Beaucoup de commodités à un endroit à la plage! Unité de deux chambres avec vue sur la piscine extérieure et le toboggan. La chambre principale a un lit king size avec salle de bain privée, la deuxième chambre a un lit double avec un lit gigogne. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils et ustensiles et laveuse et sécheuse. A Place at the Beach propose des activités en famille pour tous: piscine extérieure avec toboggan, bain à remous extérieur, piscine intérieure avec bain à remous, courts de tennis, mini-golf ... Vous n'aurez pas besoin de partir! Les réservations de 5 nuits ou plus incluent le linge de maison. Cette propriété est une location du samedi au samedi.

Look no further! This unit on the beach is perfection!

This condo was incredible and the property had everything we needed!! Beautiful views of the ocean and pool!! The master bed was so comfy and we slept so well!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Great Family Resort

We have been staying at APATB for over 15 years now. I’d love to own, but I can’t afford it, so we make it our summer and sometimes off-season destination. The resort is wonderful and the beach access is better than those in Florida.

The complex is older but clean and maintained. Staff was courteous and helpful. Our condo did need some updating but that didn’t keep us from having a wonderful trip and enjoying the area.

Filthy condo

The location and complex was great, however the condo itself was not clean! The dishes were disgusting and we could not use the pots and pans even after washing them! We had to eat out for every meal. There were stains on the comforters and you could tell they had not been washed. The toilet seat was broken and there was dirt and grime in the tub. We also saw roaches. The check in process was terrible. We had to go to one place to get the keys and the office at the complex to get the rest of our stuff (parking passes and wrist bands) and we had to go to both places to drop things off at check out which was a pain. I will stay at the complex again but in a different condo. The complex itself was clean and in a great location with lots of stuff for the kids to do!

Views from the deck are great, easily see the ocean and inter coastal. Plus good view to keep eyes on kids if they are using the outdoor pool. The unit itself needs some attention. I’d suggest a new cleaning crew for the unit as it still felt dirty when we arrived. My 2 year old found a pop tart somewhere. The pull out trundle bed had dirty sheets on it. The kitchen provided items lacked as well. Had most everything but it was old and in need of replacement. The mr coffee machine also stopped working during our stay. Great potential but rental company needs to invest some money into the unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is nicely updated in the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms, with a great selection of pots, pans, etc. in the kitchen. The king bed in the master is very comfortable, but the main bed in the second bedroom is noisy so every time our daughter rolled over, it woke the one sleeping on the trundle. The ocean view is even better than pictured, and the location is convenient to the beach and outdoor pool. There were also some sand toys and other beach items.The only sound we heard from the other condos was the sliding door. However, if someone is smoking on a nearby balcony, you will be stuck inhaling it if you go to the balcony. Overall, we would definitely rent this unit again.

Happy overall, but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in a convenient location within the complex and was in general well kept. The living room furnishings could use some TLC - for example, the pet couch cover was unappealing. We checked in Sunday and were informed that the sliding glass door was broken and there was an approximate 2 inch gap that would not be fixed until Tuesday. Considering it was the end of July, it was very hot and uncomfortable in our unit for the first couple days. A sincere apology from the management company would have been appreciated. I would consider APATB again, but will probably look at other units unless there is some general updating to this one.

great vacation!

The location of this Condo is great, we stayed at A Place at the beach multiple times but it was a first being on the second floor. The view is very nice. The condo was clean and well equipped.

It is a great location on the property with close proximity to the pool and beach. The condo is clean and has all the things we needed. The only thing we would change would be an updated smart tv with things like Netflix and Disney plus for the kids.

Perfect location - poor cleanliness

We love APATB and have stayed in numerous condos on site. This one had the best view overlooking the pool/slide but also the ocean. However, the cleanliness was sub poor for this location. There was hair, stains, and dirt all over the top mattress in the main room and I had to remove the top cover b/c I wasn’t sleeping on it. I also went and bought our own pillow covers and king blanket b/c I refused to use the comforter on the bed. The couch cover was also filthy and full of sand. The furniture in the living room was very old and full of stains. I would not recommend this condo unless there were major updates done (for the cost to stay there). I read the reviews before booking and contemplated b/c I know some post reviews that aren’t accurate but I should have heeded the warnings. Otherwise, the realty service and the grounds were awesome as usual.

Great location

Condo had a great location with amazing views. Only steps away from pool and beach. Beach was never crowded and pool and slide were fun although the pool was too crowded during COVID 19. The entire property has a lot to offer for kids including playground, Minigolf, basketball, etc. The condo was nice and roomy but is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. We had the cleaning crew come back to clean again but they are clearly only focused on superficial cleaning and the kitchen and bathroom areas. The mattress topper in the master bedroom is absolutely horrible. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Location is great! There is plenty of room in condo but beds were horrible. They had homemade matress tops that I could not sleep on. Would definite get rid of those. Also housekeeping did not clean very well. Smelled very clean when we arrived but found the table cover covered in food and sand and the couch cover covered in sand. There was no hand soap in bathrooms . Never stayed someplace that did not have that . Location and resort is wonderful however. Once I did some cleaning and bought soap for bathrooms and kitchen we were fine.

Amazing Unit and Service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view, clean and well-kept rooms, great location just steps from the beach and a huge pool with a 150' water slide. On top of all that, the team at Realty World provided amazing service. The AC went over the weekend, and they had someone there to fix it in less than an hour. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm looking for a beach vacation.
