Situé dans la plage de Holmes, vous êtes à distance de marche du Beach Bistro primé et de nombreux autres restaurants, musique live, bars et plus encore. La piscine privée chauffée comprend un toboggan que les jeunes (et les jeunes de cœur) adoreront et une terrasse de piscine couverte où vous pourrez vous détendre en famille et regarder le jeu à la télévision tout en cuisinant. La cuisine gastronomique comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable haut de gamme et est entièrement équipée avec un service pour 12 personnes et tous les outils de cuisine dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner pour vos amis et votre famille.
Cette belle maison dispose de 5 chambres avec 1 chambre principale avec un très grand débrayage vers la cour arrière où vous pourrez tout échapper. Imaginez-vous en train de siroter votre café du matin ou de vous détendre à la fin de la nuit avec un verre de vin. Cette chambre dispose également d'une superbe salle de bains privative avec double vasque et immense dressing. Il y a 2 chambres King supplémentaires, une chambre Queen et une grande chambre avec lits superposés avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés (totalisant 4 lits jumeaux). Perfect Beach House

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week. Perfect location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Gorgeous inside and out! We spent a lot of time at the pool and on the porch. This house and pool did not disappoint!!!!

What a relaxing week! The house was very clean, had plenty of kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc, a garage full of beach toys, carts, umbrellas and you will not find a better pool and slide for the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect Location

My family spent a week at this property in July & it was perfect for our needs. There were 7 of us, 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 11 and 8). The house was set up perfectly for our needs, the kids LOVED the bunkhouse and the pool, and the kitchen had everything we needed for dining at "home." And the location, 2.5 blocks from the beach can not be beat. Highly recommend & hope to stay again in the future!

Beachhouse Paradise

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7adults and 4 children (ages 4, twin 19 mo olds, and a 1 year old). The house was beautiful and the pool was perfect for both family time and adult time during naps! Loved the location to some great dining spots and the fish market was outstanding. Thanks Emma and Claire for making our dream vacation come true!

Great house, great pool, great location, great service

We had 4 adult family members stay at this home for a week. First of all the house was perfect for us… 4 good size main bedrooms with bathrooms, great kitchen stocked very well, comfortable living and dining areas, but the highlights were the outdoor porches, patio and pool where we spent much of our time. Kudos to the rental company…. We had a few very minor issues during our stay and they responded immediately to address our concerns. The location is also a plus…. We were an easy walk to the beach and never far from any other activities we wanted to do like dinners out or a boat ride. Will be a trip we remember for a long time.!

Great stay

House was close to perfect. A guest had a minor issue with a closet door. Response for help was very quick. I might suggest not having plants with thorns near the pool. They put holes in our beach ball !!! Was the best house we have rented so far.

This house is perfect in every way OTHER than the beds and bedding. Super uncomfortable and the thin pillows and bedding were awful. BUT, I’ll just bring my own next time. Backyard is literally an oasis. Stunning. House is gorgeous and clean. Walk to the beach is a breeze. Loved it!!!!

Great House

A wonderful house with a great pool. The pool was absolutely the highlight and the kids loved it. There were a couple of issues. There were issues with the WiFi connection and being given incorrect password and network name. There was also a closet that had a small leak and some mold in there. Overall a great house tho. Very close yo the beach!

Gorgeous house!

House is amazing. Pool is amazing. Kids loved the slide and preferred that to the beach. But if beach if your thing, it's just 3 blocks away. The bunk area is open (no door) but wasn't a huge issue for us. Check in was a breeze. Loved that they ask you to donate unused food instead of throwing away because that was always the worst part of the week...so wasteful. Book it. You won't regret it.

Great 5-Bedroom Rental in AMI/Holmes Beach

The house is really pretty and well designed! There are two bedrooms on the first floor (one the primary) with the other three bedrooms upstairs. The main floor is open concept with lots of room to cook, eat and relax! The appliances are in very good condition. The house came with bikes and kayaks which was a bonus! The pool is really fun with a slide, hot tub and built-in table. The outside had several lounge chairs and a large table to eat at. Everything was very clean (although the outside doors could use a deep cleaning). One thing we found perplexing is that they list the capacity at 8 people but there are 12 beds (and even a 13th if you include a trundle in the bunk room). Overall, it was a great home and we’d recommend it!

Amazing house

This is an awesome property. It is prettier than the pictures. The outdoor area is like having your own personal resort. We loved the pool and even though our family was ages 20-79 the majority of us loved the slide. Having 2 king ensuite rooms downstairs is great when you have older adults staying. A total of 4 king rooms with 3 ensuite is awesome. Our only complaint would be the bikes and beach supplies. Out of the 5 bikes only 2 were in working order. It was not a big deal for us but we would have enjoyed them. We did appreciate all the beach towels. There was an issue with the dishwasher and they had someone out within 30 min on a Saturday. Overall this house is great and you cannot go wrong staying here. Looking forward to our next stay here.

In all my family and I enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. We did experience some challenges with the Wi-Fi that did not allow us to be able to work on our devices due to slow Internet speeds and connections. The slow network, even inhibited us from watching TV in the evenings. I will see the home is beautiful and centrally located near the beaches. We did enjoy the private pool in the backyard with the slide however, there was some cosmetic damage to the home maybe from prior hurricanes which is to be expected.We contacted the host with some suggestions about the cleanliness of sheets and minor touchups. That would make a 10 out of 10 stay. If you have to work while on vacation, I would highly suggest bringing your own Wi-Fi capability, whether it be a hotspot or some sort of access to Internet.Hopefully the host was able to address the Internet network connection capability with the servicer spectrum.Other than that, we enjoyed everything about the rental process. The ease of keyless entry and self check and allowed us the freedom to come and go as we pleased.I highly suggest and we will consider renting this home again with consideration of the above items mentioned.
