Shore Beats Work! Direct Oceanfront Atlantic Beach Paradise
From the front door of our condo, you are steps away from putting your toes on the beach! Our beautiful, recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo offers modern beach touches and the comforts of home. This second-floor unit directly faces the ocean and has stunning views of the Crystal Coast. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on either of the two balconies with breathtaking views of the beach!
Upon your arrival at Dunescape Villas, you will find luggage carts and grocery shopping carts as well as an elevator to make moving into your home away from home simple and quick. There is a screened-in entry way / mud room in the front and a separate laundry room that has a full-size washer and dryer. The condo itself was recently renovated and freshly decorated. It features luxury plank flooring throughout, fully-equipped kitchen, separate wet bar with beverage refrigerator, oceanfront screen porch off the living room, and a separate oceanfront balcony off of the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bunkbed and a full bed and is next to a full bath with tub; there is also a small workspace/desk area in this bedroom if you are so inclined. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and its own private half bath. There are TVs in all three bedrooms.
The kitchen has all new appliances including French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and over-the-range microwave and is equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a new Keurig K-Duo Coffee Maker, which accepts single serve K-cups and can also brew drip coffee with a 12-cup carafe.
The living room has a 50â Samsung Smart TV with built-in Alexa. There is a screened-in porch off of the living room with seating overlooking the dunes, boarded walkway to the beach and, of course, the ocean.
Throughout the complex, there are several picnic areas with tables and charcoal grills; you will need to provide your own charcoal. There are four swimming pools and several private beach access points with gazebos overlooking the beach. To use the pools, a release form must be signed prior to check-in.
All of the buildings at Dunescape Villas have parking lots near the unit. If extra parking is needed, there is overflow parking across the street. 2 parking passes included for parking at unit.
Bed linens, bath towels, and bath mats are not provided. All beds have pillows and bed spreads. There are linen service companies in the area should you need this type of service.
Memorial Day to Labor Day: 7 night minimum weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday. Other times of the year: 3 night minimum with flexible check-in/out dates.
Self check-in and self check-out.
This is a no smoking property. No smoking around the pool, elevators, second floor common areas.
Renters must park in the designated spaces in front of the building, not under the buildings.
We would appreciate if guests would remove shoes at the front door. Sand from the beach lingers on shoes. Please do not rinse out sandy swimsuits in the unit as this could cause damage to the plumbing for the entire building. There are shower-off areas with hoses by the pool and beach access points that can be used for hosing off sandy items.
Safety First!! Ocean: Please look at the warning signs/flags out at the beach. If you see red flags, that means NO SWIMMING.
Can you put a tent on the beach? Small tents/canopies are allowed on our beaches, provided they are properly secured (tents over 200 ft & canopies over 400 ft need a permit). However, we strongly recommend that these structures are not left up overnight. Objects left on the beach overnight may interfere with nesting sea turtles and their hatchlings, and they also have a tendency to go missing when they are left unattended. In order to keep your visit safe and enjoyable, we suggest that any structures be removed from the beach at night.
Property is equipped with an external security camera at the entrance to our condo facing the entryway door.
Damages to property will be the responsibility of the guest.

Directly across the street you have condo access to a pier and day-dock to keep your boat on the Bogue Sound as well as park your trailer. If you bring your boat, there is a public boat launch one mile away. The condo is located less than 2 miles to âThe Circleâ with multiple bar and restaurant options. Known as the main âTown Beachâ and located in the heart of the busy Atlantic Beach community, The Circle offers a myriad of ways to stay entertained, both on and off the sand. The condo is also a short drive to historic Fort Macon and the NC Aquarium. Just a short drive back across the bridge, the quaint towns of Morehead City and Beaufort offer shops and multiple dining options as well as water excursions and tours to Cape Lookout, Shackleford Banks, and Harkers Island.
