L'appartement se compose d'une cuisine avec un grand salon, où vous trouverez un canapé-lit très confortable pour deux personnes, une chambre et des dressings tous rigoureusement de style moderne avec des couleurs chaudes typiques du bois 'Tek'. La salle de bain lumineuse et accueillante, recouverte d'une mosaïque vous offre une douche confortable. La petite cour privée a fleuri pendant les mois les plus chauds. L'appartement offre de nombreux conforts tels que TV satellite, connexion wi-fi avec clé Internet (nous ne fournissons pas de PC), climatisation, système de chauffage, lave-linge, sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, sèche-cheveux.

Le Sestiere de Cannaregio dans lequel se trouve l'appartement, et plus précisément la `` Calle delle Muneghe '' offre de nombreuses attractions pour les touristes qui souhaitent séjourner dans une zone desservie par les marchés vénitiens, les boutiques typiques et les restaurants qui proposent une excellente cuisine. La voie la plus connue pour rejoindre le Rialto et San Marco s'appelle «Strada Nuova», à quelques minutes de l'appartement, le long du «Rio della Sensa». L'arrêt du vaporetto plus pratique est Sant 'Alvise à seulement quelques minutes à pied de l'appartement.

This apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. A quiet neighborhood with a short walk to attractions. There were amazing restaurants here! The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place.

A new stay in Venice!

Our hostess was easy to communicate with and also a nice person to connect with. We plan to stay with her again soon.The apartment was lovely, clean and easy to live in. The apartment had everything we needed. We stayed for 8 nights and it felt like home.We love this area...it is very lively, but the apartment is in a quiet area. We really enjoyed our time here! Perfect stay in Venice

Super clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area of Cannareggio. Walk 1-2 blocks and you are in a great area with great coffee, bars, and all kinds of food from great easy pizza to high end dining. You can walk to St. Marc’s in 25 minutes, but honestly Cannareggio was our happy place.

The apartment is in a beautiful quiet part of town. It had everything we needed and more. Close to amazing restaurants without the crowds. The owner Daniela met us at the ferry. She was so helpful with travel tips around Venice.

Nice VRBO In Venice!

Off the beaten path, which considering the current visitation status of Venice , is a plus. Very nice spot in a bedroom community of Venice. Some construction/rebuild nearby but still very quiet. Great apartment, nice decor and amenities. Daniela was great!

Perfect Chill Spot in Venice

At first I thought it would be too far away, but the location was PERFECT. Easy walking to main areas, but always quiet in this neighborhood. Beautifully-done interior with everything you need (even a private courtyard!). 10/10 recommend. Great for families too.

Great apartment. It was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need: hair dryer, adapters, extension cord, tea, etc. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Appreciated the location, which was quiet and not touristy.

Apartment was in a great location just off the busy streets of Venice. Clean and spacious for my family of four. We were met at the boat taxi by Pedro who helped us get the lay out of the land. Great host and great communication.

very clean and quiet

Not far from tourist areas but far enough away to be able to get good sleep without noise. You feel like the real Venetians live here. Everyone was helpful, the owners and neighbors. Apartment was very clean and all the amenities are there. They even had coffee in the pantry, thank you! Overall a great place to stay, we would stay here again!

Short but sweet visit to Venezia

Daniela was an amazing host. The communication was clear and detailed. The luxury loft apartment was just that. The bed was comfortable, it seemed to have been renovated recently as all appliances seemed brand new. We took the water bus to get to the loft but we could have walked to it in 15 minutes as our luggage was light. Nice quiet location with lots of restaurants nearby. 15 miute walk to Rialto Bridge. We'd definitely stay again.

Perfect

This was the perfect place for myself and my adult daughter. The beds (Daniela had arranged for the sofa bed to be made and was ready when we arrived) were comfortable and everything was clean. Daniela gave excellent instructions on checking in and out and provided us with several local recommendations for dining and getting around. Dishes were ample and tea, coffee, salt, etc... were on hand. We loved the location. Close enough for a quick walk to the city center, but in a neighborhood that was less crowded and noisy. The grocery store was a few minutes walk away and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. The ferry was also an easy walk. If I ever make it to Venice again would love to stay in this exact spot!

Cool reprieve from the hustle and bustle

We stayed 2 nights. Daniela was communicative and nice to give a few extras. Some sweets for the girls and waters in the fridge. I loved how the available sofa bed was already fully done with linens, ready for use, since they knew 4 ppl were staying. The place is located in the quieter part of Venice, close to convenient city water taxi and water bus to the airport! I recommend getting up at sunrise to walk to St. Marks square, we were the only ones up in the neighborhood so it was nice to think we had Venice to ourselves for a moment of time.

Great Vacation

We had a great time, I never got to meet Daniela but we met her husband Pietro, The apartment was nice but were shocked that we didn't get to stay in the apartment we agreed on! But we still had a wonderful time. The apartment still needs some adjustments, there was not enough counter space to move in the kitchen even that the size was good. The bathroom was a bit small but we were able to handle, The location ended up been great even in such busy area close to the Rialto Bridge was still nice and quiet. Will come back again.

Updated apartment in great location

This apartment has been recently updated and has a modern feel. It has an open design that you don't see often in Italy. There is only one bedroom, not two as listed. The bedroom does not have a door and the second bed is a pull out couch in the living room. The location of this apartment is one of its best features. It is near a water bus station and is in an area that seems to be where many locals live. It is a short walk away from the tourist areas but feels off the beaten path and a bit quieter but still with many restaurants and shops close by. We only wish we had more time to spend here in Venice.

Perfect Base to Explore Venice

We can't rate this property highly enough. Tucked away in a quiet area of Venice, but not too far from the Grand Canal and transport links to the whole city. Our stay was perfect. We arrived at the airport and were met from the water taxi and shown to the property, just a 5 minute walk from the first water taxi stop. As soon as we entered we were delighted with the ice cool air conditioning, and the delightful decor of the apartment. The space within the kitchen/living room is excellent and we used the fold down bed for our children which was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The main bedroom is beautifully decorated with exposed beams. There is ample storage and the bedroom leads into a high quality bathroom with an excellent shower. Our days out in Venice were memorable, and so was our stay in this beautiful apartment. If you are planning a visit to Venice and would like your own quiet space to return to, then look no further!

Great location, very clean, tidy and modern apartment

Great apartment on the northern side of Venice - about 25 to 30 minutes walk from St Mark's square. Daniela's friend met us and after showing us the apartment walked with us to show us the nearest shops to buy some groceries. Apartment is very clean, tidy and modern and perfect for us (two couples). There's no door between the bedroom and the living room (where the sofa bed is), just a short corridor. But it certainly shouldn't be an issue for most people. The listing mentions a hot tub but there didn't appear to be one, but perhaps this is an error or it's nearby - wasn't an issue for us. I would thoroughly recommend this place for a stay in Venice if you want to be away from all the tourist crowds, but close enough to enjoy everything.

a true gem in the heart of Venice

We can not say enough positives about this little apartment in Venice. 1. Daniella, our host was amazing, met us at the vaporrato stop and got us situated, Daniella was easy to reach and checked in on us throughout our stay. 2. The apartment was perfect for 2, super clean, comfortable bed, laundry with a great dryer, and very nice bathroom. safe safe neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores (there are 2 in a 5min walk) and the train/ bus/ vaporatto. 3. There is nothing like Venice after dark, quiet, and romantic. 4. easy access to all that Venice is famous for, evening walks to San Marco were delightful. We felt like we were part of the local culture after 9 days and loved every minute of our vacation. Grazie mille Daniella for making our 30th anniversary perfect :)

Une location parfaite

Appartement très bien situé au calme. A proximité des points touristiques et très pratique pour la visite des iles. Supermarché et boulangerie à proximité . Très bon resto (40 Ladroni) juste à côté. Situé dans un quartier très agréable aussi bien en journée qu'en soirée pour boire un verre. Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Très agréable à vivre et très bien équipé. Daniela est juste parfaite !!! Merci à elle pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Très bon séjour. Loft très bien équipé, très propre, et parfaitement placé pour visiter Venise. Daniela nous a accueilli à la descente du bateau pour nous guider jusqu'à l'appartement. De très bons conseils pour notre séjour. A choisir sans hésiter.

Merveilleux séjour à Venise

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement de Daniela ( avec l’air conditionné) et son environnement. C’est un quartier authentique et très sympathique tout près du Ghetto juif. Nous pouvions aller à pied très facilement jusqu’à la place St Marc et autres sites touristiques. Nous pouvions rejoindre facilement une station pour prendre le vaporetto (5 mn). Lors d’un prochain séjour nous aurons beaucoup de plaisir à revenir chez Daniela. Catherine Marc Domitille et Sixtine

TIP pour VENISE

Appartement de type contemporain rénové récemment avec goût. Belle surface. Type chambre chez l'habitant (mais indépendante) super équipée pouvant accueillir 2 couples. Situation calme, à l'écart et en même temps proche du centre. Commodités proche : boulanger pâtisserie à 250 m , le temps de couler le café / de nombreux restaurants à proximité. ....et de qualité (bon il faut prévoir un petit budget ....si vous êtes adepte de la cuisine italienne de qualité.....mais que du bonheur!) Daniela est très à l'écoute et n'a qu'une volonté : que ses clients passent un merveilleux séjour !! Quel sens de l'hospitalité ! Daniela parle super bien français. Pietro parle anglais.

I am the mother of two wonderful childrens, Gemma Maria of 5 years and Francesco of 3 and a half years, they are the joy of my life and together with my husband Pietro we live everyday life with love and enthusiasm.
When we can, we love to travel although long journeys have been neglected given the tender age of our kids. In recent years our favorite destinations are the Ligurian sea, as I was born in Genoa and I still have all my loved ones there, the Adriatic coast, the Cavallino in particular, half an hour by boat from Venice and the mountain, the Trentino above all.
I love dedicating myself with care and dedication to my 'tourist rental' business, always trying to assist my guests at the best before and during their stay because, having traveled a lot especially abroad before becoming a mother, I know how important it is to assist guests who are abroad and do not know the habits and customs of the place where they are ... in the work I do every day, the satisfaction of my guests is surely my first goal ..

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

In 2008 I was a single girl and I was looking for a very comfortable accomodation for myself...I fall in love with perla Grigia at the very first visit and decided that 'Pearl' had to become my future home. I bought it and lived there for a while but then I met my husband and together we have decided to move in a cottage in the countryside so I started to rent it with a great pleasure ..I wanted so much that someone else could enjoy it since so comfortable and cozy....my wish came through considering that now all my guests are so happy and satisfied about it and this is a big satisfaction for me since I have looked after it with so much love and care and to realize day by day that everyone is content of the stay in there...this makes my heart full of joy!
