Spacious Heart of Loveland Bungalow with swingset and large yard

Although completed updated with modern amenities, this home has 10 ft ceilings and a great vintage vibe. Loveland is home to many artists so we have incorporated unique local decor with a focus on Loveland and the surrounding area. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances. All bedrooms are spacious with seating areas and tv's. 2 dining areas. Open living/ dining area has a desk, ample seating, and many games, puzzles, and books to keep you occupied. Enjoy the large private yard with swingset, grill, firepit, and many outdoor games to use during your stay. We are doing extra disinfecting after the usual cleaning and provide cleaning and disinfecting products for guest use as well. The only shared space is the laundry which is also used by basement tenant who is related to owner and very quiet.

Great stay at Loveland bungalow

My family stayed at Mary's place in Loveland for a week. Everything was excellent. The kitchen was really well stocked. The house was very clean and tidy. There were tons of activities to keep my young children occupied in the down time between excursions. Check in was super easy. Check out process was reasonable and straightforward. Great stay all around. Thanks Mary!

Great Spot for Family Stay

We stayed for a little over a week. The house was spacious enough for our family, even to work from home some days. Our toddler enjoyed the toys and outdoor area, and seemed to really seem at home.

Cozy House

This house was very well kept & had plenty of space both inside & outside. We didn’t get a chance to really enjoy the full backyard, but my mother-in-law did enjoy her coffee outside one morning. We needed a clean, relaxing place to stay while in town for a few days & this place was perfect!

Amazing place to stay near RMNP

Our family had an absolutely fantastic 3 nights at this location. There was plenty of space for my wife and I, our teenage kids, and my parents as we were road tripping in Colorado. The house had plenty of space for all of us, a huge kitchen with everything we needed to make meals. We could not recommend this location higher and will absolutely make every effort to stay here every time we visit Colorado if at all possible.

A Beautiful rental for a wedding around the corner

This was the perfect property for my family for my daughter's wedding at the McCreery House. Comfortable rooms and a playground in the back yard for my granddaughter.

Colorado get-away

We were pleasantly surprised with not just the rental, but Loveland overall. The rental served as a great base to rest and unwind in between hiking and travel ventures. We included some of the activity and restaurant suggestions from Mary’s Visitor binder into our trip! The area was peaceful, welcoming, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Mary for all the efforts that went into making your home a wonderful experience for guests, we hope to visit again in the years to come!

We are highly satisfied with our visit!

Our visit was extremely enjoyable! Communication with the owner was excellent, the house was clean, and the accommodations were beyond our expectations. There were lots of extras in the home, including cooking utensils and spices, kids toys, TVs in all the bedrooms, and outdoor amenities. Our children enjoyed the playground, and the adults enjoyed the fenced in backyard and patio. A great place to stay, close to family.

We had a good time thank you also one thing I would say needs fixed is all of your puzzles and games have missing pieces and some of the puzzles pieces were in the wrong boxes so that’s was ideal but other then that it was great thank you

The property was as discribed except the air conditioning did not seem to reach the primary bedroom and kitchen. We stayed in the summer and the outside temperatures averaged in the mid to high 70s the week we stayed. If we did any cooking in the kichen it became quite hot.

Total comfort!

Traveling with Grand daughter, she got to pick which bedroom she wanted . She opened the closet and found a treasure trove of toys. Some were perfect for her bath. When the weather warmed up, she and GPa were able to play many games in the pretty back yard. With food allergies it is easier for us to do most of our own cooking, the kitchen is well appointed and grocery close by. We had a lovely visit seeing family.

Family friendly property

Wow!! This property had it all. We had 4 kids ages 1-10 and this house was their favorite part of the trip. My 6 year old told me he missed the house and backyard when we were traveling home! Traveling from out of state, I was able to carry one less bag full of toys. It had kids dinner plates, cups, cutlery as well as a booster chair and pack n play with a mattress and bedding. The beds were all comfortable too which was a huge plus; I’ve stayed in so many rentals with bad beds. We enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit and used the grill as well to cook dinner. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. Centrally located, we walked into town for lunch and coffee and stumbled upon a cute farmers market / art fest in Loveland. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great family spot, kid friendly

This location was good for our family of 3. The owner went above and beyond and even set a sled out for us so our 5 year old could enjoy the snow.The bed was a bit too firm for my husband and I, so be aware if you have back problems. Also take care on the stairs into the backyard as it is a bit awkward to open the back door on the stair landing. We also were never able to get the television in the master bedroom to work, but it did not have much of an impact overall. We could not use the stove in the kitchen without silencing the carbon monoxide detector, as the alarm would go off the second the stove would turn on.The floors were a bit dusty in the corners, particularly in the bathroom, but overall the house was fairly clean. It is a dated house, so there were some cracks in the tub, but it was cozy and welcoming on the whole.The backyard is lovely and has a wonderful play set for younger kids, and the loving room setup is perfect if you are snowed in.The owner did text us after leaving with a not so pleasant text accusing us of leaving a window open. I would have appreciated a phone call rather than an accusation, as our very Southern family would have never been able to withstand a Colorado trip with a window open in the snow, and we hadn't even entertained the possibility of opening a window. It was a put off, given how pleasant every other interaction with the owner had been, especially considering the housekeeper was there within hours after we left.

Absolutely Perfect!

The host has truly gone the extra mile to ensure that our family had everything needed while staying there. VERY family friendly! The backyard was extremely well maintained with plenty of activities of all ages to enjoy while sitting around the fire pit or grilling. The house is very well located, not far from downtown Loveland, Estes, or local restaurants. The cleanliness was impeccable, and several amenities were supplied. Truly beautiful house with unique charm. The host also had several indoor activities for kids (games, puzzles, toys, tv's). Our kids truly enjoyed staying there, and enjoyed the "reading bed" by the window. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms and closets were very spacious! We have family that live in Colorado, and I think we just found our new place to stay everytime we visit!! Mary was great to work with and very communicative with quick responses when needed. While there, I lost my wedding rings and was completely devastated. The next day she found them at the property and safely returned them to me! The whole trip, property, and host were absolutely amazing!!

Awesome Extended Weekend

Myself and my adult children stayed here for an event that was going on in town. The location was great, we were close to everything and it is such a beautiful area. The house is lovely, with lots of great space and comfortable bedrooms. While we didn't have children with us, it would also be great for families with small children. Mary was gracious and accommodating for us. We would definitely like to stay here again. I highly recommend!

This was a very nice house with all the ammenities. It was close to all the local businesses for convenience and was in a very quaint neighborhood. We loved it and would stay there again.

Home away from home

This is a great little house in a residential neighborhood located in the center of Loveland. This was our second time staying here. We love how family and kid friendly the house is. The fenced in backyard and playground are a big hit with the kids. There are always extra toys both inside and out for the kids too. I was a bit disappointed on the cleanliness of the house during our 2nd visit. It is my understanding that there were some difficulties with their last cleaning company. I hope they secure a new cleaning company to help keep up with the deep cleaning going forward (kitchen and floors particularly). The owner is easy to contact and promptly responds to all communications. We would love to stay here again. Great location and kid friendly!

House is clean. All the rooms are large. Bedding is good. Bath towels are awesome. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. Kitchen was stocked with spices, coffee and every single utensil baking pan etc. you could want. Location of house is near a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping.

We fell in love with this vintage home when it came on the market. It is so close to everything and we thought it would be someplace people would fall in love with just like we did.
