Coastal townhome located East of Route 1 in Lewes, De. The property provides convenient access to bike trails, downtown Lewes, and several nearby beaches.

Explore charming Historic downtown Lewes, where you will find an array of delightful restaurants and unique shops. Experience the beauty of the nearby canal at sunset for a truly unforgettable view.

As you step onto the 1st floor, you will be greeted by an open floor plan that offers ample room for your group. The kitchen is equipped for those who enjoy cooking while traveling. Relax on the back deck with a refreshing breeze and picturesque view of the surrounding woods.

Venture up to the 2nd floor, where you will find 3 bedrooms, each with a Queen memory foam mattress and blackout curtains. The master bedroom has a private full bath, while an additional full bath is conveniently located on the same floor. All bedrooms are equipped with closets and dressers, providing storage space for your belongings.

For your convenience, our space also features a full-size basement. This is a secure and easily accessible way to store your bikes.

Girls’ trip Get-away

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Lauren’s townhouse. The place is more comfortable and spacious than the pictures describe. We loved the airiness and light from the dining room and made use of the back deck, thanks to the awning! The beds are very comfortable and the place was clean, and kitchen was well-stocked. Our family’s only wishlist item was a toaster, which Lauren said she would purchase. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and location to shops and restaurants was perfect. Thank you, Lauren, for making our get-away perfect!

Perfect vacation rental

The property was very clean. The beds were comfortable and all the room were bright and well decorated. The house had everything you needed and plenty of space for three adults. Nice large dining room table in the sunroom where we spent evenings playing games. The owners were easy to respond with. Just perfect!!

This was a perfect condo. It was fully stocked. It was immaculately clean. The kirchen was well stocked, coffee and tea even provided. I highly recommend this condo. Would most definitely stay again.

Nice Place

The townhouse is very roomy. It has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The decorations are kind of a lot (i hate stuff on counters / tables) but also very cool looking and a great touch! There's not much cleaning they make you do which is nice (just pick up towels, take out trash). We had issues with the door and the host was super fast to help us fix it. The neighborhood was nice and quiet (we went early may). The location is close to Rehoboth and Lewes which was great for us. Overall the place is very cute, spacious, and convenient.

Clean and peaceful

Overall, the picture on the site did no justification whatsoever, the place looked much better in person. Quiet community and Lauren's home by far, very accommodating to any age group. We enjoyed our two night stay. Chinatown buffet was 10 minutes away, varieties of food, and it was affordable. Lots of things to do. Ferry, was great. Great location! but two nights wasn't enough:( Thaank you Lauren

Property was clean and up to our expectations!! Photos were exactly what we walked into and more!! Great neighborhood and close to everything we needed! Property manager was great and responsive! Amazing Delaware Trip

Definitely one of the cleanest and well stocked places our family has stayed. Communication was great! Tons of space for our family of four to spread out. Wonderful location (we enjoyed Lewes, Rehobeth, Cape Henlopen State Park, & Bethany Beach during our three day stay). Lots of great local breweries in the area too. Highly recommend this property!

A Fantastic April Stay

Working with the owner, Lauren, was a true pleasure. The home was absolutely beautiful and was the most comfortable place we ever stayed. It was clean and very inviting. I highly recommend this VRBO property.

Christmas Joy at the Costal Townhome

Our family, including our dog had a much-needed relaxing vacation at Lauren’s coastal townhome. The home was spotless. Seriously it was “Monica clean”, those who watched Friends will get the reference. The home was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Living room was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms you will find an ample supply of shampoo, conditioner & body wash along with lotion. I did not expect that. The personal touches and thoughtfulness of Lauren can be seen throughout this home. The small, subtle Christmas decorations spread around the home including a tabletop decorated tree brought a sense of comfort & cheer to my family and was much appreciated. The development where this home is located is quite peaceful and well maintained. Nice walking paths to walk with your dog or for general exercise. Location was great for restaurants & shopping at the Tanger outlets. I highly recommend this rental & Lauren is a great host!
