Property rules:

•Parking is limited to two cars. One car may be parked in the driveway directly in front of the property, and another may be parked in front of the clubhouse/pool area. Two temporary parking permits will be provided and must be displayed at all times while your car is parked in the driveway or common space.
•We want to create a relaxing family atmosphere, so parties and loud music aren't permitted.
•Pets and smoking are not permitted.
