of Alessi kitchenware. The location breathes the artistic eclectic taste of the owners.
We immensely enjoyed our stay and do recommend staying here if you are visiting Venice. Amazing place.

Gorgeous apartment, nice location.
The apartment is huge and very nicely decorated with lots of design elements; it is also equipped with everything you could ever wish for. We were visiting Venice as a family trip, so the host was kind enough to let the 4 of us stay here by charging a small fee for the extra guests.
You can tell that the whole building was just recently renovated. It has a lift as well, which I assume is not very common in Venice. The apartment is tucked away from all the noise but one bridge away from everything tourist-related. But if you get bored of that there are also a lot of nice restaurants/bars that are full of locals pretty close to the apartment.
Even though the host was extremely accommodating and the apartment was gorgeous, we did have a couple of hiccups. One was the check-in, the host's assistant told me to meet her at the wrong address, which meant having to drag my extra heavy luggage over a bridge and then back again over that same bridge in the Venetian heat. The other problem we had was that the bathroom was not properly cleaned by the time we got to the apartment even though we arrived later than what was planned. I was also told by the host's assistant that the plates inside the washing machine were clean even though they were not, which proved to be an inconvenience when we wanted to use them.
I assume that these inconveniences were out of bad luck since everything else was perfectly fine and the apartment seemed to be in perfect condition.

Perfect place to stay in Venice
I honestly canât fault this place. Stayed here with my partner in July and had a great experience. Location wise is perfect, a short walk to the train station, local supermarket a couple of minutes away and right near all the main sights of Venice. The apartment is down a lovely quiet street so there is no noise from all the busy areas.
Apartment has everything you need, clean and is very well decorated. Felt like home. Hosts are really helpful and welcoming. Great communication throughout.
I would deffinately recommend staying here if you are visiting Venice. Amazing place. Canât wait to come back one day!

Ultra-modern apartment in a beautiful Palazzo
We have stayed in the apartment for one week on a working visit to Venice during the Biennale. The Palazzo is located in one of the nicest least touristy areas of Venice, with many bars and restaurants along canals open until late. You feel like a local there. Our hosts have recommended us some excellent family restaurants which use ingredients from this region's produces. Inside, the apartment is ultra-modern and totally new. It has a modern air conditioning system that was a bit too complicated for us to understand at first, but we managed. The bedroom has a nice view on a green and quiet backyard. As Venice is small, the apartment is a walking distance away from all major attractions, walking distance to the train station and to the vaporetto stop Madonna DellâOrto. We enjoyed our stay immensely!
The apartment we stayed in, suited our needs perfectly. Situated next to a quiet canal, the building itself has been renovated recently and exudes subtle luxuriousness. The bedroom was quiet, and living quarters offered everything to make oneâs stay comfortable. It is a 15 minute walk from the Rialto bridge, but believe me, that is a good thing. One still feels close enough to where the action is, but wonât suffer from the droves of tourists on their way to San-Marco Square."

Oasis of calm in the heart of Venice
The place is an oasis of calm in a nicely renovated palace in the heart of Venice (Canaregio quarter). Close to the main attractions (Ca d'Oro, Ca Pesaro, Rialto, San Marco) and the Grand Canal bringing you anywhere you want. We recommend this topnotch apartment to anyone seeking comfort, the Venician splendour of a palace, a soft touch of art and the proximity of all the lot Venice is offering to the world: loads of beauty, lovely food and the soft sound of boats driving along the canals.

Lovely apartment nearby Rialto and San Marco
Lovely apartment in a verry nice part of Venice.
Close to the supermarket, nice coffee bars and nice restaurants like "Trattoria Le Campane".
This brand new apartment as all what it takes: nice kitchen with dishwasser, big bathroom with rainshower and washing machine, very nice bedroom with big wardrobe...
I was there wit my 2 sons (13 &15 years) and we did enjoy it very much.
Don't forget to visit: San Marco, Rialto bridge ( cross the brige to go to the fresh market in the morning) and walk futher until you come to the San Giacomo Church.
I warmly recommend this appartment and hope to go there agian next year.

I live with my family in Ghent-Belgium. On the spot Paola takes care of the apartment and the guests.
"The restoration of historic buildings in Venice is strongly regulated and major projects must be carried out in such a way as to ensure compliance with the requirements of local authorities and the conservation, as far as possible, of the historical fabric. Furthermore, it is essential that the final residential units are structurally sound, energy efficient and compatible with the needs of modern life.
A large amount of analysis was carried out to decide the methods to be used in the restoration of Palazzo Vendramin, in order to ensure that all these fundamental issues are taken care of. The resulting apartments are a fine example of how an old building can be adapted in the best possible way, both to cover its new role and to protect its heritage.
The main principle was to ensure that the restoration was performed with minimal intervention and maximum delicacy. Repairs and selective replacements have been on the agenda, combined with the best modern technology and construction methods are able to provide. The structure of the building has been increased with the use of non-invasive reinforcements, while the original foundations have been reinforced and consolidated. A protection against exceptional high tides or 'exceptional high water' has also been installed." Alberto Torsello Architect
