The epitome of big living for a short-stay lifestyle! You will LOVE this location. The finishes are to die for at thhe Little Lovelander. Completely remodeled in the winter of 2022. This sophisticated little guesthouse is the Swiss Army knives of STR's. It offers a well appointed kitchenette, a Queen size bed with fine linens, a luxurious bathroom with its own heaters and a huge stand alone shower. Features free WiFi and parking. Kitchen offers mis-size fridge, air fryer, hot plate for cooking, microwave, coffee maker and all the things you'll need to kick back and enjoy your visit. We do encourage you to visit the many restaurants just a few blocks away . Large flat screen TV along with all the streaming services. I truly adore this little unit and created it with my own friends and family in mind. Come see for yourself.
Its a space connected to owners home. If you want privacy, this is NOT for you. There's homeless people walking within every block of the house. I stayed here for a week because my dog had to have surgery at CSU. There's no yard for your dogs, so you'll have to walk around the city with barely any street lights and uneven sidewalks. My dogs and I were almost hit by a giant truck pulling out of their driveways with confederate flags on the window. A homeless man kept riding his bike around me and my dogs at 5am when I was walking them. There's nowhere to sit and eat except the couch. If you need to work from this space, it's extremely uncomfortable because there's no tables or chairs. There was a strange smell coming from the bathroom walls intermittently that smelled like a dead animal. I thought maybe a dead mouse or sewer? I did not contact the owners regarding this because not sure there's anything fix to that. My dogs were accused of peeing on the couch, of course they did not and there were no massive wet spots indicating this, so I'm extremely insulted by the insinuation. I was questioned about what was on a washcloth, I found this to be super rude and embarrassing. Positives: The shower is nice, it was clean, the appliances were great, if you're into restaurants and bars, they're super close, and the t.v. moves so you can watch it in bed.
This was a beautiful little spot to plop for a couple of nights, and is set up perfectly with everything you'd need for a wonderful stay. Extremely close to town, with Natural Grocers just down the street. Great communication with a very responsive owner. And there is a gorgeous garden of flowers in front of the adjacent house, that brightens your every day! Definitely would recommend!
Wonderful stay in a thoughtfully designed and decorated space!
I stayed here for a business meeting that was held at the Sweet Heart Winery. It was a perfect location and the design and decor of this property was absolutely tasteful, super comfortable, spotlessly clean, and just a treat to be in. Would love to come back sometime!
Hi...I am a free spirited traveller at heart with the intentions to create places that I love to be in and want to share these with you. I have lived in many states in the US, travelled among most of them. I am an experienced property owner and can often be found to be making constant improvements to my homes, so please continue to check back with us often.
I truly feel in love with Loveland. I adore older homes and found this one to be particularly interesting. I love being close to the action without being IN the action. My dogs are family members and I love to travel with them, this neighborhood is so dog friendly with parks and more. That same park also has Pickleball courts and a child friendly playground and people are always out and about. I love the walkability too. Easy to grab a quick lunch with a short walk to downtown, leave the car and enjoy.
This was a labor of love. I wanted to a slick spot for my parents to come and visit friends and family without feeling like they has to reply on Hotels. They often travel with a little dog. The front yard just outside the entrance, is perfect for easy potty breaks. Knowing that as my parents age, accessing the unit would be important, I created a space that allows for them to stay comfortaby for many years to come: Shower has grab bars and a bench, entrance is steps from the parking space. Secondarily, the space needed to be posh and comfortable: Smart TV, sofa and bed, kitchen appliances, linens and finishes. I think I nailed it.
