Un sous-sol entier paisible et privé. comprend 1 chambre avec lit queen, 1 salle de bain, salon avec TV connectée et service directv. La cuisine a une plaque de cuisson à induction unique, un four micro-ondes, un four grille-pain, un réfrigérateur, un évier et mange sur l'ßle. La maison est à quelques pas du lac Loveland, des jardins de sculptures Benson de renommée mondiale et de North Lake Park. Le sentier Devils Backbone Nature est à 5 minutes. Le centre-ville de Loveland propose des restaurants, des brasseries, des dßners au cinéma, des galeries d'art, des boutiques et plus encore, à 2 miles de la maison, à 10 miles de Fort Collin / CSU, plusieurs brasseries, des sentiers de la nature et plus encore. The hosts of Sweetheart City Inn went above and beyond for our stay. They were easy to communicate with while allowing us plenty of privacy. The space was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. This is our second stay and we will stay again. This is the place we recommend to friends and family coming to visit.

Annette & Cory are some of the best hosts we've ever had!! They went above and beyond on so many levels before we even got there. The unit was spacious and comfortable with so many amenities and thoughtful touches. The location is great and parking was easy. We were so glad we could bring our dog too. We highly recommend this stay!

First impressions go a long way with me and I give The Sweetheart Inn 10It was so cozy and any toiletries I might have left at home were readily available. Annette & Cory are so friendly and know the area well. They are dog lovers and were warm & welcoming to my pup. I will stay here again if I return to the area.

The host was very welcoming, checking in multiple times. The home was very well thought out, every appliance you could possibly need was provided. The living room was comfortable as was the bedroom. The shower and the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom were my favorite. The only negative was the 5 charge for laundry. This was not disclosed earlier so I was very disappointed. Even with the one negative, I still can’t give lower than a 5/5 star rating.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Loveland! The accommodations were absolutely lovely—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything we needed was provided, making it feel like a true home away from home.The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.The location was ideal for exploring the area - including Buc-Cee’s which was our main destination. We also loved the statue park - can’t recall the name.. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax at the end of the day. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Loveland!

Cute, homey place to stay. Easy to get to Fort Collins to visit my son at CSU. Loveland is also adorable and fun to visit with good restaurants and nice stores.

I wish they had more than 5 stars as this place has been the best we have stayed in so far. Cory & Annette were awesome hosts. If we are ever back in Loveland we will definitely try to stay there again.

Fall Colorado Stay

Host were very attentive and welcoming. Location was perfect to venture out anywhere along the front range, and even west of Boulder. Very nice to have a parking spot on the property. Will be a repeat visitor sometime in the future.

We are world and domestic travelers and enjoy learning other cultures. We enjoy spending time with our adult children and our granddaughters . We spend our time hiking, traveling, gardening, attending music venues and festivals.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We are in a great neighborhood within walking distance to Lake Loveland and Benson Sculpture Gardens, centrally located in Northern Colorado and have easy access to Hwy 34 that heads into Estes Park and Rocky Mt National Park. We are a 2 mile drive to Downtown Loveland, where there are several restaurants, breweries, movie theatre, boutiques, recreation center and art galleries. We are also a short drive to Fort Collins, CSU, Budweiser Event Center/The Ranch, Boulder, Greeley and Longmont. When we travel, we have things that are important to us.... safety, cleanliness and amenities, that is why we became hosts, so we could offer those things to our fellow travelers/guests.

We have an acre, centrally located in the front range of Northern Colorado and the gateway to Rocky Mt National Park.
We are 420 friendly, but if you smoke, you must indulge outside on the front porch or in the large private backyard
