Ce petit appartement privé d'une chambre avec une cuisine efficace est à 7 pas de la maison et possède sa propre entrée et un espace privés. Tous les comptoirs en cuivre mis à jour, les appareils d'efficacité qui comprennent un four grille-pain à convection, un petit réfrigérateur et congélateur, un lave-vaisselle et une plaque chauffante en fonte à 2 brûleurs. La cuisine a de nombreux équipements et un barbecue est inclus dans la belle cour arrière ... Le magnifique centre-ville de Loveland est à distance de marche, tout comme le lac Loveland, le River Walk et le River's Edge Park. Lit queen plus récent et canapé-lit pour le voyageur supplémentaire. Beaucoup d'espace de rangement et placard. Climatisée et confortablement chauffée, cette liste a accès à tous les coins salon de jardin extérieurs ainsi qu'à une terrasse avant privée pour regarder le monde passer. Vous vous garerez dans une entrée privée allée de jardin bien éclairée et aurez votre propre entrée à la propriété. Ce bel espace est proche des choux d'épicerie naturels et Safeway. Il est à une courte distance en voiture du célèbre parc de sculptures de Benson et du parc de sculptures de Chapunga. Courte distance en voiture du Big Thompson Canyon, la passerelle vers Estes Park. Cette maison a fait deux fois la visite du jardin Loveland et la visite de la maison historique Loveland. Nous sommes au centre-ville, alors sachez qu'il y a un train qui passe parfois par deux pâtés de maisons. Beaucoup de gens aiment le train mais si vous avez le sommeil léger, j'ai pour vous une belle machine à bruit léger et des bouchons d'oreille. Il ne se déroule généralement qu'une fois la nuit et de nombreux clients adorent le son évocateur du J'ai eu un commentaire d'invité qu'ils n'ont pas fait. À NOTER, CE N'EST PAS UN ENDROIT POUR DE TRÈS GRANDS INVITÉS, COMME IL A DES PLAFONDS PLUS BAS, bien qu'il soit très léger et aéré. Je dirais que si vous mesurez plus de 6 pieds 3, vous éviterez de franchir les portes.

The cutest perfect place

Loved this place! Perfect cozy place, great location, the outdoor patio area is perfect to relax, literally fell asleep on the little couch outside listening to the water feature. Has everything you would need. Seriously just the cutest place

Loveland Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit is a perfect jump off point for travel to many front range destinations. The apartment, while compact, is very comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed for basic meal preparation. A bonus - the host’s garden is gorgeous! Lynn is a great host and provided a lot of information about the area. We’d definitely stay there again.

Lovely Home

I booked this listing as a present to my fiance for his return from the military. I loved the garden from the pictures and let me tell you, it's gorgeous in person. The home owner, Lynn, wasn't present for the first day, a very kind woman named Annika showed us around and helped us with finding the parking spot. She even gave us a nice welcome basket Lynn had set up for us with wine and snacks. Something that isn't shown in the listing is how small the inside is. It wasn't a problem for me, and luckily it was just us two which made it much more cozier and romantic, but my fiance had to duck in most of the house since he couldn't fit lol. If you stand above 6'1, you might have some difficulties. Something else to mention is that the listing says something about a hot tub, but I couldn't find one on the property. I wasn't interested so I didn't speak to Lynn about it, but maybe it was put away since the weather is getting colder. As mentioned, Lynn does live on the property, however, the listing is separate from her part of the home, and you have complete privacy. The home had everything we needed, Lynn has various items available such as soap and utensils, we were even able to use the grill on the patio and enjoy the beautiful scenery while eating dinner! Overall, I would give this listing 10/10, we had a wonderful time, and the beautiful garden and great amenities made it worth much more than I paid. Thank you again Lynn for such a great weekend!

Short getaway in Loveland

It was a perfect getaway in Northern Colorado. The apartment was as cute as described including the amazing garden area. Lynn's poetry was a nice touch to go with all the artwork. We also enjoyed how close this was to the downtown area with the great local restaurants - completely walkable.

The gardens are absolutely beautiful … so peaceful to sit on the little screened in porch and listen to the water in the tiny pond. I could relax in the cozy apartment and the bed was very comfortable! It was record heat outside but the air conditioning worked very well. loved it and will definitely stay again

Nice to find a Peaceful Space

Little Bit of Heaven

What a great place to stay! It's located central to some amazing places to visit. Lynn is an amazing Host and was very communicative and her Gardens are beautiful surrounding the house, We have to say the bed was so comfortable, not the norm in other rentals for sure. a good nights sleep makes for happy visitors, We'd come back to her Little bit of Heaven!

Beautiful property

The Host, facility and the gardens were all wonderful! Administratively, I had a problem. VRBO did not get the host contact information to me and my host was not at home when I arrived. After I got connected with the host, it was a perfect stay!

My husband was part of the Sculpture in the park at Benson sculpture garden. This location was great for close location to that and to good restaurants down town. It was nice to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful gardens and for the xtra treats left on our doorstep by the owner

Beautiful!

Lynn has created a beautiful nest to explore the area! Walking distance to town with locally owned restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. There is a lake also within walking distance. Short driving distance to Fort Collins and Estes Park. The apartment was well appointed to take care of all our needs. Lynn had coffee and muffins waiting for us when we arrived. The sitting area has a water feature and the garden is gorgeous!!!

I am a full time nurse practitioner working in the field of Cardiovascular Surgery. I am an avid gardener, working towards total Xeriscaped landscape here in our desert climate. I am also a performance poet who is very active in our art world combining poetry and art and music. I grew up in Oak Park Illinois, my family is mostly all still in that area, and I go back to visit as I can and they come here also. I live in the adjoining home to this guest property, and have owned this home since 2001, spending all these years bringing it back to it's 1937 character but also adding my own personal statement to it.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is in the heart of Loveland, it has great walking areas, and I think you will truly love the time you spend here. I bought this property in 2001, and saw its potential! I have taken this home from a home that had things added on it over the years, back to its 1937 character, and it was on the Historic Home Tour in 2011 as a Venacular Depression Era Home with a lot of unique features. I have made it my own by adding a lot of artistic flare.

The garden in the back yard is perfect for resting from an active day. On a beautiful morning or afternoon or evening you can enjoy sitting out on the deck and enjoying a meal or just listening to the active wild life that comes into the garden to feed on the hundreds of plants that provide food and shelter to them.
