Soak up the sea air on the deck of this beach house, located directly across the street of the beautiful shores of Hampton Beach. Recently renovated in much of the house, this update floorplan has everything you need. from the outside beach shower so you don't bring the beach with you, to the updated kitchen with large island for easy food prep, to the mother-in-law suite with full bath, wet bar, and mini-fridge, to the gorgeous deck off the master bedroom, for your vaca! ***SORRY NO PETS*** ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE APRIL- OCT. Could not have been better

Everything about this stay was perfect. The house is immaculate and fully stocked. Location is ideal for beach walks and watching the sunrise. Owner was accessible at all time. I wouldn’t change on thing.

Family Beach Vacation

Excellent location with plenty of room for our family of five. Direct beach access, off street parking, central air, front porch, and an awesome balcony upstairs to check out the fireworks! Memories for a lifetime.

Great home and location

We had a great stay in this lovely house for our family! Great location and walking distance to many great restaurants. The beach right in front of the house was our favorite corner of the beach with all the cool rocks. Fun for all!

Beautiful beach house

Perfect location. Walk across the street to the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Great upstairs deck with a gas firepit. We spent many nights watching the moon come up and making smores. We would definitly stay here again!

Great location!! Beautiful Sunrises

The property was amazing! Had all you would need in a home. We loved the deck upstairs, the best place to see the Sun rise and have a cup of coffee or a Sunset with a glass of wine! Lots of comfy places in the house with two gas fireplaces. My family was very happy with the house literally across the street from the beach! We would definitely want to come back in the summer!

Larissa was great to work with in setting up the reservation. The house was well decorated, clean and very comfortable. The Master bedroom on the second floor was very spacious and had a very comfortable bed as did the other bedrooms as well. The house also gave us great views of the ocean. I highly recommend this house for your vacant.

This was our second stay at Larissa's Hampton Beach property. We are planning another visit in 2024. Her home is decorated perfectly. Warm and welcoming. The communication was flawless. Larissa always had the answers to any questions I asked. Absolutely perfect location - particularly with a toddler. We enjoyed every moment of every day!!

Perfect Hampton Beach Location

The house is in a perfect location, just a little north of the main beach. Still a quick walk to get to the Casino Ballroom, shops, restaurants etc. There is a convenience store a block away if you forgot something. You are close to a Zebra crosswalk for safe street crossing to access the beach. The deck on the second floor was awesome with its table top fire pit. The grill was massive. A truly wonderful rental house.

Hi! My husband and I have 4 beautiful children, and we love to travel! I was raised in South Dakota, my husband was born in Miami, and after living in Florida for the last 5 years, we are excited for a change in pace to travel up to the Northeast with our children. We want to have them experience snow, being near the ocean and lakes, and hiking in the mountains.

As we have used vacation rental providers all over the United States for our travels, we are so excited to be a host of multiple properties! We love our home in Hampton Beach, with the amazing views, the updated inside, setting the setting near all the shopping and restaurants you could want! Let's not forget the nightly fireworks display over the ocean that the local tend to put on, and the city puts on every Wednesday night during peak travel dates.

There is a gas fireplace for those cool nights, two sitting areas that overlook the beach (one off the master bedroom, and one on the first floor newest room). If you can't handle the stairs to the upper floors, in the main floor bedroom there is an attached, full bathroom, and wet bar with mini fridge.
