Parfaitement situé! The Villages of Five Points a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il est situé à Lewes, à seulement 2,5 km au nord de la frontiÚre Rehoboth / Lewes et permet un accÚs rapide aux deux villes balnéaires. Il y a un bus pour Lewes Beach depuis le quartier. Il y a deux piscines communautaires (Mem Day - Lab Day). Il propose un terrain de football, 2 km de sentiers de promenade, des étangs, de nombreux courts de tennis, des restaurants, un salon de coiffure, un café, une boulangerie et une épicerie et des pharmacies, tous accessibles à pied ..

Another Lovely Stay

We returned to Cabana for another stay. This is our third time returning and had a lovely time staying at this condo. We enjoy our time as we have the ability to bring our pet who enjoys the stay as well. Location is great and close to many attractions. Always enjoy going into the the town of Lewes which is convenient to the condo. All the comforts of home are available in the condo. The kitchen is well stocked with all the comforts of a home kitchen. Bedding is very comfortable as well as each bedroom had cable TV. Both bathrooms are well stocked with towels and wash cloths. We appreciate the washer and dryer which are a plus. Rob recently upgraded the porch furniture which we really appreciated as we love to sit out and enjoy the autumn sun. We plan to return in the spring for another stay.

Everything was spotless. The kitchen lacked nothing except actual food, not including the thoughtful basket of snacks and candy. The linens were perfect. My dog loved the walkway right out the back, complete with doggie station. Very convenient free parking. Owner very helpful and left complete instructions to everything we needed. We plan to return next year.

Extremely clean! The owners have thought of your every need and is there for you.The owner was in full communication, making sure everything was ok from start to finish. Would definitely book here again. Great experience. Love the coded door, so you don't have to worry about forgetting a key.

The condo was a wonderful stay — clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The owner was hands-on and responsive. And it shows they've really put the TLC in this lovely home. Its location was perfect, close to everything I needed while still offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend.

Spectacular condo!

We stayed at the Cabana Condo for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely decorated, clean, and spacious. Everything a vacationer needs is provided. We especially appreciated the large washer and dryer and the kitchen supplies. The porch is so relaxing on cooler days. At first, we were concerned that we would have to drive to the Lewes beach but this was not too bad especially considering that we had access to a large pool which was right across the street. The condo itself is within the Five Points complex. This means that restaurants, pharmacies, a grocery store, a walking/biking trail, other amenities too numerous to list are all within an arm's reach. We highly recommend you to rent for a week or two for next summer. Solid five starts out of five!

Amazing condo with the comfort of home

2nd stay! We booked direct with Cabana Beach Condo at The Villages of Five Points. Great rates! Clean fully stocked condo. We stayed for 3 night but could have stayed a month since it had all the necessities in a great location. This condo is well stocked with some unexpected extras. Walk to dining , bakery, and food store or take ride downtown or to the beach. Great location. Rob is an amazing owner. Can’t wait to come back.

Lewes for family fun

Lewes is such a cool and mostly flat place, you can enjoy pools, beaches, and extreme but super fun bike rides. Trails for bikes everywhere. Stay home or go out, it’s all there.

Wonderful beach condo

The Cabana Beach Condo is conveniently located in a beautiful community close to the bike trail, community pools and tennis courts and great shops/restaurants in Lewes. The owner was very responsive to questions and creates an easy check-in/out process. The condo was updated, very clean and well organized with great attention to detail. Having linens and towels included was great! Highly recommend!

Very nice, clean condo. Owners provided many extras, linens beach supplies — very much appreciated not having to pack those items. Kitchen is well stocked with necessary utensils.Appreciated owner contact asking if we needed anything while we were there. Will return in the future.

Perfect Retreat at Five Points Lewes De

We are so happy we found this condo. I am usually concerned with Airbnb so I was hesitant to book. After seeing the reviews I decided to give it a chance. We visit Lewes one or two times a year. We love the area of five points. This condo was perfect. From the onset Rob was so accommodating. We were thrilled to find out the condo was available to check in early (lucky us). This condo is 2 bed 2 bath. Finding a place that allowed our dog makes all the difference. While our dog is a non shedding, I do have allergies and worry about pet friendly places having hair around. Not here. Spotless!! Typically I show up to rentals with my own bag of tricks prepared to clean/sanitize. I can honestly say we did not use one wipe upon arrival. The place was super clean, and smelled fresh. Between the linens, towels and supplies, Rob didn’t miss one thing. Extra special touch, he even provided some treats. We could have stayed here a full week. It was so comfortable. Thank you Rob for providing a great rental. We’ll be back soon.

Easy access to Lewes and Rehobeth. Well equipped, top notch condition, comfortable, clean, luxurious and very clear instructions - easy to find and enter. Beautiful neighborhood, close to grocery. Nice area to walk. Enjoyed the screened porch!

Great condo in perfect location

The property is very, very nice. All rooms are decorated in a beach theme, which is not overboard, and is very tastefully done. The condo was fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Plenty of towels, dishes, beach chairs, beach towels and lots more. For us the location was great as we were there visiting family for a wedding. The Village at Five Points has lots of amenities nearby including some great restaurants-Fish On and Arena's, both of which you can walk to. You can also walk to the nearby grocery store-Weiss. Lewes Beach is just a short drive away. The owner, Rob, was very responsive to my communications and checked in on us a couple of times via text. It is a place I would definitely be interested in staying at again.

Another wonderful stay

My wife and I had another wonderful stay at Cabana Beach. We discovered this gem last fall and returned again this spring. The condo itself is stunning with a beach and ocean theme throughout. Furniture to include beds were very comfortable and all sheets and towels (of which there are plenty) are included. The kitchen has anything you can imagine to make your cooking a pleasure. It was great to have TV's in every room as well as WI FI and cable throughout. We're planning to be back in the fall for another stay at our home away from home.

Cabana Beach Condo at the Villages of Five Points

The Cabana Beach Condo at the Villages of Five Points is a superb place to stay. It is in a great location, close to the coastal Delaware beaches. The condo is very well maintained, with beautiful decor and special touches in each bedroom, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The Cabana Beach Condo is pet-friendly, and most of all, the homeowner is very accommodating and responsive to client needs.

From beginning to end, this was an incredible experience. The communication was outstanding, and Rob truly went the extra mile to ensure our stay was flawless. The condo was spotless, and the attention to detail was evident. The location was ideal—conveniently close to Town Center with ample parking, yet peaceful and quiet. Cabana Beach Condo

The Host, Rob, was very gracious and make "special" accommodations for us!!! He communicated with us frequently before, during and after our stay. The condo was very comfy and cozy and brightly decorated. It was also, very clean and stocked with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots & pans, and plenty of linens and cleaning supplies. It was close to many restaurants and location was perfect for us.

Quiet and comfortable stay in a convenient location.

This condo is exceptionally clean and has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The beds are comfortable. The pillows and bath linens are amazing. Everything is in excellent condition. This is our second stay here and we absolutely love it. We always feel at home.

Excellent condo well placed for visiting both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Made a memorable vacation with great weather. If you’re cyclists bring your bikes or rent as there are good trails all around the area.

Wonderful Stay at Cabana Beach Condo

We spent a lovely week at this condo. First time staying in Lewes, DE, and truly enjoyed exploring the town and surrounding areas. Our accommodations were spectacular. The owner's attention to detail really shows as soon as you walk in the door. The place was extremely clean as it was advertised and the decor was lovely. Bedrooms were outfitted well and beds extremely comfortable. Bathrooms had everything you could need and were stunning. The kitchen was outfitted to please a gourmet cook. The electronics and Wi-Fi worked well. A plus was towels and sheets were included which saved having to rent or bring our own. The neighborhood was great as we could walk to several solid restaurants and one incredible bakery as well as a Weis market basically right around the corner from the condo. We have had some bad experiences with Vacasa DE, but working with the owner was a joy as everything was as stated in the description of this condo. Plan to return for more stays in the future.

Deleware beaches trip

Perfect location - close to both Lewes and Rehoboth, and adjacent to bike trail (amazing trail system with direct access to beaches via bike ride). Condo was super clean, everything we needed was there, and great communication with owner. Don't stay anywhere else.

Spotless

Unit was spotless and well equipped. I could have made a Thanksgiving dinner; had everything you’d need. Nice location, close to beach and downtown Lewes. We also found a neat bakery down the street. Bed was comfortable too. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

Cabana Beach Condo is Top Notch!

This is our second year staying here. Rob is easy to work with and the condo looked brand new each time we stay. The pools are great and the location allows you to do Lewes, the beaches there, the outlets and Rehoboth! Can’t say enough about our stays!

This condo provides a comfortable stay. You're on the first floor and parking is just steps away. Enjoy coffee on the screened in porch. The Village of Five Points is perfectly located near both Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, DE. Also close to Route 24, which will take you to Long Neck and Massey's Landing. You're about 10 minutes to Love Creek, where many enjoy fishing and crabbing.
