Soak up the sea air on the deck of this beach house, located directly across the street of the beautiful shores of Hampton Beach. Recently renovated in much of the house, this update floorplan has everything you need. from the outside beach shower so you don't bring the beach with you, to the updated kitchen with large island for easy food prep, to the mother-in-law suite with full bath, wet bar, and mini-fridge, to the gorgeous deck off the master bedroom, for your vaca! ***SORRY NO PETS*** ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE APRIL- OCT. Free beach lot access Nov. - March.

We had a wonderful time mostly because the house was big enough for 6 adults and 2 children. Also it had everything we needed (soap shampoo conditioner washer/dryer with detergent, etc) which made us very comfortable, along with the deck which overlooks the beach/ocean. We couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you !!!!

Great home and location

We had a great stay in this lovely house for our family! Great location and walking distance to many great restaurants. The beach right in front of the house was our favorite corner of the beach with all the cool rocks. Fun for all!

This was our second stay at this beach house as our home was being renovated. Larissa and Steve were great host. The house is very clean and great location directly across from the beach.

Beautiful beach house

Perfect location. Walk across the street to the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Great upstairs deck with a gas firepit. We spent many nights watching the moon come up and making smores. We would definitly stay here again!

Property is well situated and well equipped. Property owner was easy to communicate with. This cottage was suitable for our weekend needs and we created some great memories despite hurricane Lee’s attempts to spoil our plans.

Home away from home…

An absolute gem of a home! Our family has been waiting 2 years for this vacation to finally happen (thank you pandemic!). It was worth every second of the wait. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious that Larissa and Steven wanted to create a space that would feel like a home away from home. We wanted for nothing. Some highlights: literally steps to the beach, watching the fireworks from the top balcony, just the perfect distance to the shops (without all the noise). By far the best accommodations we have experienced while visiting Hampton Beach (our family has been coming for many years now). Many thanks for a comfortable, relaxing and well equipped stay. We will look forward to hopefully planning another vacation in this beautiful home!

Wonderful beach house

The location of the house is perfect. Well located in front of the beach. Shops and restaurants nearby. The house is welcoming and clean, well decorated and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and Larissa always answered all our questions quickly. We recommend Larissa's house.

The home was very clean and had some nice updates. Nice view of the water from the deck. The property is in a very convenient location for walking to shops, restaurants and beach. I would recommend this home to friends and family.

Cute cottage

This cottage is decorated so cute. We stayed when it was raining every day and it wasn't quite in season yet for businesses to be open. We still had a nice time. Larissa was very responsive with any questions I may have had. I decided to let my daughter have the suite upstairs and we took the downstairs bedroom. Very nicely decorated. The bed downstairs is an extremely firm/hard bed for those who like them. The master bedroom feels like a memory phone bed and is comfortable to me.The kitchen is beautiful even though we didn't cook I still enjoyed it. Thank you

Could not have been better

Everything about this stay was perfect. The house is immaculate and fully stocked. Location is ideal for beach walks and watching the sunrise. Owner was accessible at all time. I wouldn’t change on thing.

Amazing beach getaway

Location was perfect, steps from the beach, watched fireworks from the upstairs balcony, short walk to shopping and restaurant's. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bedding and towels, even shampoo and soaps in showers! Made for easy packing! Will definitely plan to book again!

Hi! My husband and I have 4 beautiful children, and we love to travel! I was raised in South Dakota, my husband was born in Miami, and after living in Florida for the last 5 years, we are excited for a change in pace to travel up to the Northeast with our children. We want to have them experience snow, being near the ocean and lakes, and hiking in the mountains.

As we have used vacation rental providers all over the United States for our travels, we are so excited to be a host of multiple properties! We love our home in Hampton Beach, with the amazing views, the updated inside, setting the setting near all the shopping and restaurants you could want! Let's not forget the nightly fireworks display over the ocean that the local tend to put on, and the city puts on every Wednesday night during peak travel dates.
