Les vues sont absolument magnifiques dans ce condo en bord de mer à A Place at the Beach! Cet endroit est au dernier étage (3ème étage) et est FRONT OCEAN DIRECT avec l'une des meilleures vues sur la plage! L'unité a été entièrement rénovée avec des comptoirs en granit partout (cuisine et salles de bain), des planchers, des appareils en acier inoxydable, de nouveaux meubles et des lits en 2019!

Vous pourrez vous asseoir et regarder les vagues monter et descendre la plage depuis votre propre balcon privé et les vues sont incroyables! Vous êtes idéalement situé juste à côté de la promenade privée qui vous emmène directement à la plage!

Le complexe dispose d'une immense piscine extérieure avec un toboggan de 150 pieds qui est un succès absolu avec les enfants. Vous trouverez également une piscine intérieure avec bain à remous ainsi qu'un autre bain à remous extérieur. Il y a aussi 2 courts de tennis sur place, des terrains de basket-ball, du putt-putt et une aire de jeux extérieure amusante avec une immense pelouse pour vos activités de plein air que les enfants adoreront.

Il y a à la fois des barbecues à gaz à l'extérieur et des barbecues au charbon sur place pour votre commodité pour cuisiner de délicieux repas!

A Place at the Beach III est une propriété en bord de mer et dispose d'un accès à la plage privée / promenade. Le complexe est le plus amusant de la plage!

Situé à 1/4 mile de Fort Macon. Pratique pour Morehead City (5 minutes), Beaufort (10 minutes), l'aquarium NC (15 minutes), Shackleford Banks et Cape Lookout. L'Oceanna Fishing Pier et le restaurant Amos Mosquitos sont à quelques minutes. Il y a beaucoup de choses à explorer dans la région, bien que vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances en famille amusantes sur la propriété et que vous ne voudrez probablement jamais partir.

Cette unité est au 3ème étage. Il y a un ascenseur et des chariots pour aider au chargement et au déchargement des bagages. Il y a laveuse et sécheuse à l'intérieur de l'unité. Les draps sont inclus.

Jusqu'à 2 cartes de stationnement et 6 personnes autorisées. Pas d'animaux de compagnie.

Spring Break Getaway

Beautiful oceanfront view and had everything we needed for our stay. Easy access to beach. We checked out pickleball equipment and enjoyed a quick 9 holes of mini golf on the property.

Not as great as it could have been

We do a lot of VRBO properties and it doesn’t take much to make us happy. A pack of plastic hangers instead of broken wire ones only cost a dollar at Walmart. A non moldy shower curtain is cheep and should be replaced often. Hand soap for bathrooms and more than 1 roll of toilet paper would be convenient when you just arrive and can’t get to a store immediately. I would have paid 10 more for decent bath towels too! Those were terrible. And I can’t imagine 2 new lightbulbs in the master bedroom would be a big deal to replace. As another renter stated- the screen doors are rusted open and the front door is hard to latch. I would agree. I took pictures of the dangerous broken chair and lamp - just decorative part broken-to ensure we didn’t get charged for those. The view was nice, I will say that. And that beach is wonderful. But I didn’t look forward to coming back inside at the end of the day to the disgusting shower and tv that you can only see in one of the chairs. We love Atlantic Beach and have been coming here for 20 years, but we will not be staying in this condo again.oh! And I almost forgot to mention- only one source of water can be used at the same time! Whatever you do, don’t try to wash dishes while someone is in the shower…brrr.

2nd time at this condo

While the price was acceptable, the property can use a little TLC. kitchen faucet about to fall off No lite under microwave Screen door not usable Ceiling fan pulls are missing An extra TV in MBR would be awesome Dimmer on bar light Entry door needs a new lockset Very simple fixes, and funny thing is most them are the same from first visit, with no upgrades. LOVE this condo and the amenities of APB.... just needs a little attention to detail.

Fun family beach week!!

This is the 2nd year we have used this unit and the one below, same owners. We always have spacious accommodations for the whole family. The owners are friendly and quick to respond to texts. The property is perfect for families!

The filter on the AC unit was so dirty. No way it had been changed in a while. The temp would not get below 75. Called for service. Finally had the Unit recharged. Very little pots or pans ,we did voice our concern and they brought a new set. Couldnt use the slide door coming out from the bedroom. We had very little internet or WIFI. Not that we were in the room a lot.

April 2024 stay at Atlantic Beach

There are so many positives about this property! The view is fantastic, you can see the dolphins in the water from the balcony. The location is excellent, just a short walk down the stairwell to the beach access boardwalk (also an elevator down the hallway if needed). The unit is well maintained and lovely with a nice kitchen and ample living area to spread out and contains a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The pool is gorgeous and equipped with a water slide which is great fun for children and adults alike! There are also grills and tables for public use outdoors as well as an indoor pool. Everything was as expected, and we would most definitely stay here again.

Our family Experience

Location and view are priceless but it wasn’t welcoming or well stocked, smells like mold when you walk in the door. ONE KITCHEN TOWEL NOT ENOUGH BATH TOWELS, NO EXTRA TOILET PAPER or paper towels no extra trash bags Pillows were flat No extra blankets Master bath has serious mold issues feels like you’re about to fall through the floor in the tub shower leaks out the opposite end somehow, handles are mixed up original 1980’s are not on the correct valves Both tub showerheads are about to fall off All knives are dull and pans are horribly scratched on most pans Washer and dryer don’t work well Microwave under counter light doesn’t work

Off season weekend trip

Owner is excellent communicator. Home was immaculate. Highly recommend, would love to return one day. The beach was beautiful with crystal clear emerald water, we found so many good shells. So close to Beaufort and we took the ferry to Shackleford Banks and Cape Lookout.

A Place at the Beach III is definitely a fun family resort. The condo had a great view, was extremely clean and the location is perfect. The condo was supplied with plenty of bedding/linens/towels/cooking utensils, pots and pans. Everything to make a home away from home was included. We look forward to making more family memories in the coming years.

Home away from home

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed in the area multiple times but have never experienced so many amenities on one property like this one has! The unit itself was beautifully updated and extra care was made to include as many conveniences as you would have in your own home. I'm so used to overpacking to ensure our needs are met so it was refreshing to have everything needed already there! They really did think of everything and Aaron and Stephanie themselves were beyond accommodating and kind. I read the comments about the washer/dryer being difficult to access so I was mentally prepared but I'm so used to staying at places that require you to walk a distance from the unit then pay to wash your clothes that this came as a luxury. I'm a big girl and got in there just fine. I do think a lot of comments also forget how difficult it is to maintain beach properties. And the buildings themselves are older so that comes with older plumbing. Water pressure will always be an issue for buildings like this but we have stayed in places with far less pressure than here. Ultimately, the only critique we have is just a personal preference of having the bathrooms bath/shower combos updated. However, we take no issue with the existing ones. While dated, they were efficient nonetheless. We will be returning customers and couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during our vacation♡ Don't skip out on this unit!

Lovely beachfront condo

We just got home from our stay here and miss it already! The condo was smaller than ones we have rented in the past but it was laid out to most efficiently use all available space without feeling cramped, and the decor was so cute! I have a bad back and was thrilled that the primary bed was SO comfy and my back didn’t hurt once all week. 🙌 The condo was clean, cozy, so cute, and well stocked. The owners did a great job with the remodel! The view was gorgeous!!!! My only minor complaint would be the washer was difficult to get things in/out of with the lid opening sideways (rather than front-back) and there was mold on the primary bedroom inner shower curtain, which is an easy fix. Overall we totally loved the place!!!

The resort and amenities are amazing and plentiful. You have everything here that you need for a fun family vacation without ever having to leave the property. However, there is plenty to do and history in the area should you decide to venture out.

This condo is Direct Oceanfront with one of the best views on the beach in an amazing area of North Carolina. Our unit is also directly ocean front and the view of the ocean is incredible.
