Belle maison mise à jour dans un quartier calme. Courte distance en voiture de la place. Pratique à Santa Fe Ski Area et l'Opéra de Santa Fe. Grand patio hors LR / DR zone w / BBQ pour manger en plein air. 4 BR w / 4 lits, 3 salles de bains. 2 espaces de vie distincts pour le partage des familles.
Zone LR / DR ouverte unique a pilier central / complexe de cheminée. Les poutres de plafond rayonnent de ceci aux murs extérieurs. La cuisine a de beaux comptoirs en granit bleu avec des armoires en bois de cerisier. Assortiment de planchers de bois de cerisier dans la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger. Les portes des portes d'entrée et des placards d'entrée sculptées à la main mènent à une entrée en grès.
Au cours des trois derniers étés, nous avons loué notre maison à l’Opéra de Santa Fe. Les chefs et les chanteurs célèbres ont apprécié notre maison. Vous aussi!

Sisters and Daughters Getaway

Lovely property! Family loved spending time in Sante Fe and the property was perfect. Close enough to the city but quiet enough that we were able to relax. Wish we could have stayed longer and already talking about coming back!

Unbelievably peaceful

The home is spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. With breathtaking mountain views, it offers a peaceful retreat just a mile from downtown Santa Fe. The morning sunlight streaming through the windows is truly remarkable. The host was attentive and responsive, providing all the guidance and support necessary for a perfect stay. I would rent this home again without hesitation.

Great Santa Fe getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was clean and spacious. Our family of 4 was able to spread out and be comfortable. The house is close to everything but still seemed to be remote. We loved the location and Walt was a great host and very fast with communication. Highly recommend!

The house is amazing!

Loved our time in Santa Fe staying in this beautiful house. Location was perfect, private yet close to town. The house was immaculate with great amenities. Walt was very helpful and a great communicator. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Accommodations

The VRBO was perfect for our extended family needs. It was exactly as described. Clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was excellent both prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend this VRBO for your visit to Santa Fe.

Great house!

Casa Manana is in a beautiful quiet location just outside of town. The house is a bit funky and outdated, but cozy and spacious. Big kitchen with all the appliances, with a mishmash of dish ware. (We could have used a few more wine glasses.). All the beds are small, which made it cramped for a family of 5. Walt was very attentive and responsive, and we had no issues reaching him. Checking in and out were a breeze. We would definitely consider this house in our next visit to Santa Fe!

Location! Location! Spacious, and Cleanly Home

This home more than accommodated our needs while staying in Santa Fe. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms a big plus! So much room to spread out in. Kitchen stocked with everything one needs, along with some basic food items like spices, cooking oil and sugar. Patio area was beautiful and private. Owner very very easy to communicate with. I would suggest the owner post clearer instructions on how to locate the home. Home addresses do not necessarily run numerically!

Very Nice Location

The house was very nice and clean. The Patio was very Inviting and Comfortable. But there were lots of places to trip in the house. Even though those spots had yellow tape advisories. Still trips happened. We were very glad our friend that uses a cane was unable to join us at the last minute. Not great for Wheel Chairs, or anyone with mobility problems. Bathrooms were a long way from Companion Spaces. Not great for Seniors. The location distance to The Plaza was very handy. The Kitchen was very nice. We spent most of our time outside! Saw Deer and Bunnies. Felt like we were way out of town. But actually, only a short distance. I would recommend it to anyone who does not have any mobile disabilities. Lots of steps and stairs. Not apparent in the add. l say it was a very nice house. And surely worth the money!

This is a lovely spacious Property. A wonderful place to gather with friends. The home is beautifully decorated and the outside plants and flowers were lovely. There are nice views and a wonderful patio area.

Walt was so great in response time with answers to my questions and to give us directions to property, directions and instructions during our stay. He even called during our stay to update us on a bear sighting in area and to make sure we were safe. A beautiful home for our family gatherI got.

Best vacation rental we have stayed at Santa Fe.

We particularly loved this house. It's beautiful and comfortable. It's a well-planned build. It is a very short distance to the plaza, less than 2 minutes. By the way, it has a great, tuned piano for those that love to play. I saw it in the description and took music along. The neighborhood is quiet. All appliances worked. The air conditioning is referred to as a "swamp cooler." Don't let that scare you off, it works great! The entire house was cool during the July hot spell. We plan to rent it again.

Family funeral

My brother, sister in law, two nieces, myself and daughter traveled back to Santa Fe for a family funeral. Walt’s house was amazing. Loved sitting in the patio and enjoyed the views and smells of Santa Fe. We had more than enough room. Would definitely stay there again.

Enchanted Stay

Walt's house was lovely, comfortable and well-equipped. Nicely located -- easy access to the downtown Plaza and roads to take local excursions. We were 7 people -- 3 couples and a single -- and the house easily accommodated us. Walt was helpful and amazing -- easily accessible prior to and throughout our stay. Recommend highly.

The house and property was large and private with great views. Very clean and reasonably well stocked with kitchen supplies. There were some quirks with the hot water system but hopefully the owner/manager will include them in the house notes for future guests. All and all and enjoyable stay.

Much better than expected

The pictures and summary do not do this property justice. Extremely well built home and well stocked. It is a little difficult to truly describe the layout but is extremely functional. the neighborhood is such that you do not see or hear your neighbors. Santa Fe is crowded at Christmas

Great place!

Walt was such a wonderful host. He was always available to speak to and walk us through any questions we had about the house. It’s a lovely home that feels like you are in the middle of nowhere but then just 8 minutes into the town. Just the perfect getaway home for a girlfriends weekend!

Best Family Location

I traveled to Santa Fe, New Mexico with my family and my 2 children. The house was located in a beautiful area of nature. The house has two livings rooms so the kids had their own space. This is a perfect family location. The backyard was nice to have a BBQ and hang out. Can't wait to book it again. I give Walt 5 stars!

Being natives of Minnesota, we moved into this home in 1985 and lived here for 25+ years. We remodeled in 2007 and have since moved to be near our children and grandchildren. We love our home and Santa Fe and return as often as we can.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our home is unique in it's design and our remodel turned out really well. We have a very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Having a rural feel but yet close to downtown Santa Fe is a real plus. We often have deer in our yard, sometimes seen outside our window as we eat breakfast!
We have recently installed an evaporative cooler (air conditioning) for your comfort.

- Recent upgrades include a new Stearns & Foster queen size bed in the master bedroom. We now have 2 queen size beds, 2 double beds and 1 twin size bed. All beds are of good quality for comfortable sleeping.
